Bella made her way back out to where Hades was waiting patiently for her.

"I'm sorry I ran out like that" Bella said looking down at the floor hesitantly unsure if he was angry or not. 

"Don't be, Nico, doesn't open up to people. Since his sister died he has all but shut everyone out of his life" Hades explained in an off handed tone. He didn't sound all that angry to her. 

Bella looked down thoughtfully. "I...I'm sorry about that, but...can't he visit her? I mean, he lives here" She asked looking puzzled.

"It doesn't work that way, though I suppose he could. But getting there would be difficult for him, and in any case, she has chosen to be reborn" Hades explained. He looked away, she could tell this was a painful subject for him.

He was just like any other parent, to loose a child and then to have that child so close to you but unable to see her or talk to her, and then for her to be taken again. Bella knew she wouldn't be able to handle it.

Bella felt her heart break at his words as she looked up at him. "I'm so sorry, I wish that there was something that I could do,but...I know that you can't choose which family you are born into" she said with a saddened sigh.

Hades sighed giving a small shrug. "I can influence it, but that's all I can really do. So that she could go to a specific person or couple, but that is a delicate process." He explained. "I hate for Nico to permanently loose his sister, but as long as she goes to a good family that is all that matters" Hades explained as he stared off into space.

"How long will it be before it is her turn?" Bella asked softly.

"A week maybe" Hades replied with a shrug.

Bella sighed sadly as she looked away. "if...If I could...I would have offered to carry her...but I am not able to have kids." she explained with a saddened sigh.

"I know" Hades replied. "You just have that type of personality." he added seeing her questioning look. Bella gave a hesitant smile.

"c-can I go back home?" She questioned. Hades shrugged.

"you are alive. you can leave whenever you wish" he replied. Bella gave a nod.

"Thank you for...helping me" she said with a grateful smile.

Hades walked over to her. "I'll take you up" he said as he walked passed her. Bella watched him for a moment and then followed him to the gates.

when the had gotten there she saw a very large dog with three heads. it's large tail began wagging almost immediately once they arrived. Hades opened the gate. 

"once you go through you will arrive in your home" Hades explained. Bella nods and looked at the gates nervously. she looked over at him. 

"well...you know where to find me i guess" she said wearily before walking through the gates and into her living room. 

she let out a shaky, yet relieved breath as the gates closed behind her. she walked around the living room awkwardly and sat down on the couch trying to process what had happened. 

First off she had been attacked by some men on her way home. Secondly, she had apparently been saved by the god of the underworld who had more or less divorced his wife after finding out she had hurt his son. third she had met said son and offered to allow him to stay in her home, and lastly she had been taken home by the god of the underworld him self after talking about his dead daughter. 

All Bella could think about in that moment was, she had a really messed up life.
