After sometimes Gauri came out after the check up.

Abhay- Gauri is everything okay?

Gauri- Hna sab thik hai. Reports woh log ghar bhej denge.

The journey to the Oberoi Mansion was a totally silent. Abhay was thinking about how to proceed the plan whereas Gauri was engrossed in her thoughts. They entered into the Oberoi Mansion gate. Abhay parked the car. Gauri stepped out and was about to go inside when abhay stopped her.

Abhay- Gauri suno...

Gauri turned and and looked at abhay.

Abhay came near Gauri and held her hand.

Abhay- I am so so so sorry gauri... Maine tumhare saath bohot bura behave kiya. Mujhe maaf kar do. Please... Ab main badal gaya hun.

Gauri was in dilemma. She couldn't think about what to do? This man gave her a lot of pain but he was claiming that he was changed.

He knelt down near her as if begging.

Abhay- Gauri.. Please I am sorry. Maaf kar do.

Gauri made him stand.

Gauri- Utho... Kya kar rahe ho Abhay..

Gauri was taken a back with the sudden move but thought it to be his happiness cause she forgave him.

Still in hug abhay smirked looking at someone who was standing a little far away from them. He gave a thumbs up to that person.

That person revealed to be Tanya who was standing with a camera in her hand. She also gave a thumbs up to abhay and smiled evilly.

Abhay immediately left Gauri.

Abhay- Acha thik hai ab tum jaao aur rest karo...

(Okay go and rest...)

Gauri nodded and went into the mansion. Her mobile rang. It was from Tej.

Gauri- Hna Papa...

(Yes Papa...)

Tej- Beta main ek jaruri business trip ke liye bahar jaa raha hun. Asha bhabhi ne bataya woh bhi ghar par nahin hain. Isiliye tum apna khayal rakhna.

(Beta I am going for a business trip out of the town. Asha bhabhi told she is not at home. That's why take care of yourself.)

Gauri- Okay Papa don't worry. Waise bhi om aaj wapas aa raha hai.

(Okay Papa don't worry. Today om is also coming back)

Tej- Hna thik hai. Main airport ke liye nikal raha hun. Bye..

(Okay alright. I am going to airport. Bye..)

Gauri- Bye. Safe journey Papa.

She cut the call and saw a servant lifting a heavy weight box. The servant was about to slip. Gauri put her phone on the sofa and ran to the servant to help her.

Gauri- Arre dhyaan se karo na. Kissi aur ko bula leti. Chalo main help kar deti hun..

(Do carefully. You could have call someone. Let me help you.)

Servant- It's okay ma'am.

Gauri- Arre karne do na.

(Let me do.)

The servant smiled and Gauri helped her to lift that box. After that she went to her room.

Meanwhile, om packed his luggage and became ready to return. He was happy because he was going to meet his wife Gauri after whole 3 days.

Om- Sab packing thik se ho gayi hai. Ek kaam karta hun Gauri ko call kar deta hun.

(I did all the packing. Let me call gauri now.)

He called Gauri but the call went unanswered. He tried again but the call went unanswered again.

Om- Shayad kissi kaam main busy hogi. Main airport pohonch ke call kar dunga.

(She must be busy in some work. I will call after reaching airport.)

He checked out from hotel and took a taxi to airport. In the taxi he got a message from an unknown number.

Om- (confused) Yeh koun ho sakta hai. Aur yeh photos...

(Who can be this. And these photos....)

He download the photos and became shocked by seeing them.

The photos were of abhay and Gauri. They were standing close to each other. In the first photo Gauri and abhay were sitting in the car. In the second pic abhay was hugging Gauri. In the third pic abhay was holding gauri's hand and kneeling down in front of gauri.

Seeing those photos om's heart got numb.

Om- No... I don't believe these pics. Yeh jisne bhi bheja hai woh fake hai. Mujhe apne Gauri par pura bharosa hai.

(No... I don't believe these pics. The one who sent these is fake. I have full faith on my Gauri.)

But human heart is human heart. You can't blame it. Om's heart felt a little insecure.

Om- Par... Gauri toh Abhay ki biwi... No om!! Tum yeh kya soch rahe ho. Gauri ab meri biwi hai aur yahin sach hai. Main inn stupid se photos par believe nahin kar  sakta. Main ek baar Gauri ko call karta hun...

(But.... Gauri was Abhay's wife.... No om!! What are you thinking. Gauri is my wife and that is the truth. I don't believe on this stupid photos. I should call gauri...)

He tried to call gauri but the call went unanswered again..

Om- Gauri phone uthaa kyun nahin rahi hai!.. Ek kaam karta hun mami ko phone karta hun.

(Why Gauri is not receiving call! I should call mami.)

He called asha and asked about gauri. She told him that she was in her house and Tej was also went for a business trip. She didn't tell him about the doctor visit as Gauri told her to keep it as a secret.

Om reached at the airport and check-in. In the flight the total time he was thinking about the photos and Gauri. He decided to talk to gauri about this when he reached Oberoi Mansion...

Who knows what is in the store for them.. A life together or a separation...

Om was feeling insecure regarding Gauri and it is natural for a human heart. No matter how much you trust someone but a time or a situation comes when you become a little insecure or jealous.
