*Amy Pov*

I glanced at Melody to see that she is still looking around the palace by walking. Few guards are placed for her and they were following her.

In two days she has to find some way to save Juan otherwise he will be dead by these people in no time.

Today when I went to give him his food I saw that he is also fidgeting thinking about how to escape from this danger maybe.

"What are you thinking about?" I asked him opening the cell.

"I am thinking about what actually happened to Kendrick for him to act like this." He replied thinking even more.

"The words have passed what happened at the Kingdom of Hulind all over the people and it seems like it passed from none other than Candice." I said with anger for that woman.

"How are the people reacting?" He asked looking at me.

"You will be surprised." I replied shaking my head.

"Tell me!" He asked frowning.

"They started hating two main people and one of them is being hated more." I replied.

"Don't turn me in circles Amy. Tell me properly." He demanded.

"They hate Prince Kendrick and Melody. And they hate Melody more than the Prince." I said sighing.

"What? From where is that even seems logical?" he asked running his fingers through his hair.

"I don't know what Princess is thinking about but for few days she is completely frowning all the time." I said looking at him.

"I hope you will be safe and alive." I added placing a peck on his lips.

"Why did you do that?" He asked holding me before I can leave.

"I don't know whether you will be alive or not after these two days and I want to have something from you to remember you forever. So I got my first kiss from you." I replied sadly.

"You want to have your first kiss from me right? Then have it properly women." Saying that he crashed his lips to mine and slowly nibbled them.

We don't have time for the slow one so I immediately put the speed and kissed him passionately letting him know what I feel about him with this one kiss.

When he released me after we were out of breath, I rushed from there not having the strength to even look at him now.

I think it was the best thing I have done in my life rushing from him because as soon as I reached Melody's chamber she was clinging on to the wall as an unconscious state appeared on her face.

I reached her and helped her to lie on her bed. After that I called an elder woman who knows how to find out the reasons for illness.

I didn't inform anyone thinking Melody may not want to have audience at present.

After sometime of inspection she slowly got and said "There is no danger to her health. She is with child. Care should be taken more than normal."

I just got rooted in my place hearing such a good news but will all this happening around how will Melody deal with this.

I can't let this news out without Melody's consent. So I looked at the woman and said "This news should not leave this chamber no matter what."

The woman smiled nodding and left the chamber after telling me the measures Melody have to take to protect her child and herself from illness.

I sat beside Melody and started applying warm cloth on her forehead. Few minutes later she got up asking "What happened?"

"I don't know how to break this news Melody. But... but you are with child."I replied looking at her.

"What?" She asked frowning.

"You are with child Melody." I replied.

She slowly placed her hand on her stomach and asked "I have a child in here."

"Yes!" I said nodding.

"Are you sure? You are not jesting right?" She asked trembling.

"No Melody! You are really with child." I replied assuring her that this is all true.

"Oh Amy! I am with child. Agnes would have burst out with happiness." She said smiling.

"I am really with child Amy. I am with...." She stopped saying anything and just sat stunned.

"What happened Melody?" I asked her frowning.

"I am really with child Amy but it's father, my husband left me Amy. How can I look after my child without him?" She asked with tears flowing from her eyes.

"Shh... Melody you need to lessen your pain for the sake of your child. It is not good for it." I said and she immediately stopped crying.

"Yes! I can't hurt it right. I will take care of it myself. Who else knows this Amy?" She asked glancing at me.

"No one except the women." I replied.

"I need to go and inform the news to my Father." She said and got up from the bed to get ready.

"Be careful Melody." I said when she left to go to council room.

*Melody Pov*

I entered the council room to see everyone like everyday doing the discussions regarding what to do to return the favor for Kingdom of Hulind.

"Your highness!" I called him to drag his along with everyone's attention.

"Ah Princess! We are actually waiting for you." My Father said smiling.

"Me?" I questioned him frowning because he can't know about my condition already right.

"Tomorrow Juan is going to be presented infront of our people and decide what to do with him." He said and my eyes widened.

"But.. but there are still two days Your highness." I said trying to not show my fear.

"It is inevitable Princess. Even if you got answers this was supposed to happen." He said coldly.

I tried for some more time to make him and everyone understand but no one is ready to hear my words except Uncle Cole.

I walked outside the council room feeling defeated and started walking towards my Chamber.

"Melody!" I heard someone calling me.

I turned to see Uncle Cole walking towards me and asked "What do you want to say dear?"

"What do you mean Uncle?" I asked him frowning.

"You came here to tell us all something and I saw the determination on your face. Now tell me the news." He replied.

"I am with child Uncle." I said him in whisper and a grin broke out on his face.

"Melody! That's such wonderful news. The whole Kingdom must celebrate it." He said with joy.

"Before that I have some matter to attend." I said nodding at him.

"Don't inform anyone about this Uncle." I added and left from there when he promised.

"Melody! Did you inform them? I will go and inform Juan. He will be joy." Amy said when I entered my Chamber.

"You need to inform Juan something else Amy and not this at all." I said in serious tone.

"What do you mean? What happened, Melody?" She asked worriedly.

"Today when you go there to give him his night food don't lock the door while leaving and tell him the directions properly which I am going to tell you now." I replied removing the cloth I painted for the directions.

"Melody! I am getting terrified here. What happened?" She again asked.

"Tomorrow morning Juan is going to be presented infront of our people and I am sure what will they do to him. But before that I want him to escape from here." I replied and started explaining the instructions number of times.

"This was your plan from the beginning." She stated.

"Yes! I know Juan don't have any answers but we can't let him see the death here right. Now go and see whether the horse is still at the place where I tied today morning for him." I said and she left the chamber.

He is my friend and I will not let anything happen to him for something which he didn't even do.

*Juan Pov*

"Juan! Listen to me carefully. I will not lock your cell and you need to follow these instructions." Saying that Amy started explaining me few directions.

"But what for?" I asked her confused.

"There are not two days Juan. Tomorrow itself is going to be a decision day on you and Melody wants you to escape no matter what. She even got you a horse at the entrance of Kingdom." Amy replied.

"But.. I can't leave Melody here." I said remembering Kendrick's order to stay with Melody.

"Is there any use of you to be here for her? Or will there be any use when you may get hanged tomorrow?" Amy shouted at me and immediately looked around to see no one heard her.

"Ok! I will leave but only to solve her problems." I said after few minutes.

"Good! You need to do it at midnight." Saying that she was about to leave but I pulled her in my arms to hug her tight and she too returned it.

Then she left not locking it like she said.

Unknown to them everything was heard by a guard and that guard immediately rushed near the council to tell them everything.

Hearing that the shocked Council asked the guard to lock Juan's cell and also the main door of the prison until tomorrow morning.

Guard followed their instructions and locked Juan's cell without making noise and also the main door.

Early update for my friends and i know this will not answer your questions but this is important.

Two or three chapters more and you all will have answers.....
