I inhaled and exhaled for the fifth time before I blurt out my welcome speech, "Hello, Hearties! Welcome to my channel!"

I had one side of my office transformed into mini-kitchen where I can practice my baking skills before I had them served and approved with our fellow bakers and Erich herself.

I sighed and stood up to check my video and my mouth curved in satisfaction.

For the sixth time, I started to make a video of me baking in front of the camera.

Yes, it has been two months since I created my Youtube channel. I have thought of it for a long time since I wanted to market our business.
Aside from Facebook page, I also made an Instagram business account to advertise it.

"So for our this week's video, tuturuan ko kayong gumawa ng no-bake chocolate cupcake. Yup! You heard it right!" I grinned and even winked at them. "No bake cupcake, indeed!"

"Here are the things you will be needing." I began and gestured towards the ingredients sitting on the table as I spoke, "1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar..."

As I talked, I also did the recipe. I had prepared one beforehand so it is  easier for them to see how it will look like after.

"There you have it, guys! Our very easy and tasty no-bake chocolate cupcake!" I chirped and smiled at them.

As I was about to end my vlog, I saw Claire Lopez peeping inside my small office inside the bake shop. Instead of shooing her away, I thought of an idea.

"Claire! Can you come here for a moment?" I asked and her eyes widened. She approached me with questioning look. I chuckled and said, "She is Claire, one of our great bakers in our small business. So, ite-taste test niya ang ating dessert of the week."

"Ma'am?" She asked sounding unsure and after a couple of seconds, she got what I was referring to. "Hi!" She smiled shyly at the camera and my own widened at her politeness.

"Go ahead, get one and let us know how it tastes!" I exclaimed and she nodded. She brought the food into her mouth and I watched her chew slowly the food. A grin escaped from it and she flashed a thumbs up at me and at the camera.

"Very tasty and moist, Ma'am!" She commented, her mouth still stuffed with chocolate crumbs. I laughed. "Gusto ko yung pagiging soft niya and hindi siya sobrang tamis. Tamang-tama lang at ito yung tipong hahanap-hanapin mo."

"Yiee! Talaga ba?" I asked in excitement and faced the camera, "there you have it, everyone! Go and make your own cupcakes now! Comment down below about your thoughts on the video! Don't forget to like, subscribe and share! Bye guys!"

Once done, I ran to where the camera is at and stopped it from recording. Now, I just have one thought in mind.

Who knows how to edit a video?

I tried editing it once but I can't seem to be satisfied. I didn't have the patience to learn it.

With my previous videos, it was Enzo who did it. Pero, I don't want him to get the wrong idea and I don't want to depend on him so I am really looking for someone who can.

Just when I was cleaning the table, Enzo cleared his throat and I looked up to meet his gaze.

"Hello, Miss BakedWithLove." He mimicked my voice stating my Youtube channel and I blushed. "Ang cute mo talaga! It's no wonder I like you—"

"—cut it out, Enzo. You're embarrassing me." I rolled my eyes and returned the cups I used earlier to the dishwasher.

"Haha. Okay. So, free ka ba this weekend? Zeny wants to see you." He asked referring to his four-year old daughter.

Yes. He has a child. His then-girlfriend died at childbirth.

And Zenith has grown fond of me as I was of her. Considering, he is my bestfriend's brother, I have become an honorary member of their family.

"I'll check my schedule. This week is packed with orders for birthdays and anniversaries. I'll let you know soon." I admitted as I mentally racked my brain for a time-off from work.

Honestly, jampacked talaga ang buwan na eto. I don't know if it's because of the social media accounts that I have made or the friends me and Erich have that got their interest in my pastries.

Kung alin man doon, I don't mind. I am loving every minute of it!

"Sasaglit lang eh." He pouted and I drew a deep breath.

"I'll try. Okay?" I said and he grinned. "I kinda missed her though."

"Siya lang?" He pressed and I threw the hand towel at him which he has caught on. "Okay. Come on. Lunch na tayo."

I nodded and we went out of my sanctuary.
