Back at Amity Colosseum, the two Nevermores screeches as they continue to weaken the force field that's keeping them from getting in.

"Warning: Safety Barriers Failing."

As civilians run past her in a panic, Ruby Rose stays kneeling on the ground with her head down, her expression in a mixture of shock and sadness. As the Nevermores circles around the colosseum, Pyrrha Nikos struggles to stand as she looks in shock at the torn apart Penny Polendina.

In the stands Jaune and with the remaining members of Team JNPR,  "PYRRHA!! Pyrrha, that thing's going to break in! You've gotta move!"

Jaune, Ren, and Nora look up and see the force field flash as the two Nevermore rises back up before diving back in. Wasting no time, the leader of Team JNPR jumps from the stands into the arena. "Jaune!" Shouted Nora.

Jaune runs towards Pyrrha, "Pyrrha, please snap out of it!"

Suddenly, the Nevermores completely breaks through the holographic barrier, and the force of it landing on the arena floor knocks back Jaune, Pyrrha, and the pieces of Penny. The Nevermore screeches and lunges towards Pyrrha. With a blink of an eye, you used your chains to pull down the grim, "Get away from her." You let out a low whisper, Ajin quickly digs his hand through the Grimm, successfully ripping off the head, your chains tighten around the beheaded body, and you made eye contact with another with the other that had its claws towards Pyrrah. Once the second Nevermore took notice of you, it quickly moved away from you; this was the Goddess of the Grimm at work, the black smoke from the Nevermore gave you an overwhelming vibe. Suddenly, the Nevermore is knocked back by a red, twirling blur of roses, with the cause of the blur gripping one of Penny's swords and stabbing into the Nevermore, before jumping back down in front of Pyrrha, "Ruby?"

Ruby now with an angered, determined expression on her face, pointing Penny's sword toward the Nevermore, "Leave them alone!"

The Nevermore rises and circles the arena before lunging back down. Ruby holds Penny's sword defensively. Suddenly, the Nevermore gets pinned down by a barrage of rocket lockers and screeches out in pain before going unconscious. The lockers then open up, revealing the weapons of various students, including Crocea Mors, StormFlower, Magnhild, and Fulcrum.
The respective owner of the sword pulls it out from his locker and is shown alongside Scarlet David gripping his cutlass and flintlock pistol, Sage Ayana with his sword, and Neptune Vasilias with his gun in hand.

Sun Wukong with Ruyi Bang and Jingu Bang in its staff form, Ren and Nora carrying their weapons, and the remaining members of Team CFVY, the members of Team ABRN, as well as Flynt Coal and Neon Katt of Team FNKI, all gripping their respective weapons.

The students are then suddenly shaken when the Nevermore starts to get back up. Ren then leaps up into the air and uses the blades of his weapons to slash at the Nevermore. Arslan Altan uses her rope dart to swing down and grab the towering Yatsuhashi from the ground. Sage also leaps up into the air, and Nora runs up to the Nevermore's head and hit it with Magnhild in its hammer form. When Arslan reaches peak height, she lets go of Yatsuhashi, who is then joined by Sage, as the two broadsword wielders slash down and decapitate the Nevermore, causing it to dissipate into black particles. As Arslan lands back on the ground next to her teammates, Ruby looks over to the teary-eyed Pyrrha.

"Ms. (L/n), I..." She stops and holds a piece of Penny's torn cloth in her hands as her eyes continue to well up, "I'm so sorry." You patted her head, "Me too. But it wasn't your fault."

Jaune walks over to Pyrrha with Miló and Akoúo̱ in his hands, "She's right, whoever was on that microphone... they're the ones that did this. And we have to make sure they don't take anyone else."

Pyrrha stands back up and takes her weapons back from Jaune, the two of them exchanging determined expressions. They then look over to Ruby, who smiles at the impressive ensemble of students. Their moment is cut short when they notice hippogriff-like Grimm land on top of the colosseum. They fly towards the group of students as Ren calls the Grimm species out by their formal name, "Griffons."
"Anybody got a plan of attack?"
"Sun! Ruby need your Scroll."

Sun uses his tail to flick his Scroll to Ruby, who catches and uses it to summon her locker, which opens up revealing Crescent Rose inside. However, Ruby is stopped when a Griffon lands on her locker and roars at her before being scared away at the sound of a gunshot.

Port, holding his blunderbuss-ax in hand, with Oobleck holding his weapon in its club form, "Students! I think it would be best for you to leave."
"But we did a-"

"Miss Rose! This day will surely go down in Remnant's history. I'd prefer it if my students could live to tell about it."

Ruby nods at the Doctor's words before grabbing Crescent Rose and twirling it into its scythe form. "Let's go!"

As all the students leave, Ruby gets distracted by the flash of Velvet Scarlatina's camera. She stops to look at the photograph she took but is interrupted when her leader calls out to her, "Velvet!"

"Ms. (L/n), take care." Oobleck called out, "I hope to see both again."
"With you on our side, we will cross paths once again."
With the students clear of the arena, Port and Oobleck stand back-to-back with their weapons in hand as the Griffons circle around them

"One final match, Barty! Place your bets!"

Civilians continue to run and flee in panic as they reach the docking bays of the colosseum. Atlas Soldiers are seen directing civilians to step into the Air Buses calmly.

Suddenly, White Fang Bullheads are seen dropping off more Grimm at the docking bay. Two Atlesian Knights escorting General James Ironwood effortlessly gun down an Ursa. As they proceed forward, the Knights have suddenly brutally ripped apart by a much larger, armored Beowolf variant. The Beowolf then notices Ironwood as the General starts to run towards it, gradually picking up speed as he nears the charging Beowolf. He screams a loud battle cry as he pulls out his revolver from his coat. Ironwood ducks and slides under the Beowolf's swipe and shoots at it a couple of times. The Beowolf then charges at Ironwood again, who fires his revolver a few more times before having to duck under another swipe. The Beowolf attempts to swipe at him back with its left claw, but Ironwood effortlessly stops it with his right hand. The General then fires at the Beowolf's feet, the explosion causing it to get airborne, and still gripping it's claw, Ironwood proceeds to swing it back down to the ground with his brute strength. Ironwood then picks up the Beowolf, aims the revolver at its skull, and shoots it, causing black blood to splatter from it. Ironwood then watches the body of the Beowolf dissipate before leaving. The students are then shown exiting the arena entrance and gather together in front of Ironwood.

"What's going on!?"

"Grimm are crawling all over the city. The White Fang's invaded Beacon, and to make matters worse, some... vagabond has seized one of my ships. Until we regain command, the skies are out of our control. So I'm..." Ironwood is interrupted by a sneak attack from a Creep, which is swiftly dealt with from Ajin ripping off its arms. "Going to take it back. Thank you (Y/n)."

As Ironwood turns for his ship, he is stopped when asked a question.

"What should we do?"

Ironwood turns and faces the students, "You have two choices. Defend your Kingdom and your school... or save yourselves." The students exchange looks with each other, "No one will fault you if you leave." You continue the sentence. Ironwood then proceeds to climb up on the dropship in front of him, as he addresses the crowd. "Let's move out!"

You summon Ajin, glancing at the students, "All of you, as your teacher and as a friend, watch each other backs."
"Ms. (L/n), what are you doing?" You run off the edge of the platform, throwing your chains around a Nevermore. "This is the quickest way for me to the city!" You shout one last time. "(Y/n)!" Ironwood yells at you, "That woman is something else." As Ironwood leaves, the students look at each other and murmur before Sun speaks up. "I mean... come on!"
"We can take a ship to Beacon!"

Upon making it to city, you jump off the Nevermore, Ajin morphed at the ground ready to catch you. A few civilians were in a panic, running and screaming away as the Grimm feeds off of the fear of the people. A Griffon lands behind you, aiming at the civilians however you got into the way, letting yourself get harmed in the process, this caught the attention of surrounding Grimm. If you were to get hurt or close to 'death,' the Grimm has an instinct to protect you, this is the reasoning behind your titles. The Grimm rush off and attack the Griffon.

All across Beacon Academy, various students battle the many Creatures of Grimm: Jaune is seen slashing at an Ursa, while Neon rollerblades away from a Boarbatusk. Coco opens fire on a Griffon, while Arslan is seen fighting an Ursa Major before it runs off to attack Nora, who fires at it with her grenade launcher. Ren is seen firing his guns at a retreating Beowolf before it drops dead.

You slowly walked to your next target, as Ajin had taken down a Boarbatusk and an Ursa. However, before you could wrap your chains, flames coated the monster, the same blue flames from that time. You could feel your hands begin to shake, and the world around you began to swirl. You could hear people call for help, but now, you were the one who needs it. "I thought I would have to come to find you, but it seems that you came to me." Shining mint eyes emerged from the fire. "And without the annoying ones too."

"Suneel."

Cinder Fall, Emerald Sustrai, and Mercury Black, standing on the rooftop, the latter filming the chaos with his Scroll.
"Beautiful."

Emerald had a sorrowful expression on her face, "It's almost sad."
"It's horrendous. Focus on the Atlesian Knights."
"Oh, I'm getting all of it."
"Good. Continue the broadcast until the end."

Suddenly, a tremor rocks the three of them.

"And do not miss what happens next."

Cinder walks off as Mercury continues filming with an evil grin on his face, while Emerald's expression only grows more worrisome. "Now I wonder if Suneel has received his princess yet?"

Suneel stares down at you, "Hey Honey, I missed you." He lets out a chuckle, "Sad to see that you became this way, honey why didn't you tell me about yourself, that you are immortal, that from the very beginning you served the Gods-"
"How did you know?"
"Hm, well does a name Salem ring a bell? She told me everything; I feel as if I reconnected with you, with her you can't hide anything, you can run to me again!"
Suneel slowly steps closer to you; fear began to fill you with every step he took. An Ursa took notice of your anxiety and stood between you and Suneel, "Don't get in my way!" Suneel snapped his fingers, and the Ursa was set ablaze. "How long has it been? Hm, fourteen, fifteen years? You still look the same, still so beautiful." You fell to your knees, feeling not being able to move away, far from him.
"You know, I had to team up with the white fang, the leader here has the same motives as me, we both want our loved one back." This caught your attention, "Blake." You turned around to the direction where you last saw blame, but blue flames burned your arms, preventing you from leaving, "Not this time, honey. You left me first, now that I found you, I will not think about letting you go."
The awful memories he gave you, the same memories that you locked in the back of your head hoping that after some time will be forgotten were returning to haunt you. Suneel places a hand on your cheek, "But remember, I love you." You finally let out a cry that echoed far, "Stop!" The ground began to rumble, a very familiar feeling shivered down your spine, "Don't tell me." Suneel turned around as he was expecting something. "He is still watching over you."

Inside his office, Ozpin watches the battle on three video feeds, one showing some buildings, the middle showing a group of Atlas soldiers struggling a against a Deathstalker on Beacon's main avenue, and the last showing civilians stuck on a rooftop waving for help, while an Ursa slowly crawls up the side of the building. Ozpin then starts to walk away from his desk, grabbing his cane in the process, before proceeding to the elevator. However, he is stopped in his tracks when a sudden tremor shakes the ground. A picture of you passes through Ozpin's head, "Saint?"

Back in the city, Glynda and Qrow continue fighting, before they too are shaken by another tremor. Qrow stabs his sword into the ground to keep himself standing. "No..." Glynda muttered. "Where's (Y/n)." Qrow worriedly thought about you.

Another tremor shakes Jaune as he battles an Ursa Major, with Sage and Scarlet piggyback riding on it with worried expressions on their faces.

Elsewhere, a mountain starts to shake and crumble violently, as various body parts of a monstrous-looking Grimm are revealed, before the mountain completely breaks apart, releasing a titanic Wyvern. The Wyvern roars and flies over the abandoned Mountain Glenn, heading towards Beacon. As it flies, it exudes a black, tar-like substance which drops to the ground in the city of Vale and spawns various Grimm.

Ozpin approaches the window of his office, noticing the Wyvern getting closer. The massive Grimm excretes more of the black substance, which drops to the ground and spawns more Grimm near the base of the CCT. Ozpin let out a sigh, "Don't let Saint be alone, and not with him."

Ajin finally appeared sensing your fear you can tell he was acting on his own this time you had no control over him. "That's him, isn't it?" A large black skeleton arm wraps around you as if protecting you. "So this is ajin, I had always wondered what he looks like, no different from a Grimm."
"Come back to me we can get together again just like the old times, just before Qrow."  finally building up the courage to speak you muttered, "What we had wasn't healthy, I never want that feeling when we were together, I don't want you." Suneel gave you a sadden expression, "He brainwashed you, Qrow is lying to you. Since he walked into our lives, you began to leave me out of things. Do you have any idea how much it hurts to see the love of your life talk to someone other than you?" Suneel began to cry, "No, it's not fair!" All you could do was watch, "I loved you first!" The tears to into madness, "But if I'm not mistaken, Qrow hasn't claimed you. This time you are mine!"
Before Suneel could grab you, the Wyvern flew over you, dropping the tar-like substance behind you. A Beowulf comes out from behind you, biting your cape, and dragged you into the black pool. "No!" Suneel began to set the substance on fire, the moment the liquid disappeared, so did you. "Damn it!" Suneel's scroll began to ring, "Suneel, you were told to stay low until Salem get you orders to step in."
"Don't lecture me, Hazel. I found my girl, and now she knows she can't get away from me. I'm heading back to headquarters."

Elsewhere you resurfaced gasping for air, crawling out of the pool where the Grimm were forming. Due to Ajin, you were immune to the black liquid. You wipe your face, comprehending about your encounter with Suneel. "Saint." You look up seeing Ozpin, taking a look of your surrounding you were back at Beacon, "Oz. Suneel, he tried to..." Ozpin held out a hand for you to grab, without hesitation you did. "I'm sorry you had to go through that again. I should have watched over you myself." You stood up on your feet, "No, it's fine, I'm fine, the Grimm they took me in and away from him." You and Ozpin rush to find the students, "We need to get Miss Nikos." You nodded, "We need to get her to Amber before Cinder does."

Team JNPR in a lineup as they prepare to battle the incoming enemies, with Jaune and Pyrrha exchanging a smile with each other. Before they could go forward, Pyrrha notices both you and Ozpin standing the entrance of the tower, while Team SSSN runs off to fight off their enemies. Pyrrha then walks towards her headmaster without saying a word to her teammates, much to their confusion.

"Where's she going?"

"I'll go find out. You two stay here and keep fighting."

As he goes to follow Pyrrha, a familiar figure standing on the rooftop with her weapons in hand. Cinder watches as she uses her stolen maiden abilities taking out a scroll, "Oh, this will be easy."
