#3: Two dragons per person.

#4: Only two tribe hybrids.

#5: Each person gets one hybrid, UNLESS the dragons are siblings.

#6: if you want royal family, it has to be at a position where you would not need special treatment, like nieces or nephews are okay, but no princesses or princes.
