He asked looking at Pushpa ji. "I am fine and very happy to see you back, Karishma had been missing you a lot." She replied. "I too missed my princess a lot....Shorya, I hope you are taking good care of her." He added in a warning tone. "Ask her, she is right in front of you...absolutely fit and fine," Shorya replied with a smile and they all nodded. "Anu, it seems there are many guests from your department. Won't you both introduce me to them?" He added. "Of course Dad!!" he replied and they moved towards the commissioner of Lukhnow first.

Shorya was standing on stage with mike in his hand, "Ladies and gentlemen! First of all, I would like to thank you all for gracing us with your presence. Next, I would like to wish a happy, long and healthy life to you Dad on this birthday of yours, happy birthday!! And to make your birthday happier, I would like to call on stage our very first performer. A big round of applause for Mr. Anubhav Singh.

Anubhav was standing on stage with his guitar in his hand while behind him a video collage was playing in which his and his father's many moments were captured starting from their school days to his joining the force including those countless times where they were together playing football or giggling and laughing. He was beating soft music beats and was singing the song, 'Pita Se he Naam tera' with his wet eyes expressing the respect and love he holds for his step-father in front of the whole world.

He finished his performance on the above lines, bowed down towards Veer, and added as the music ended, "Thank you Dad for everything you did for me.....Happy Birthday." Veer was nodding smilingly while unlike him most pairs of eyes were wet.

Shorya re-entered the stage, "Wow!! What a performance!! You have truly put your heart in front of your Dad. I think every father present here wanted to say one thing, 'Mr. Veer Singh you are the luckiest father!!' Am I right??" He asked only to hear a loud applaud and acknowledging hooting from all the audiences. Shorya then added, "Okay, now I would like to invite my beautiful Wife Karishma Singh who has something special for his Father, A big round of applause!!!"

In claps, Karishma entered on stage with mike in her hand and a huge smile on her face. "Hello everyone, well until a few months back, I used to experience stage fright and nervousness in expressing myself but then someone told me that expression takes love to its highest cherishable moments. So, today I am here to express my feelings for my Dad Mr. Veer Singh. First of all Papa, Happy birthday to you, may you always stay with us." She said looking towards Veer who was smiling at her. Karishma turned pressed the button in her hand and some photos started appearing on the projector screen. It was a picture where a four-year-old Karishma was sitting on Veer's shoulders wearing her school uniform. "Every day I used to make an excuse of pain in my legs because I loved riding his shoulders. Thank you Dad for riding me to school despite knowing that I am making lame excuses, I wish I could be small again to enjoy your shoulder ride once again." She finished with wet eyes and switched to the Next picture, where Veer was feeding little Karishma. "One day, mom wasn't at home and our maid was absent too. Me being stubborn as always, wanted to eat chocolate cookies only that too home-baked so I refused to have anything. Dad had never even boiled an egg by himself but that day he had especially taken the effort to bake cookies for me. Trust me Dad, those little burnt extra crispy cookies were the best I had ever tasted to date. Thank you Dad for always fulfilling my wishes."

She switched towards another photo where little Anubhav and Karishma were fighting and Veer was trying to keep both of them away from each other. "Anu Bhayya! You remember that...." She added looking at him who smiled through his tears and nodded. "Whenever we had a fight Dad has always taken my side and I love that....Thank you Dad for making me your princess....." She said once again looking at him and this time tears rolled down from her eyes to her cheek as her emotions are clearly out of balance. In the audience, Veer was proudly announcing to those sitting beside her, "Look!! How much they love me, they are my biggest assets......they can even give their life on my one command....." While commissioner of Lukhnow, who was listening to his words felt something more than proud, a strange powerful sense of possession but he shrugged it away moving his attention to Karishma. The next picture she displayed was where Veer was putting her Uniform Hat on her head as she was wearing her Police uniform. "It is the picture of my first day as Sub-Inspector.....By going against the whole world, he had supported me in my ambition of joining the force.....Thank you so much Dad.....it will be not completely wrong to say that my duty and uniform is just because of you, just for you....." she switched off the projector screen moved towards the center of stage, and added bowing in front of him, "Despite the fact that we are not connected by blood, you did everything for me....I want to confess that my life and my soul are because of you and for you."

Soft music started in the background as girls dressed in pink and black shirts with knee-length skirts entered on stage and started swaying with music while Karishma raised her mike and started singing these lyrics.

Karishma Singh finished the last lines with an action pack performance by dance troop. And with that's she ran in his embrace giving him a tight hug who was patting her back, "Stop crying, princess!! How much you will cry today?" Veer said wiping away her tears and kissed her forehead as everyone was watching them admiring the extent of love, respect, and trust Anubhav and Karishma hold in their hearts for their Dad.

"Let's cut the cake!!" Shorya said moving the trolley with cake towards the front. The trolley was placed in front of Veer beside him was his whole Family. Veer had cut the cake in between many birthday wishes and compliments, she first fed his son and daughter followed by Sandhya as they fed him too, creating an awestruck family moment. "Anubhav! In my bag I have return gifts for all our guests. Can you please get them distributed, and make sure no one should leave without taking that...." Veer instructed him and persuaded him twice of not letting anyone leave without the gift. Anubhav, Karishma, and Shorya had distributed gifts to everyone which was an expensive wristwatch. Everyone was extremely pleased and mesmerized by his dashing personality and expensive gifts. After that evening, there was no single one in Lukhnow who was not talking about the Singh family.
