I started writing in late June of 2014 in the summer between my freshman and sophomore years of high school. I'm pretty sure I might have started to try and write some time before that, but the first time I really remember writing a full book was that summer (Actually, I apparently started writing sometime in 1023 in my freshman year. It was a book I deleted from the internet and I don't remember the name and it was so awful. After that it was Stranded with Him, an abandoned project still up on my profile.). I was at my cousins' house in Kansas City because my parents and some of their friends were in Bali on vacation. I got so bored that I decided to look up a good spy novel to read on Wattpad or Quotev. Frustrated at the lack of realism and all of the stupid antics in the spy books I was finding, I decided to make my own. I remember spending days typing on the computer feeling so cool that I was writing a real book, haha!
