This is a note to all members of the staff if this was not clear--

You MAY join the PWL, even so if you are a graphic designer or Vice President, you may still participate while performing your tasks because it will not influence the contests' results whatsoever.

The only exception to this are the critics/reviewers. If you are a critic/reviewer, you can also join but you will have to give up your position as judge for the time being of that contest. In other words, you can be a judge and a participant interchangeably for every contest.
