The door opened revealing nandu looking beautiful in the red dress gifted by him and small diamond studs .... Her mangalsutra ..
hair is left open ..... With small sindoor .... A beautiful bracelet ..... And watch .....with red heels ...... He is so lost in her that his mouth is left wide open .....

Nandu : kya hua ??? Do I look bad ....should I change it ???

Manik moves forward and holds her by her waist and places his lips on hers .....she kissed him back..... she hugged him tight after the kiss bcoz she got to know how she looks , his kiss conveyed it .....

Manik : you are still a bad kisser Mrs Malhotra.... He said laughing loudly....

Nandu just broke the hug and pushed him back.....

Nandu : than go find a good kisser .....
saying she started to move .... But Manik pulled her back holding her hand....

Manik ; I will do that in party ....now wear this .....

Saying he gave her a white coat .....

Nandu : really Manik ....than what's the use of wearing this dress ..... I'm comfortable in my dress ....

Manik : I only want your comfort mini ...nothing more, lead the way my highness ....he says with a smirk ....

Nandu didn't understand anything but moved to the door and opened it .....she shivered bcoz of cool breeze ....Manik with a smile put the coat on her from behind....

Manik : I told u I only need your comfort mini ...now wear this before u catch cold .....saying he made her wear it .... Bcoz it's too cold out there as it's winter........

Nandu kissed his cheek in happiness and held his arm .....they moved to elevator and reached down to the parking..... Manik opened the door for her and both of them got in....he drove out ....

Nandu : poor me .....she said loudly ....

Manik : why ???

Nandu : I can't even wear my pretty dress directly ....I'm completely covered by this coat ..... It would have been better if I wore my night dress behind this ..... She says with a cute pout ....

Manik laughed loudly listening to her ....

Nandu : stop laughing ....she says getting irritated....and smacked his arm .....

Manik : just one hour u can take away the coat ....

Nandu : u mean to say I should roam around the house in that dress after party ..... instead of my comfy pajamas ....

Manik : I didn't mean that ....

Nandu : than what do u mean ???

Manik : that you will know after an hour ....

Nandu : what are u hiding from me ???

Manik : nothing.....he said and concentrated on driving ....

Nandu : so will u find a good kisser in party ...she asked him after sometime with a dull face ....

Manik stops the car aside .....and removed his seat belt and also nandu's ....and turned nandu holding her hand making her look at him.......

Manik : you are the girl who stole my first kiss like how I stole yours .... And I would love to kiss u life time rather than kissing anyone .... U are like an addiction yaar , never let any other thoughts cross your mind bcoz you are mine , this made nandu smile brightly ....now let's not start anything naughty bcoz we reached .....
saying he pecked her lips and opened the door of his side ..... even nandu came out from the other side blushing a lot .....

They left to the open garden which is now covered with bright lights and food arrangements , dance floor , and seating arrangements .... where all the people who attended seminar are enjoying the last day .... Manan met Lisa and her girl friend ....they all are just talking on random things ...

Manik sat on a stool little far from nandu .... Lisa and nandu are busy talking to their professors ....after sometime nandu started searching for manik ...she found him near the drinks counter doing something on his mobile ....

Nandu : kya hua ??? Y r u sitting alone.....she asked side hugging him .....

Manik : just little headache....he said placing his head on her shoulder....

Nandu immediately put her hand on his forehead. ...

Nandu : u don't have fever .... How can I forget yesterday u had a journey in flight....u didn't catch good sleep and you worked whole day ....how careless of me I let u work whole day ....let's go we are going home....u need rest ....

Manik : relax .....take a breath.....don't worry just headache.... Calm down ...

Nandu : we are going home....

Manik nodes in yes , looking at her face .... Nandu waved her hand at Lisa and her girlfriend Alina .... They both move to manan....

Nandu : sorry darling we have to leave.... She said making cute face .....

Lisa : any problem ....

Nandu : nothing major.....but Manik is not well ....

Lisa : we are about to have dinner , have it and than leave....

Nandu : Manik feels better with home food when he is not well ...see u soon....saying she hugged Lisa and also Alina .

Manik also hugged both of them wishing them bye.....

Nandu : I'm driving , give the keys ....saying she held her hand out ....giving him no option .....

Manik : I can drive ....it's just 15 min drive ....he tried his luck. ......

Nandu : no ....

Manik gave her the keys and took the passenger seat .....he sat on a side way without seatbelt with his full focus on Nandu ....

Nandu : close ur eyes and rest ....I will take u soon....she says lowering his seat .....

Manik : drive slow and I'm fine ....

Nandu : okay ....

Manik is just looking at nandu with a smile on his face bcoz she is so worried for him and it's clear from the frowns on her forehead....the thing he didn't notice is her glossy eyes. .... She is blaming herself for not taking care of him....

Finally they reached the apartment and nandu parked the car and immediately reached Manik and held his arm ....

Manik took her in a side hug kissing the side of her head ...... They entered the elevator to see an old couple there who are standing on either sides of the elevator like they had a fight ....

Nandu : u are just taking rest...dare u work ....??? She gives him a warning. ...not caring of other couple bcoz she didn't notice them.....

Manik : I'm fine mini .....but she didn't listen to him and started scolding him for being careless ...

Nandu : it's final you are resting ....she says with a huff .....

Manik : ok fine ...as u say bcoz I can't see u worried .....I will do anything but don't cry ....he said hugging her .....

The old couple smiled looking at them who exited the elevator together..... Than old lady hugged her husband After their exit , looks like he is forgiven bcoz of manan's pda ... ......

Manik stood behind nandu when she opened the door ...... Nandu found some lighting from the house when she clearly switched off everything before leaving .....

She moved a step head to see candle lights every where .....ballons ....a stand which is covered with lights .....a big projector screen .....

A small yet beautiful dinner arrangement....

She is spell bound on seeing everything ....she came out of her admiring session when she heard the sound of door closing .....

She turned back to see Manik giving her his beautiful smile which girls can go crazy for ..... nandu has tears looking at him....

Manik moved to her and started removing the coat she is wearing ....true to his words it's just an hour and she is in the dress not covered by coat .... And she is not feeling cold bcoz there's heater in the house....

Manik : can I have a date with my wife ??? He asked giving his hand after placing the coat on the nearby chair .....

Nandu just hugged him tight ......making him smile brightly....

Nandu : yes ....but your headache.....

Manik : sorry ....I'm completely fine , I just lied to get u home , as I know u won't stay a minute after knowing I'm not well.....

Nandu : u idiot ...saying she punched him in stomach....he winced in pain....

Manik : what the hell??? I did so much and u punched me ....what a gift for doing so much for you....

Nandu : u don't have to do all these for me ....but you are way to precious for me ...never lie regarding your health bcoz I just can't take it ..... Bcoz it makes me scared of loosing u.....

Manik realised his mistake and hugged her tight ....

Manik : sorry ...I could have asked u to come with me but .... It's all bcoz of abhi...that idiot only gave me this idea .....

Nandu : I forgive u bcoz I'm happy bcoz my hubby planned a beautiful date and I don't want to see him sad ....

Manik : so chale wifey let's enjoy our date ....

Nandu took his hand ....he made her sit facing the projector and he sat opposite to her and served dinner ....he took the remote and switched on her fav songs in the projector ....

They had dinner with small talks .... And laughing on manik's jokes ....

After dinner he gave her his hand .... which she took happily....... They danced to the tunes lost in each other's embrace .....

Now Manik made nandu sit on the couch ...... He sat on his knees holding her hands .....

Nandu : kya hua ???

Manik : I don't know how to say ....but wanted to say ???

Nandu : all okay na .....

Manik : listen to me first without stopping m ...PLZZ .....he asked and nandu nodded in yes .....this apartment is the place I met you first .... I never knew the girl who tied me with the bed thinking of me as an intruder in her house .....will be the most important girl of my life that she will make me tie mangalsutra and make her my wife .... U bound me with your caring and innocence......ur so pure like a new born baby mini..... Kab ? kaha? kaise? I don't know ....I don't know I'm such an idiot who has no idea of his feelings towards his girl .... You are my best friend forever and that can never change bcoz losing a best friend is worse than any break up .... but that doesn't mean u will always be my best friend only .... I wanted you to be my girl friend.... My wife which u are already.... I wanted you to be the mother of our kids and I know u will be the best mother and my wish of having a daughter like you will be fulfilled bcoz u will the mother of my daughter ..... I'm so happy to have you in my life .... I'm so sorry I realised it late .... But I can't imagine my life without you .... Years back when I left from London to India ....I felt like leaving back a part of me here .... When I met u in india as my new neighbour ...my happiness knew bounds .... When I saw u are getting married to some bastard forcefully ....the Posessive side of me Instinctively told me to marry you ..... Bcoz I can't let u go .... I never let you go to any party with any other guy bcoz I'm so Posessive for you .... I just feel u are mine.... I feel all these bcoz .... I'm madly and deeply ....in love with you all these years but couldn't name it ....bcoz I'm scared of loosing you ....but you may think itni achanak kaise boldiya maine.....these days without u made me realise how hard it is to live without you ....I can't stay away from u anymore ....so I'm here to tell u that ..... I love you mini..... Love u so much that I can't imagine living without you.... u are mine and that makes me feel the happiest .....
