'WHO DARED TO HURT MY DAUGHTER'

Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well. As Ramazan Karim has started so updates of this story could possibly become irregular or maybe I will change its updating time......depends upon my Ramazan routine.....Enjoy this lengthy part below!

Other side somewhere outside Lukhnow in a village, in Mahipal's Haveli; Haseena was lying on a bed with a burning body half unconscious and tears streaming her eyes endlessly. Mansi and her mother was on her both side doing cold water strips one by one. Her mother was crying in between while an equally worried Mahipal Singh was leaving her room with a doctor who was saying, "Mahipal Ji! You daughter is in some kind of extreme trauma. This is not good for her considering her medical history. After that torturous kidnapping, her organs were yet not fully recovered, and then this bullet shot. At this point, even her mental health is deteriorating further. I suggest you to keep her away from traumas and tensions as much as you can." "Doctor I will try my best but I want my daughter to be completely fine." he pleaded with him. "I had given her some sleeping pills that will help her along with other medicines. Make sure she take her medicines on time. I will visit her tomorrow, if anything happens you can call me anytime." The doctor said and left not before accepting Mahipal's thanks.

Mahipal went inside and kissed her beloved daughter on her forehead with wet eyes, "Haseena! Whoever put you in this I will not leave him?" He said and then added looking at her mother, "Behan ji! Please come with me I need to talk to you. Mansi my dear, stay with your sister and take care of her. Keep checking her temperature every hour." "Yes, dad, don't worry I will be with her." Mansi assured him and they went out.

"Behan ji! Now tell me what had happened?" He asked. "Bhai sahib! You must have known about her gunshot and then her exposing black fishes of her department." She said to which he nodded, "yes from the news..." "After that speech, she came straight home and told me to pack her and my bags as they are leaving Lukhnow. I had asked her a lot that why so. She had not told me anything until we get in a taxi. Then she told me that she had resigned." She said helplessly. "What? But Why?" Mahipal was shocked would be an understatement, "Behan ji! Her duty was everything to her then what had happened that she took such a big decision." He asked. "I too had asked this to her but she said that she is no longer fit for the job." "What kind of reason it is? If she is not then who is?" Mahipal could not form any reason. "Then what had happened?" he asked. "I was trying to get her to talk but she said her head is spinning and before I could do something she gets unconscious. I cannot even tell you how scared I got to see her in this condition alone. Thanks to you, you reached there on time otherwise I don't know what had happened." Her mother said and started crying.

"I was lucky that I decided to visit her after hearing her gunshot and I collide you on way. And now you don't have to worry about anything. You just take care of your health. Haseena is now my responsibility. I will find out what had happened who is behind all this. Those who had pushed her to this state could not go unpunished. They dared to hurt Mahipal's daughter now they will pay the price." Mahipal went away extremely angry. He called his men, "Go to Lukhnow right now and find out what had happened there. I want to know what had happened to Haseena. Check her last week's activities, whom she met, what she did. Everything I want each and every detail. And if you returned empty handed you won't be left alive." He ordered them. He is inconsolable, He loves Haseena more than everything, and seeing her condition his anger was on seven skies and even Haseena's condition was not satisfactory to mellow down his flushing anger. "Go and arrange for charity, distribute clothes food, and money in the villagers." He ordered another one.

Back in Lukhnow, all team was trying hard to get any clue but of no use. "Anubhav! Where is Haseena?" "Sir, you do me a favour. In place of her resignation, you grant her leave of one month considering her medical state. In this time I promise you that I and all her woman police station team will get her back to our department." He proposed. "Yes, this could be done. Okay but keep me updated and do tell me if you need any help." "Sure sir!" he said and hung up. "Though I had said that to him but how would it be possible if she remained unapproachable." Anubhav said to everyone who all were extremely tensed.

That whole night Mahipal had spent on the bedside of her daughter. Checking temperature, feeding her meal, medicines while Haseena was semi-conscious only. In the morning Haseena's temperature gets normal and she woke up feeling better. "Uncle!" Haseena called seeing him sleeping sitting on the chair only. "Haseena! How are you feeling my dear?" He asked checking her forehead with his hands. "Thank God there is no fever. Let me call someone for breakfast until then the doctor will arrive too. You had scared me Haseena. Behan ji! Behan ji! Come here Haseena had woke up." He called out. "Uncle! When will I come here? I mean I was....." "I found you unconscious with your mother on my way to Lukhnow when I was going to meet you and I took you here. What had you done to yourself Haseena? So weak and pale.....Who had snatched my daughter's smile and life from her? Tell me Haseena?" He asked putting her hand on her head. Haseena was craving for this fatherly love and affection she just put her head on his chest with wet eyes but did not say anything. "I was missing you so much Uncle..." she told. "Haseena!" "Api" her mother and Mansi called her.

"Haseena! My daughter how are you now?" "I am fine Ammi! Don't worry." She replied. "Why should not I?" "My heart stopped beating seeing you unconscious you know Haseena I cannot bear this then too you keep on doing that stunts........" Her mother scolded her lovingly. "Sorry Ammi! I promise nothing such sort of will happen in future." She assured her. "Beta! I know you are now grown up and can take your own decisions but you had not considered even once to tell me that you are going to resign. Why beta? Am I not you father?" Mahipal asked her. "No uncle, you are more than my father. It's just that...I had taken my decision and I did not want to change it." She said being adamant. "But why beta this duty was your passion." He asked. "It still is uncle but.....I won't be able to continue it..." She once again refused to reveal anything further. "Haseena!!!!" he tried to say something...."Dad! api had just woken up and you had started enquiring her. Don't you think that she should rest?" Mansi intervened. "Yes, you are right..." He said. "Now you both go and have rest...you have been awake since whole night...." She said. "What? Mansi is absolutely right please you need to take care of yourself too...I promise I will be fine..." She and Mansi assured them so they left. "Thank you Mansi!!! For saving me..." Haseena said to her. "It's okay Api! Anything for you by the way I know you had a fight with jiju and your friend right?" Mansi asked her shocking her "SSHH! Who told you?" "No one, you had been murmuring their name in your unconsciousness." She replied. "Mansi! Dear promise me you would not tell this to anyone." She said. "Okay! I won't but you need to assure me that you will take care of your health and will get fine." She asked to which Haseena promised a bit relieved.

Later on in evening Haseena was standing in balcony of her room, a place she had always loved since her childhood, admiring the village view but it lasted for a little while only as her restlessness overtook and she returned to her bed. Lying there she switched on T.V and it was playing her news only, she saw how Anubhav had lied to the media, his and Karishma's swollen red eyes. Her heartbreak instantly and everything flashed her mind in a wave of the second, tear escaped her eyes and she switched off T.V. Hearing knock on the door, she called, "who is it? Come in?" she said wiping her tears. "It's dinner for you." Haseena instantly made an irritated face, "I am not hungry." She replied. "But Sarkar had strictly ordered us." She tried but Haseena refused, "I said, I am not hungry. I'll take it when I want. Now go please." Maid went away taking trolley closing the door behind her. Her mother saw maid entering the kitchen with food. She went to her daughter, "Haseena! Why you sent dinner back?" "Ammi! Now please you don't get started again. I said I will have it when I will be hungry." Haseena replied with creased forehead. Her mother sighed heavily and went out of her room.

She was sitting in lounge worried for her daughter when Mahipal Singh came there. "What happened Behan ji? Is Haseena alright? Have you heard the news, Anubhav had confirmed that she is on leave. She had not resigned." He told her. "Then why she had said that she had resigned? And why she is so much depressed then?" she asked. "Don't worry everything will be alright. Has she taken medicines?" he asked. "No, she had refused to eat anything even I had tried but she is adamant that I am not hungry." She replied worried. "Let me see! I will make her eat and have her medicine too. You go and have rest." He reassured her and she left.

Mahipal thought for a while and then smilingly she went out of his haveli to the village his guards with him. Upon reaching at a mud house wooden door he knocked it and an elderly lady came out. He greeted her with respect, not meeting her eyes with her. "Sarkar! You...why you took the pain the come here. You should have called me I would have come to your place." She said bowing in front of her. "No, no, I needed you so how can I call you there." He folded his hands and requested her, "Actually! Haseena has come to Haveli. She is not feeling well and she refused to eat anything. I would be grateful to you if you could make Shahi Paneer for her, your special one which she used to relish in her childhood. I am sure she would not be able to resist. I know it's very late but consider it a father's humble request." "Sarkar! Why are you embarrassing us, you and your daughter had done a lot for us. You go to haveli I will send it in sometime." She said smilingly. He thanked her returned leaving one guard there only to see if she need anything.

After some time, Haseena was in her room angry and distressed when someone knocked at the door, she replied in a heavy voice to come in. Mahipal Singh entered with her dinner tray in his hand. "uncle!" Haseena said sitting up. Mahipal smiled and said, "I had heard my daughter is not feeling hungry so I thought to give her something which could appetize her hunger." Haseena was looking at her smilingly, "But Why you had took so much burden? I would have eaten anything." She replied. "What kind of burden?" He said and removed the lid of bowl, "Shahi Paneer!!!" Haseena exclaimed and smell it, "It's the same smell but how?" she asked. "I know it is your favorite. In your childhood you only wanted one thing to eat this Shahi Paneer from my hands." He said remembering those blissful days and he forwarded a morsel to her. She took it and both were emotional reminiscing old memories. "Haseena! You have grown up but still you have not changed a bit neither your likes and dislikes nor your habits. In childhood too you never told about your problems and worries to your mother or me and now too." He complaint feeding her. "Uncle! Why you are saying this?" she said. "Because just like then, now too I can see the pain in your eyes." he said, and before Haseena could say anything he changed the topic saying, "Let it be! Now have this medicine and rest well because now I will not tolerate if once again you have ruined your health." He warned her lovingly. Haseena smiled and nodded. "Thank you so much uncle! It was really blissful to relive those precious moments of childhood. Please thank Kamla Aunty from my side." She said. "Why would I? You yourself will thank her once you get recovered." He said and she nodded smiled. She held his hand and kissed it with love and respect, "Uncle! I know you and Ammi are worried for me but you know I am a strong woman. I will be completely fine in a day or two." Mahipal saw an assurance in her eyes and from all of them he knew better that she had made a resolve about something in herself and now there is no point nudging her. She will do it for sure. He patted the back of her hand in his and left smilingly.

As promised, Haseena had completely got a hold of herself within a day only and now she had started taking part in daily activities going in Haveli. Mahipal Singh was observing her walking from part of the house to another instructing maids for doing chores, "Look everywhere there is dirt. Why none of you had not paid attention towards it? Come on first do dusting at every corner of Haveli. And you, you will prepare Dosas for me and Mansi. And vegetable without oil and only minor spices for Uncle and Ammi. Rest you can prepare anything for house staff." Housemaids nodded and went away to their work. Mahipal was proud to see her perfect in everything and even Mansi is also very happy spending time with her api. Mahipal Singh received a call, "What? But I had called you to get a specialist? You know I want it to be ready with all the facilities within a month. I don't care how you will manage it." he shouted. Haseena went and settled in front of him, even Mansi and her mother were also there. As he hung up, he saw him depressed, "What happened Uncle? Any problem?" "Haseena! Yes, Actually, I am already getting it hard to manage everything after Data and Genda. But the school there are many things about which I had no information and even I could not get a specialist for it such a short span of time." He told her. "Hmm....." Haseena thought for some time then she said, "Uncle! I can help you with it. I know what you want to make but only with your permission." Mahipal beamed with joy, he always wanted the school to be as per her wish. He instantly agreed, "Of course, beta what could have been better than this. You had relieved me of a great burden my dear thank you so much." "Come on Uncle! No need of thanks." She replied smilingly.
