Hello all PokéWriters, and welcome to the first issue of the PWL Magazine! This is a new spin on our initial idea, the PWL Official Writing Guide; however, much of the content planned for the future will remain the same.

This magazine is to serve not only as a helpful writing resource but also as periodical publication of entertainment for the Pokémon community. Articles will vary in topics: from several tips/tricks for writing enhancement and short writing mechanics/ grammar lessons to discussions regarding the Pokémon fandom, opinions, debates, and etc. Occasionally, these articles may go in depth to discuss any common mistakes we see amateur writers make and offer solutions for them; this will include characterization, plot skeletons, theme-setting, alternate universe/ world building, and writing in style! We hope to touch on a diverse range of topics, and we're very excited to bring this new service to light!

Regarding our update schedule, it may differ from time to time. It is also important to note that most of the articles featured here are written directly from our staff's personal experiences of the Pokémon community here on Wattpad; therefore, these articles will be subjected to opinions that you may or may not agree with. Please remain respectful of all writers.

On the other hand, we are also accepting articles from qualified outside writers! We've received a great deal of support for this idea from our surveys. So whether you're a budding or an experienced writer here on Wattpad, anyone can submit an article! See the next chapter for details on how to do just that.
