Part 14

Finally after ten days  nandu got discharged from hospital .... In these ten days manik abhi always came to meet her before and after college they all had fun in hospital ....manik used to flirt with nurses ...nandu didn't allow them to stay at night ..... Finally she got discharged from hospital ....... And came home with both of them......

They both left to their home to fresh up from the connecting door .... Bcoz nandu asked them to keep it open ... Such that it would look like a single house. ....

Abhi is in washroom getting ready ..... Manik came out fully fresh up to meet nandu.... He moved to the door he heard some voices ....so he just didn't move to nandu home but stood near the door .....

Nandu : I know you don't care if I live or die ....so plzz don't show some fake sympathy....

Lady : you are coming with me .....

Nandu : this time if you take me forcefully I will definitely commit a suicide .....and I think you don't want that to happen not bcoz you love me but who wants to loose a geese which gives golden eggs ..... nandu laughs sarcastically.....

Lady : I'm your mother talk to me properly.....

Nandu : mrs durga devi Murty .....you are only the wife of my father ....you can never be my mother ....so leave before I throw you out of my house .....

Durga : you will regret .....

Nandu: I already regret being your daughter ......

Durga : I will meet you when I can shut u up.....

Saying she left .....nandu just sat on the couch .....tears rolled down her eyes ......

Manik who watched everything moved to nandu and put his hand on her shoulder .....nandu saw him and rubbed her tears away ......and manik sat beside her.....

Manik : I'm sorry .... but I heard everything.....I didn't mean to but I just came here to see you ....and I ....

Nandu : manik don't say sorry .....plzz
Even being a stranger you saved my life. ... And you and abhi are with me till I'm in hospital ....even you are concerned for me .... I am very thankful for that bcoz I'm sitting here in my home all bcoz of you both .... So don't say sorry ....you said friends ....you both are the first persons with whom I made friends.....

Manik : seriously no friends till date .....

Nandu : when I have a mother like her I don't think so I can have  friends ....she might even take them away from me like how she snatched my father from me .....

Manik : what ????

Nandu : my father is bedridden.... Bcoz he met with an accident .... And lost his legs in that accident.... So my mom keeps him away from me .... To meet him I need to give my mom what she wants .... Business is everything she needs.... So she gives me time with my father I give her property and deals in return .....

Manik : I'm sorry .....

Nandu : don't say sorry...... We are friends .....

Manik : okay mini....

Nandu : you don't even know my name.....

Manik : I know it's nandini Murthy bcoz I applied your leave in college but mini suits you ....he says showing  her height ....

Nandu : how dare you make fun of my height ....???? Saying she started hitting with pillows on hearing the noise abhi   came there to see manik saving himself and nandu hitting with whatever she got.....that's how manik diverted her from being sad. ....

Flash back over .....

Nandu smiled remembering how she became his mini....but has tears fearing to loose him.....

She didn't check her mobile but moved out and took a cab home .....
but on reaching home she is hugged tightly ....she saw the person its manik .....

Nandu : manik tum yaha .....

Manik : r you mad ....phone kaha hae tumhari ....ha..... ek tappad lagaungi ... saying he raised his hand .....

But heard a shout manikkkk......he turned back than nandu saw full Malhotra family and thakkar family there ....neo shouts seeing him raise his hand on nandu .....

Neo moved forward and pushed manik and hugged nandu.... Nandu felt the warmth of a mother in that hug for the first time of her life .........

Neo : tum theek hona..... you didn't even come to meet us.....

Nandu : emergency in hospital so I left and that's y I'm late .....

Sadhana : next time leave us a message beta ....dekho everyone are worried...

Nandu : ok aunty  ....

Sadhana : good chalo lets have dinner ....

Nandu : you all didn't eat.....

Dadi : manik aya tha to call u for dinner tum nahi thi... He called you but you didn't lift the calls so we are here waiting for you ....

Mansi : bacha you could have taken car ....

Nandu : vo mom driver is not there in the morning so i left in hurry....

Manik gave nandu an accusing look....everyone along with nandu left to Malhotra house ....they all had dinner ....but manik didn't even talk to
Nandu ....he left to his room.....

In anger he took the vase and is about to hit on floor .... But remembered nandu words and placed it back....he moved to gym and started showing his anger on punching bag ....he even hurt his hand .....

Nandu left to her house and got fresh up .... And sat on the bed .... suddenly the balcony door of her room opened revealing manik ..... she is shocked on seeing him here ......

Nandu : tum yaha kya kar rahi ho.....
nandu asked going to him....

Manik hugged her tight .....

Nandu : kya hua ....

Manik broke the hug but his eyes are full of tears.....he kissed nandu forehead .....

Manik : where the hell are you ...??? Abhi nahi aya you could have come to me ..... But no you just left in the morning .... I thought Abhi is here with you ....I'm sorry ....

Nandu : manik .....sit here ....

She made him sit.....

Nandu : not your mistake I have work in hospital I left that's it ..... I can't disturb you guys daily na ...you guys will have work....mujhe bhi adat honi chahiye .....

Manik: y....did I say.... I'm leaving you again .....no na ....

Nandu : but you are single before ...
now you have a girl in your life ....she will need your time ...

Manik : I am not talking to you ....do you think after getting a girl or wife I will forget you.... seriously....

Nandu : I didn't mean that ....but that girl may feel bad seeing you with a girl ...

Manik : she needs to understand you are my best friend ...I can't loose you ....if she didn't understand what are my priorities I don't need her.....

Nandu : ok relax monster ....relax .... Vaise you didn't tell me about her ....

Manik puts his head on her lap and takes her hand and puts it in his hair ....nandu caressed his hairs......

Manik : she is my classmate .....

Nandu : okay ...

Manik : you know mom black mailed me to meet her ..... And now I said yes bcoz of mom.... arey yaar I know  mukti and me are twins but that doesn't mean I should get married na ....mon is not listening to me .... So I accepted ..... Mini you toh understand my problem na......I cant do this marriage.....mom Ko kaise samjhaoo...

Nandu : but you said yes manik .....

Manik : I said bcoz I don't want mom to cry .....

Nandu : but manik vo ek ladki hae.... If you marry her without your wish ...she will suffer ....try to talk to her understand her .....

Manik : I will try ..... and yeah you are not thinking rubbish bcoz I'm not leaving you ......pata hae kal raat I went to drop them na ....they are just speaking of my concerts and albums...
.aisa laga I'm in fan meet ....mini plzz help karo na ....I don't want to get engaged ......

Nandu : okay okay relax ...talk to mom again ....she will listen ....

Manik : I should try ..... Arey I was waiting for you to talk to you from morning .....you are busy in hospital uske baad you came late ......you know na I share everything with you....kaise choddiya mujhe .....

Nandu : I went to hospital na ...

Manik  : you didn't even answer my calls .....

Nandu : I didn't check my mobile being busy in work .........

Manik : okay ....he is still grumpy.....

Nandu than noticed his hand hurt ......

Nandu : manik kya hua haath ko .....

Manik : vo you told me not to break things in my room....so mujhe gussa control karna toh I punched my punching bag .....

Nandu : pagal hogaye kya ...chot lagi na....

Manik : toh bandage lagaoo .......nandu put his head on bed and got the first aid kit ....and dressed his hand ..... after dressing his  hand she saw his face he is sleeping peacefully......she kissed his forehead ..... and put a pillow under his head and covered him with duvet ......

She moved to the couch and slept there looking at him.....

Nandu in mind .....

You have magic manik .....you just make my world happy and beautiful ..... Is it a sin to ask God to give me you in my life to be happy life time .... Aaj tak I only asked God to keep me away from home and my mom ..... But today I am asking you a big wish god .... that's to have manik in my life as my husband ......

Praying to God she slept on the couch .......

Next morning ......

Manik woke up to the disturbance of his mobile which is ringing in his pocket ...... He picked up the phone to see it from muskan...he didn't lift the call ....... but cut it ......

But he saw the surrounding he realised he slept in nandu room....he saw around for her ...... And found her sleeping on couch ....he moved to her and lifted her in his arms to place her on bed ....but nandu woke up .....
She smiled looking at him....

Manik : sorry mini ...I thought to keep you in bed ....

Nandu : it's okay monster put me down ...and by the way good morning .....

Manik : good morning mini. ....he kissed her forehead and put her down ....

Nandu : go fresh up I will make breakfast......

Manik : I will go home .....you come there .....let's eat together ......

Saying he left to his home .....nandu got fresh up and moved to Malhotra house to see everyone sitting silently.   Even muskan and her family are present there......on seeing nandu muskan mom spoke .....

Muskan mom : yehi hae  vo ladki hae .....

Manik : aunty she is not to be blamed .....

Nandu : kya hua manik ......

Muskan mom : arey vaah kitni achese puch rahi hae......

Nandu : ap kya bol rahi ho aunty ....

Muskan mom : Tum  aur manik ek dusre se pyaar karte ho..... meri beti ko kyu ha kaha... Y r u guys playing with her feelings.....

Nandu : what ????

Manik : aunty bus.....nandu ko kuch nahi pata....

Nandu : kya nahi pata ... Kya hua.....

Muskan mom : ye dekho.....

saying she showed a video of manik nandu in shopping mall .... where nandu called him baby and he followed her in shopping mall....it was updated by some fan....

Muskan mom: pure duniya dekhliya tum dono ki pyaar ki kahani .....

Manik : we are best friends .......there is nothing wrong in that video....

Muskan mom : best friends toh ye kya .....she showed a video of manan from Essel world .....

.where manik jumped in pool holding nandu in arms .....even this is uploaded by some fan of manik .....the whole family are just standing silent .....nandu is feeling guilty......

Manik : ye .....

Muskan mom : we are breaking this marriage ....sorry neonika ji....

Saying muskan and family left ......

Manik : mom humari koi galti nahi hae......we are friends ..... they misunderstood that....you tell me mom nandu ne kabhi kuch galat kiya..... Nahi but she is blamed ..... Today they doubted me  seeing with nandu ....ek baar shaadi hogaye they don't even let me talk to any girl.....I said yes for this marriage bcoz of you ....only you ...dekhliya kya hua. .....

Neo : sorry bachon....I don't know they are like that....I know you both .....so unki baate chodo....ghar ki bache ho tum dono...I trust you both .....

Manik :  mom don't say sorry .....
plzz ....mukti ki engagement karenge first .....give me sometime I will definitely find a Girl for me before her marriage and we will get Married together .... .....

Neo : than okay ...saying she hugged manik .....

Nandu smiled looking at them.....they all had breakfast and left to their works......
