Part 38

Nandu is just starring at Manik bcoz no words are coming out of her mouth after listening to him....this is what she has been craving to hear that he loves her like she loves him .....but today when he confessed she is speechless ... She is feeling like it's a dream .....

Manik : mini r u ok ???

Nandu places her lips on his kissing him with tears down her eyes which are touching his cheeks as well ....making him know that she is crying ....he held her face in his hands after the kiss .....and kissed her forehead ......clearing her tears nodding in no.....

Manik : no tears ....PLZZ ..... I know we are friends .....but ??? He is about to continue but heard her .....

Nandu : I love you Manik ...... she said simply  and he looked at her in shock.....she cupped his face in her hands and starred at him with all the love and continued to say ....

I loved you from the day I saw you in hospital  , when u saved me in accident and gave me a new name... That name mini and that day changed my life bcoz my every day is filled with love and happiness .... I can't even say what I felt when u used to protect me from other guys .... I used to feel the luckiest and I'm still bcoz I have u as my husband who never let me go or let me fall.... I always wanted to tell u this ....  but I didn't want you to be in my messy life ..... I used to be scared what if my so called fake  mom durga devi hurts you bcoz u became my life .... So I just buried my feelings inside me....u remember u came to my room by jumping balcony ....when muskan came to your house ..... That day I asked God to make u my husband bcoz god knows how much I missed u when u left me .....my world of happiness just crashed down .... I felt I lost everything ......but when I met u again .....I don't know that I will be your wife ....being your wife is the best thing happened to me bcoz I can never marry anyone other than u..... Even Abhi bhai knows this ....he forced me and black mailed me to tell u ....but I couldn't gather courage thinking what if u reject me .... I can even stay beside u watching you and live happily even if u don't love me but I couldn't live far away ....I love u so much that the thought of even staying away from u hurts ....I love u Manik....never leave me please.....I need u to live ......saying she hugged him tight ....

Manik has tears listening to her but held her tight in his arms and slowly got up and sat on the couch with her on his lap .....

Manik : never I can let you go.....stop crying ..... Plzz mini.....saying he rubbed her tears ....

Nandu hide herself in his arms .....

Manik : so abhi knew it ....he asked cleaning her face neatly ....

Nandu : he got to know when u left to India.....

Manik : that idiot didn't tell me anything ....

Nandu : bcoz he promised me.... she says with a small smile ...

Manik : I will punch him badly ....

Nandu : than I will make u sleep on couch .....she says with an angry pout ....Manik is provoking her willingly bcoz he couldn't see her tears....he wanted her to laugh ....

Manik : oh really ...us idiot keliye tum mujhe humari room se bahar nikalogi....

Nandu : he is my brother .....

Manik : my best friend first ....

Nandu : so what ?? I'm more important to him now ....

Manik : acha ji....

Nandu : han ji.....

Manik : vaise just now I got the best kiss from u ....he said bcoz she kissed him before confession.....

Nandu : stop it .....she says blushing and hiding her face. ...

Manik : seriously come on ...one more bcoz that's our best kiss  .....

Nandu : no....u said I'm a bad kisser na  ....so no kiss for u ....

Manik : my best darling ....chalo kiss karo , see I took so much efforts to make our confession special and u don't even kiss me ....he says keeping a sad face...

Nandu just kissed his cheek ....

Manik : bus itni si ....

Nandu : thats a kiss ...

Manik : it's just a peck ....

Nandu : kiss ....

Manik : no ....

Nandu : yes ....they continued yes or no for a long time But suddenly stopped and laughed for their silly fight ..... Manik hugged her tight in his embrace like she will disappear if he let her go ...

Nandu : Manik ....

Manik : mini....

Nandu : make me yours ....

Manik : what ???

Nandu : we love each other ...I want our marriage to be complete by all means ....I wanted to be yours .....

Manik : r u sure mini....we can wait ....

Nandu : I'm sure as I want to be the mother of our kids....

Manik smiled listening to her ....who is now a blushing mess. .... he kissed her lips  and carried her to their room.... They celebrated their love by becoming one ......

Next morning .....

Nandu woke up early .....to see Manik still sleeping holding her close to him..... His messy hairs are making him look more cute ..... She just kissed his forehead and moved to washroom.... She did all her morning chores and got dressed up ....

She moved to kitchen and started making breakfast..... She turned to see the whole hall still decorated .... She started setting things on its place ....kept all the balloons in a corner ..... 

She again moved back to kitchen ....she is busy cooking when Manik wrapped his hands around her ....

Nandu turned back to look at his messy state...only in his shorts .... Looking so hot .....

Nandu : good morning ....she said moving her hands in his hair ....

Manik : good morning mini ...he says kissing her cheeks from behind. ...

Nandu : here u go coffee ....saying she gives him a cup ....he takes it with one hand , still holding her with the other. ....

Manik : what's the special in breakfast ??

Nandu : nothing much pancakes , scrambled eggs , fruit salad with juice .

Manik : y did u stress yourself , we could have ordered .

Nandu : I'm fine ....

Manik : mini is the work over ,  I want to talk ....he asked in a firm voice .

Nandu : anything important ....she asked sensing the seriousness in his voice ....

Manik : kuch aisa hi hae ....

Nandu : let's talk ....she said switching off the stove .

Manik : no ....u continue making breakfast , I will just be back after freshen up . Let's talk after breakfast .

Nandu nodded in yes , but thought what can be so important . She arranged the table and saw Manik coming out after freshen up.... They both started having breakfast .

Nandu : kya baat karni bolo ....she asks after taking a sip of juice.

Manik : eat first than we can talk ....he said putting a bite in her mouth.

They ate in silence ....after that manik cleaned the dishes  , nandu just saw him washing bcoz he made her sit on kitchen slab forcefully, saying she already strained herself by cooking and cleaning the house .

After cleaning  dishes he lifted her in his arms. ...

Nandu : I can walk , I'm not  a kid okay ....she says wrapping her arms around his neck ...

Manik : my wish ...my wife ...my mini .....he said pecking her lips . She just blushed and hide herself in his arms .

Manik sat on the couch with her on his lap holding her close to him ....

Nandu : bolo kya baat karni , enough of suspense ....

Manik : I want u to come to India....

Nandu : I said na I'm coming with u  ....

Manik : tomorrow ....not after a week .

Nandu : but you have some work ....

Manik : my work is over. ....I came here to propose u ....I couldn't  stop myself from saying you how much I love u ,   so I'm here .....

Nandu : ohhh....she says thinking of something....

Manik : should I get the tickets ready .....

Nandu : can't we go day after tomorrow....

Manik : why are u scared of going back ?? You know right mini ....u have to face everyone one day or the other day .....

Nandu : I'm not scared of going back ....I'm ready to face everyone....but this place has loads of memories of us , I wanted to visit London bridge , our pizza corner , college library , cafe where we worked as waiters , each and every place with you as my husband. ...thats the reason why I want to go day after tomorrow......

Manik : itni si baat hae ....let's go have fun today , tomorrow morning and let's board the flight late evening ....is that okay ....

Nandu : double okay ....she says kissing his cheeks ....

Manik : ok ....now what ??? He asked looking at her....

Nandu : what ??? She asked with a cute pout ....

Manik : move your lazy ass and get ready within an hour .....if not I will go roam around leaving u alone....saying he made her stand on feet .... nd started walking towards the bed room....

Nandu: such a monster ....saying she ran and jumped on his back ....Manik stumbled but held her safe and dropped her on the bed making her giggle .....he opened the cupboard and threw clothes on her to change and moved to washroom to change his clothes .

They both got ready and Left to visit all the places to refresh the memories they had And took many selfies in every place they visited ....  They had junk food in street's ..... Finally ended their recreation of memories at London bridge ..... They both are having a walk there  in complete silence ..... It's raining snow but not too heavy .....

Nandu : Manik .....she called him breaking the silence .....

Manik just looked at her ....bcoz she is standing near the railing admiring the london bridge....he is just behind her .....

Manik : yes Mrs Manik.....he called her making her smile.... She leaned a little back and he immediately adjusted her in his arms placing his chin on her shoulder and holding her by stomach.....

Nandu : I'm scared .....

Manik : we are not jumping this bridge to be scared. ....

Nandu : Manik I'm serious ..... she said slowly.....

Manik : r u thinking of what will happen in India after your return.....

Nandu : hmmm.....she just hummed holding his hand which is on her stomach....

Manik : what is there to be scared ??? They are family mini .... Even before that u always say ur dad is ur best friend, after that it's me . But if u can see clearly , u met abhi he became ur friend first and later  brother even before u know he is your own sibling . Even with karan , Arohi it's same ...friends first and family later .  Even abhi's parents they are ready to adopt u without any second thoughts , it's u who always stopped them , but look at the reality they are your masi and mausa ji . Coming to your mom ....from the day u met her in hospital , u always wanted your mother to love and care for you like her , make you eat like the way she did , u even loved it when she cooked something on your demand,  specially only for u , leaving karan and Abhi . U felt peace sleeping on her lap , she also used to listen to only u when it came to her health or anything ,  U had a bond with all of them Even before u know they are your own blood relation , that bond is friendship  It's all written in our destiny mini , god suddenly didn't give u a shock by showing you the reality of your family  in fact he made them your friends first and than u got to know they are your family who love u . How lucky that sounds , bcoz nothing can be odd now . U can be yourself with them . So stop thinking of anything and remember ur mom May not be there with you always but she has given birth to you bearing all the pains and struggles when u are in her womb , is it not enough to forgive her . When I spoke to her after u came to London , she thought u are happy with durga , she didn't want to drag u in her life which has no luxury and comfort . Bringing up a girl with alone mother is different , society wouldn't have let u live in peace . So she wants you safe and happy even if u are not with her  . Thats what every mother wants , her child to be happy No matter where they are . Thats y they send their children with their daughter in law and son in law , they don't complain about them not taking care of them in old age . U always say na unlucky are those who can't take care of parents in old age . I want u to be lucky  , take care of them . Love them and they always loved u and will love u more in future  . U don't have to choose between their love and ur past friendship which u have with ur family.... Pyaar ya dosti nahi pyaar vali dost hae in logon ke saath tumhara Relation...accept them the way they are ....as no one is perfect we all do mistakes but u cant ruin something beautiful bcoz of some mistakes in past....

Nandu has tears listening to him , she didn't think of all these . But when manik told her she just turned around and hugged him tight with tears .Manik held her close to him and kissed her forehead .
