- Backstory/past: after Kira & Diavolo got married & decided they want a child, Kira went to Shinobu and she carried Irene for them. Irene had a normal, relatively furnished childhood, with loving & doting fathers and a nice surrogate mom she visits on occasion.

- Current (living) situation: living with her fathers in Kira's villa in the northeast section of Morioh

3. PERSONALITY

- Main traits: prideful; picky/hard to please; determined/tenacious, complains a lot but actually gets shit done; can exhibit some cruelty if pushed to the extreme

- PRIDEFUL. Tries to not let it show, but she's sooo prideful & hates to lose. Also follows that she hates to be insulted, teased etc. but if it's from someone she's close with or considers a friend, she has a surprisingly higher degree of tolerance.

- To strangers, she appears... not unfriendly per se, but a bit cool & aloof, maybe even hard to approach. To friends, she is more talkative, friendly & amiable, but she does value her alone time. Prefers to just have her peace, but if she has enemies, she will happily make their lives hell.

- Not overly ambitious, but once she has a goal, she will basically employ any method to achieve it. Is the type to bitch and complain a lot while she's working on it; you'll leave feeling annoyed at her attitude & thinking she's incompetent, only to come back 2 days later and find that the job has been beautifully completed.

- Going off of the previous point, she seems whiny & prone to stress, but in reality, the more dire the situation becomes, the more calm & cool-headed Irene will get. If pushed to the extreme, she risks becoming callous & cold-hearted.

- Ambivert who leans toward introverted, likes to keep her thoughts & feelings to herself, and enjoys her alone time. Selective with her friends, but generally does not set out to be a bully.

- Appearance: a pink flip-phone with black buttons, with a phone charm on the right side, that has a golden metallic cat's head hanging off of it. Waterproof and surprisingly durable.

- Ability: basically, it is a phone that allows her to rewind time from 0 to 3 times in a period of 24 hours. The phone has 3 power bars, and is rechargeable by sleep. It's complicated, but here's a summary :')

She can dial the time she wants to rewind to (ie: 0930 for 9:30 AM, 2130 for 9:30 PM, and so on), and concentrate on who/what she wants to reach. The phone can call anything near the target (ie: another phone, a cup, a shoe etc.), and as soon as the target picks that thing up (aka receive the call), time will be rewinded. The effects kinda look like King Crimson's little "irl glitch."

She can then act to change "the future." However, her target/the person who picked up the phone will also have the memories of time rewinded and the events that have been "erased." Everyone else will be oblivious to it (ie: if she loses to kid A in a race at school, she can "call" kid A, rewind time and run the race again. No one will know except for her and kid A).

Also, the state of all inanimate things will return to how it was at the time Irene chooses to rewind to (ie: if at 9 AM a building is destroyed, if she rewinds to an earlier time, it will become fixed). The state of living things will remain the same.

Since it's a phone, it obviously doesn't have any personality :') But it can reflect Irene's mood & emotional state (ie: if she gets mad, it might overheat; if her concentration's good, the connection will improve etc.).
