Chapter Seventeen (V)

Merlin hated chores they were long, tired some and all around boring and yet gathering herbs was one chore he didn't complain about. When Gaius would ask why Merlin would lie telling him how he didn't want to be asked to do anything worse. He actually enjoyed for the main thrill have being away from the world leaving his responsibilities behind even for a short amount of time.

Merlin joyfully pulled the herb out the ground taking his time. It was a nice peaceful morning especially since Arthur was off on a little adventure with his father.

And ear piercing screech cut through the peace destroying Merlin's only free time. His head jerked up coming eye to eye with a eagle headed beast.

Merlin skipped the screaming jumping to his feet and heading for the hill and fast as his clumsy legs could take him.

Said clumsy legs decided to give out on him as he jumped over the roots of a tree and fell to the ground ready to die by the unknown creature.

A loud cry disrupts Merlin's death as a man leaps over Merlin and routes the roots bring his sword down on the beast. The beast roared as the mans sword was left shattered.

"Run! Run!" The man cries pulling Merlin to his feet and dragging Merlin along as they raced through the forest. The man glances behind them before pulling Merlin behind a hidden tree that had a nice dip on the other side. The young man hissed pressing his hand to a wounded side.

Merlin glanced at the wound then slowly lifted his head over the fallen tree searching for the creature. "It's gone. You saved my life. I'm Merlin." Merlin smiled holding out his hand.

The young man smiles back offering his own hand replying, "Lancelot." Merlin grinned shaking his hand.

--

Uther and Artura looked down upon a destroyed village. Artura's heart sunk at the sight of it all. "What creature could have done this?" Uther wondered equally shaken by the sight.

Artura glanced at the village with a heavy heart. "We found no tracks in or out. What the villagers say must be true: it has wings and..." She didn't want to hear the next part nor did she want to say it.

"What?" Uther demanded. They were alone and he still acted more like a king then her father.

Artura gulped her eyes lingering on the village no matter how much she wished to look away. "And it took no livestock, only people. Whatever it is, it has a taste for human flesh." Her stomach turned at the words thinking of the poor souls.

The king had a haunted look on his face matching her own. "Post sentries in all the outlying villages. Put the lookouts on full alert. If this thing should make for Camelot, we must be ready." Uther said.

Artura nodded grateful that he wanted guards to protect the other villages even if they were really only there to inform him about any more attacks. Uther began to ride away.

"Wait, father." Artura called praying this would go in her favor.

Uther stopped turning towards his daughter. "Yes," he asked calmly.

Her confidence was slowly running away. "I...er..um was wondering if I could maybe be given a day to look at the lists of suitors," She announced nervously.

While her father if agreed would give her a list of pausible suitors she was really asking go a day to be Alice and after the dress fesco and her ignoring her fathers words to save Merlin she wasn't sure if he would let her.

Her father seemed to ponder the question a little bit as he began to trot along. "We have some new recruits coming, don't put your feeling in front of your duty."

Artura grinned knowing that was a yes thanking him and went off to fulfill her job.

--

Lancelot stared out the window at the training fields."Ever since I was a child I've dreamed of coming here. It's my life's ambition to join the knights of Camelot. I know what you're thinking, I...I expect too much. After all, who am I? They have their pick of the best and bravest in the land." He rambled to Merlin feeling already close enough the young man to spill his guts.

Merlin quickly got ready for.the remembering that even though Lancelot was here that doesn't mean he didn't have work to done. "Lancelot"

"Yes?"

Lancelot was panicking this was his chance to fulfill his dream and now he felt nervous. It was embarrassing. He had train and put his heart in soul into this dream so why was he so nervous? Well its probably because he put his heart and soul into so if it didn't go the way he hoped he knew he would be crushed.

"They are going to love you." Merlin promises trying to ease his new friends worries.

Lancelot looked over at him his hand shaking. "They are?"

Merlin scoffed nodding his head. He straightened out his jacket before speaking filling Lancelot with confidence. "I've seen you in action. You could shame the great Arthur himself."

Lancelot let out a forced laugh rolling his eyes. "I hardly think so." Lancelot wished that statement were true, but he had heard of Arthur fighting ability from everywhere he had ever visited.

"In fact, you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to talk to him right now." Merlin said confidently heading towards the door lacking at hesitation.

Lancelot's eyes widened significantly. "You know Arthur?" He asked amazed. Being a knight might have been a life ambition but knowing Arthur comfortably enough to have a nice talk with him was like something out of a fairytale.

Merlin nodded proudly never once had he thought that knew the git of a prince would make him seem so 'cool'. "Oh yes."

--

Artura stared down at the new recruits. She had always wanted to build up a kingdom that view all as equel, but when I came to new recruits who that they knew everything she pushed her views aside and made sure they knew that she was above and better it made them humble. She want these man to work their way up to her respects. And so she stared down at the man ready for his final test.

"Right, you jumped up dung beetle, this is it. The final test. Pass this and you're a knight of Camelot. Fail, and you're no one. You face the most feared of all foes, the ultimate killing machine. You face me. You're challenge to last one minute free combat. Grummond, Second son of Wessex." Artura announced drawing her sword and nodded at the servant waiting by the hourglass.

The servant flipped the hourglass. "Your time starts now." Artura believed that the challenger always had the right to attack first since they were the one asking for it.

The challenge wasn't really meant for the knight to beat her. She was well known for being one of the best fighter around, so expect less experienced fighter to beat her would unfair. The real point of the fight was to see if they could a.) actually take her down or b.) if they could last a solid minute against her.

She may looked down upon then to humble them bit a part if the humbling process was to let them they weren't the best. This lead her to always fight them to the best of her abilities.

Grummond swung his sword around trying to intimidate Artura. Althoug she had seen some his skills as a warrior already she admired his idea to intimidate.

Artura however didn't let her eyes be drawn towards the sword that was also there for a distraction often times. Grummond finally makes a move, lunging at Artura as he swung his sword at her chest. She swiftly dodged and took the man down two quick motions. The crowd that had gather roared as Artura strauted over taking the flag.

"Take him away." She ordered to the guards near by. They nodded helping the young man back to his feet.

Artura walks away heading over to a near by tent to escape the ever blazing sun. She sighed wishing for someone she could complain to. She searched around for Merlin knowing he would listen to her he always listen and well made her fell a bit idiotic but he listened.

It appeared luck was on her side as she spotted Merlin making his way towards her. She smiled at the boy but quickly hide it before he could see knowing Merlin wouldn't let her live it down for being excited her was there.

--

Artura stood patiently as Merlin worked quickly to pull the armor off of her. "Grummund's the third to fail this month. How am I meant to defend Camelot with rubbish like that?" Artura recounted sincerely frustrated.

She need fierce warriors who could handle.just about anything or a least for sometime before another soldier could come to help. None of the men she had fought showed said potential.

Merlin lifted the breastplate over Artura's head looking her in the eyes grinning. "Well, I think I might be able to help."

Artura scanned the boy spotting no physical proof of how a whip like him could do much to help him. "You, Merlin? You haven't the faintest idea what it takes to become a knight. Courage, fortitude, discipline." Merlin was best described as a rebellious lamb not a strong obedient warrior.

Merlin chuckled shaking his head violently. "No, no, no, of course I don't, but I do know someone who does." Merlin examined his armed probably trying to figure out if anything need a bit of repair to take to Gwen or her father for help.

Artura's thoughts paused when they remembers her mentioned someone else. Who could it be she hasn't meant said noble as far as she knew. "Yeah?" she asked now thoroughly interested.

Merlin nodded proclaiming, "He saved my life."

Artura first thought that saving Merlin was a hard job or at least it was the last time she had tried. That thought didn't stop her form saying the next few words to come out her mouth. " That's blowing it for starters."

There was a wave of offence that crossed Merlin's face but he was quick to push it away. "No, no, no. He's really good. Honestly." Merlin promised he had finished freeing her.

Artura sighed someone willing to save Merlin's useless life for their own was quiet honorable although few had the same views. Not to mention Merlin seemed extremely sure of himself. It appeared all to perfect almost to perfect. "That's great, Merlin. I'm sure he's terrific, but you forget the First Code of Camelot." Merlin wouldn't be friends with a noble. Merlin was to disrespectful for that sort of thing to happen.

Merlin's faced paled realizing he may have just missed the opportunity. "The what?" Merlin asked clearly having not been informed of the code.

Artura sighed rubbing her temples as she recited, "The First Code. Only those of noble blood can serve as knights. So, unless your friend is a nobleman..." She offered deep down hoping the man was.

"Oh, er, he, he is a nobleman." Merlin stated nervously. She got the sense that he was lying or perhaps he didn't know.

"Is he?" She asked again giving him a chance to be honest with her.

Merlin nodded with more confidence this time. "Absolutely." he promised his smilereturning

Artura found herself sighing once again something she did often when around Merlin. "Very well. Bring him to the training ground tomorrow. And make sure he brings his seal of nobility."

Merlin's smile grew and Artura subconsciously took a step back not usr to such joy. "Thanks Arthur. You won't regret it." Merlin began to walk away as Artua nodded.

"Wait, Merlin I need to speak with you about something important come with me." Artura claimed watching as his smile faded ever so slightly.

He glanced at the direction he was heading the back at her. He sighing before walking back towards her. Insteading of speaking she began to walk away from the tent and towards her chambers.

He followed along in silence wondering what he was in trouble for this time. Artura made sure that she didn't walk a head of the boy.

"Have you done all your chores?" She asked breaking the silence as they walked. She felt like his fidgety habits could be spread and she had no want of them.

She walked into her room with the boy mow trailing behind her after announcing that he was only half way through them all.

Artura walked over to her desk leaning causally against it. "The day after tomorrow I have some personal matters to attend to, so I will need you to clean my armour and wash my clothes, but there is no need to come and wake me up in the morning or get me food. Lets call this the closest thing you may ever get to a break since you are so awful at your job." Artura announced calmly.

"Personal business?" Merlin wondered.

"Yes, now leave," She stated simple sheeting him away.

Merlin's brow furrowed. "You brought me all the way up her just to tell me that?"

"Don't make me repeat myself Merlin. I could always take away your little break entirely." Artura threatened wishing the boy to leave.

Merlin looked as though he had a few questions but restrained himself from asking. He gave a thanks before leaving Artura in her cold lonely room.

"Now what to wear on my little trip." She muttered making her way over to her closest. All she had were her normal prince attire and training out fits. "I wonder if Gaius got anything I could barrow.

--

Lancelot paced back and forth Gaius watching wishing the boy would stop so that he could focus on his task.

Merlin walked in calmly showing no sign of what sort of news he wad going to bare. Lancelot didn't waste one second to release his anxiety.

"Well? Did you speak to him?" Lancelot stopped pacing watching Merlin carefully.

Anticipation had to be one of the worst feeling ever. While other emotion could pull you into a dark hole of dispair, anticipation made you feel queasy and uncomfortable. You can't sit still because your mind is racing faster than what us intended. You feel like you could go on a nice long run but the fear of missing whatever it was you're anticipating holds you back. So you are left bouncing and pacing driving everyone else insane.

Lancelot wanted to be a knight he wanted no one to feel so helpless alone as he did. He want others to feel safe and comfortable unafraid of what was put there because they knew that he was out there to protect them. And so having the opportunity to become a night filled him with anticipation.

Merlin's face remained neutral as he spoke, "Yeah, I spoke to him."

Lancelot's heart jumped from his stomach to his throat and back again. He rubbed his sweating hand together taking a hopeful step towards his new friend. "And?"

Merlin took a deep breath preparing himself to answer. Lancelot in return held his breath. "And..." Merlin began his eyes falling to the floor finally allow some emotion to show.

Lancelot's face fell as his heart stoped and his stomach finished tying itself into a knot. "No." Lancelot shook his head quickly going into denial.

He had worked so hard for this and he wasn't even going to be given the option to even try.

Hardwork was a bit opposite of anticipation. For hard work always lead to happiness. Although said happiness rarely came in the box you guessed it would come. Like working hard to become a famous baker only to be put as a sweeper in the most popular barker in the kingdom. Yet because you were the sweeper you learned new things that definitely would've gotten you fired if you had received the job. And while being a sweeper maybe you find your other half the one person you are true my meant to be with. Not what you were hoping for, but in the end works out.

Lancelot didn't want his happiness to be out side the box he wanted it to be the way he had planned it and now it was slipping out of his grip before he could even touch it.

Merlin's face grew into a grin almost feeling back for feigning disappointment. Lancelot had turned himself from Merlin so he poured all his excitement into his next statement, "He said he would like to meet you."

Lancelot whipped around his face falling to the floor in shock. And his stomach was released from its knot know riding a roll or coaster of dreams. "Yes! Thank you. Thank you!" Lancelot cried pulling Merlin into a brotherly hug.

Merlin hugged back nervously chuckling. "Hey, really, it was no problem, really. It's nothing." Lancelot grin faded a little as Merlin cleared his throat. " You're not a nobleman, by any chance, are you?"

Lancelot eyes widen scoffing, "A nobleman? No." Lancelot laughed at the thought of being a noblemen it was ridiculous. "Good lord, no. Why do you ask?"

Merlin looked away from Lancelot his heart sinking. "It's just that there's this..."

Gaius had been listening too the two boys glad that Lancelot could fulfill his dream. However, as soon as Lancelot admitted to not being a nobleman Gaius's smile faded knowing that the news would be hard for the young lad.

"The First Code of Camelot states that only those of noble blood can serve as a knight. Uther created the knights to protect this kingdom from those who wished to destroy it. He knew he would have to trust each of his knights with his life. So he chose them from the families that had sworn allegiance to him." Gaius explained know the codes to be a knight well, since he had participated in creating the material.

"The nobility." Merlin summed up his own frown deepening. He want this for Lancelot he had the heart of a true knight and that should be all that matter at the end of the day bot what family you were born into.

"And thus the First Code of Camelot was born, and ever since that day, only the sons of noble families have served as knights." Gaius finished standing up slowly. Arthur had asked for his presence when he was available and once this conversation was over Gaius was plenary of time.

"But that is not fair." Merlin whispers now upset himself. Lancelot hadn't said a word the code still trying to break through to his brain where he could process the information.

Gaius nodded agreeing with Merlin. "Fair or unfair, that's the way it is. I'm sorry, Lancelot. Truly, I am."

Lancelot's face was blank as he gave a small nod. He felt like he was falling into a bottomless pit with no hope of reaching the end just being stuck in the endless flow of falling.

--

Artura entered Gaius's chambers calmly thinking of what to say if Merlin was there. She poked her head in spying no Merlin, jsut Gaius reading away.

"Hello, Gaius," Artura greeted her eyes shining.

Gaius peeled his face away from the book look up at the young girl. "Arthur...er Artura what brings you here?" He asked quickly closing the book appearing a bit nervous.

Artura eyed the book now curious as to way he looked so nervous. Gaius cleared his throat being her attention back to why she had came. "Oh...yeah...uh," she started uncomfortably. She never felt comfortable talking about being a girl or any aspect of it. She wasn't entirely use to the idea even if that was who she true my was. "Father is allowing me a day to myself, and I wanted to go unnoticed by the people." Artura explained shifting her weight back and forth.

"You were wondering if I had something for you to borrow. Since going out and buying one as the prince of Camelot would appear a bit off." Gaius's guessed, Artura gave a quick nod glancing behind her. She looked ready to run at the first unexpected sounds.

Gaius smiled sympathetic to her situation. He knew it wasn't nearly as dangerous as Merlin's but her father wasn't to kind towards the idea of having a daughter.

Gaius knew something were foreign to her and having to act like she was okay and that she was the ideal son ruined her time enjoying life. "Let me see what I can gather." Gaius said heading up into Merlin's room.

He knew Merlin would have something her size all he had to do was find one of the outfits he had bought him that Merlin had yet to touch or some clothes they kept inside Merlin's room for patients.

Artura did her best to not pace across the worn our floor, but her nerves felt like they had spiked up like crazy causing her to be a bit figeity.

--

Merlin and Lancelot walked around the courtyard. Merlin was doing his best to cheer up his friend. They had only just meet but it felt to Merlin like they had knew each other for a life time.

"Why do you want to be a knight so much?" Merlin asked thinking he could help Lancelot fulfill the dream differently.

Lancelot rubbed his shoulder as his eyes glazed over. "When I was a boy, my village was attacked by raiders from the northern plains. They were slaughtered where they stood, my father, my mother. Everyone. I alone escaped. I vowed that day that never again would I be helpless in the face of tyranny. I made sword craft my life. Every waking hour since that day, I devoted to the art of combat, and when I was ready, I set forth for Camelot. And now, it seems, my journey ends. Everything I fought for, wasted." Lancelot's voice was soft and distant.

He watched the scene play in his head. He was traumatized but he pushed past it by devoting his life to becoming a knight. It all felt useless know that he couldn't.

Merlin stared sadly at the man. "I give you my word, whatever it takes, I will make this right." Merlin promised thinking of what he might be able to pull through his magic.

--

Lancelot headed back towards Gaius's chambers while Merlin ran off saying something about the library. Lancelot open the door to find a man around his age sitting on a chair his knew boucinf up and down. He had short blond hair and ice blue eyes. The man snapped his head towards the door as soon as it opened jumping to his feet.

"Oh, uh sorry," Lancelot said closing the door wondering if he had gone to the wrong room on accident.

"It's fine," the young man said sitting back down. "I thought you were someone else is all."

Lancelot nodded scanning the room finding some of Merlin's stuff laying around. He was in the right room which meant that man was probably here to talk with Gaius.

Lancelot looked at the man unable to put a finger on his familiarity. "What brings you to Gaius's chambers?" the young man asked holding himself highly.

"I..I'm a friend of his apprentice Merlin." Lancelot explained unsure what sort of information to disclose.

"Ah Merlin that is a trouble some lad." the man said grinning a little. Lancelot chuckled nodding his head. His life was interesting with Merlin. "So are you from his home village?"

"Uh no I meant him fairly recently." Lancelot admitted taking a seat across from the man.

"Ahh... And he is already caused you problems?" The man asked his grin shaping into a smile. Lancelot nodded smiling himself.

"He sure does have a way of drawing in danger."Lancelot noted the other man chuckling. "I'm Lancelot." he reached out his hand.

The other man's smile grew as he stretched forth his own hand open ing his mouth to speak. "Artur-Prince Arthur, here are the item you have asked for," Gaius interrupted coming down the stairs. He held a neatly folded pair of clothes.

Prince Arthur stood nodding towards Gaius and taking the clothes from Gaius. "Thanks you Gaius, my friend will much apprestaite it." Gaius nodded showing Arthur the door.

Right before he was about to leave he turned back towards Lancelot. "This conversation never happened. Good day to you both." And like that he left with Lancelot giving a nod.

Lancelot was in shock he had just meet his ideal and he had a casual conversation with him it was unimaginable.

--

Merlin couldn't wait to see Lancelot's face when he presented his plan to get him inside the knights. Merlin swung open the door holding the parchment proudly.

"What's that?" Lancelot asked turning himself to face Merlin fully.

Merlin practically puffed out his chest as he announced, "This is your seal of nobility." Lancelot tilted his head confused.

"I don't understand." Lancelot admitted.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Lancelot, fifth son of Lord Eldred of Northumbria." Merlin announced spinning around. Lancelot doing a victory dance.

Lancelot sighed taking the paper from Merlin looking over it. "No, Merlin. No." Lancelot shook his head uncomfortable with lying about something important like nobility.

Merlin frown swiping then paper away from Lancelot hugging it to his body. "Oh, right. So you don't want to be a knight, then."

Lancelot's eyes widened shaking his head standing up. "Of course I do!"

"Well...the rules don't allow it. Damn the rules! The rules are wrong!" Merlin delcared slamming the paper on the table for emphasis.

"But it's a lie. It's against everything the knights stand for." Lancelot pointed out. He wanted to be a knight it was his life ambition, but he wasn't about to break his moral just to fufill his dream.

Merlin sighed knowing that selling his plan would be hard, but he had hope and Lancelot was going to achieve his dreams. "You have as much right to be a knight as any man. I know it."

Lancelot raked a hand through his hair frustrated. "But the rules, Merlin." He guest used towards to codes that Gaius had given him to look over.

Merlin looked over at the book glaring at it. "We're not breaking the rules. We're bending them, that's all. You get your foot in the door. But after that you will be judged on your merit alone. And if you succeed - if they make you a knight - it'll be because you earned it, noble or not. I can't change the way things are done around here, but you can...if you let me help you."

--

Gwen wrapped the measuring tape around Lancelot's thigh muttering the measurement before quickly writing it down.

"Thi..." Lancelot tries to say uncomfortably. He cleared his throat pushing his nerves away trying once more, "This is very kind of you, er..."

Gwen stands up smiling up as the young man extremely close. "Gwen." she whispers.

She goes from behind him wrapping the tape around his stomach both suppressing a blush.

"Gwen." Lancelot repeats trying out the beautiful name.

"Short for Guinevere." Gwen quickly adds casting her eyes downwards.

Lancelot was like a man of her dream. A man who fit the image of a true knight, but knew the struggles of being a commoner he was the..her ideal knight.

"Ah. Then thank you, Guinevere." Lancelot sending her one of his dashing smiles causing her heart to almost melt right there.

She quickly got a grip of her melting heart freezing it back in place. "Don't thank me. Thank Merlin. Merlin would do anything for anyone, wouldn't you, Merlin?" The two glanced over at Merlin who was relaxing casually on a barrel of rice giving a small nod smiling at the two's awkwardness. They looked back as each other smiling.

"Sorry, can you raise your arms?" Gwen asked. Lancelot raised his arms so they were parallel to the floor. Gwen gave a small nod before wrapping the tape around his biceps taking note of the measurements once again. "Thank you. Sorry. I think it's great that Merlin's got you this chance. We need men like you." Gwen said finishing up the measurements.

She had yet to step away from Lancelot not the he entirely minded. "You do?" he questioned totalling drawer in by her beauty.

Gwen took a step away bitting her lip. "Well, not me personally, but you know...Camelot. Camelot needs knights. Not just Arthur and his kind, but ordinary people like you and me."

Lancelot grinned at her. "Well, I'm not a knight yet, My Lady." He gave her a small bow.

Gwen face reddened, "And I'm not a lady." she couldn't stop the girly rifle to escape her likes as she spoke turning her head away from the man.

Lancelot looked shocked to say the least. "Sorry, my..." he bag an feeling bad for embarrassing the gorgeous women.

"Okay, we're done. Erm...I should have these ready in no time. It's nice to meet you Lancelot." Gwen interrupted wanting to go back to feeling like there weren't butterflies having a party in her stomach.

Gwen brought for her hand to shake Lancelot. He slowly took her hand about to shake it before making a quick second deduction swooping down and planting a soft kiss upon her gentle hand.

Lancelot the rushed out the door surprised by his own actions. Merlin sent Gwen a knowing smile before following his dear friend.

--

The two walked in silence the same scene replaying in their heads. Merlin was loving the moment more and more. Gwen and Lancelot were but so flustered and adorable. Lancelot was wishing he hasn't gone to see the lovely lady, for his action felt more and more foolish the more he thought of them. How dare he make such a kind girl feel uncomfortable, it just wasn't the right thing to do.

"She seems lovely. Guinevere." Lancelot begins watching Merlin carefully. The two were close, but how close?

Merlin nodded smiling fondly. "Oh, yeah. Yeah, she is. And the best seamstress in Camelot, I promise." Merlin reassured hoping that wasn't why Lancelot had brought up his beloved friend.

"Are you two...you know." Lancelot asked waving is hard up and down in a slow small motion.

Merlin glanced at him confused a bit by the question. Slowly it reached his brain and his cheeks flushed as he let out a chuckle. "No, no. Just friends." Merlin gave Lancelot a playful shove and a teasing look then image of Lancelot kissing Gwen's hand playing through his head once again.

A.N: My magical break is coming to an end and I don't want to go back to school. I meant to release this on the first day of this year, but like most of the time I'm behind schedule, but my new years resolutions is to be less lazy so more chapters may come out but no promises otherwise it definitely won't happen. Maybe last thing I don't entirely have a lot on my mind. I got a comment about it which I thought was funny because I was thinking the same thing, what if Gwen and Artura both sort like Lancelot (who knew who ends up with who) so its similar to Lancelot and Arthur both liking Gwen. Also sorry for a long chapter its insane, but this is such an amazing episode so you know but the next chapter has much stuff plan so be excited....Oh I remembered what it was I think Sir Leon is going to be like the Lancelot for Artura. If that doesn't make sense here me out. Lancelot (spoiler) learns about Merlin's magic and they have this tight close brotherly relationship because of the that. Sir Leon know about Artura being a girl and so he had a similar bond meaning I may try and add him where he isn't. Does he become a knight later in the show or is he busy because I just watched this episode and he wasn't anywhere to be seen. I also oddly enjoy messing up the way the episode originally goes

Issue #17: It so hard to remember how scenes play out so that's not all right which is fine. Also getting the emotion and humor of the actors/actress are hard and I'm no where near as funny as they are but I'm doing my best. So this us just normal fabric writing problem but still a huge problem.
