I wondered what happened to the woman when I saw her weeping at the streets earlier. She kept insisting that she needs to find her daughter while her niece kept saying that her child has passed away already.

"Ma'am Love." Geneva broke me out of reverie and I looked at her baffled. She waved the clipboard she was holding and smiled before handing it to me, "here na po yung quarterly report natin. Sorry po sa late na submission ko, nakalimutan ko po yung deadline."

"It's alright, Gen. Thank you. Please tell Brian and Randy that we'll be having our meeting at 3:00PM later." I said and she nodded before leaving me alone.

Both Brian Morales and Randy Gusto are new employees whom I have hired due to the increased number of orders we are having lately. The former is our social media editor and the latter is our Accounting Assistant.

Both Claire and Regina are bakers while Ada and Kristina are our store staff. Only Erich has the luxury of time to fix our documents and settle everything for the business. I would love to call her as the HR Manager than my co-owner pero ayaw niya.
As if naman may pagkakaiba eh siya nga itong pursigidong makahanap ng manpower para sa business naming eto.

Siya ang naging in-charge sa posting sa Jobstreet, sa pag-attend ng Job Fairs at iba pa. Bukod sa lupang kinatatayuan ng shop namin, siya na ang nag-asikaso sa pagdecorate nito. She sees to it that all are in their proper places.

Ang ambag ko nga lang yata rito ay pagbebake at ang napakagandang presensya ko eh. Oo nga pala, nilakad ko pala rin ang mga papeles noon.

Mabuti na lang at tinulungan kami ni Enzo sa pagsetup nito.

Hindi naging balakid ang anak nitong si Zeny dahil mabait ito at behave lamang sa isang tabi. She even innocently make suggestions about our shop.

Nagmukha na nga itong Candyland halos dahil sa pastel colors ng bakeshop. A touch of baby pink, yellow, powder blue and orange. All are the official colors of it and honestly, I love how it looks.

Definitely an eye candy!

"Beshiecakes!" Erich exclaimed as soon as she saw me. My forehead creased wirg her reaction. "Nakita mo na? Nakita mo na?"

"Ano meron? Ano yun?" I asked and she sat across from me.

"Hay, nako! Huli ka na sa balita!" She rolled her eyes and blew a strand of her hair which fell on her eyes.

"Ano nga kasi yun?" It was my turn to do the same and she sighed.

"Debbie is here! Legit na nakauwi na nga siya dito sa Pinas!" She said, her eyebrows wiggling in obvious amusement.

"Oh-kay." I said and folded my arms across my chest. "Dapat ba akong magpawelcome back party para sa kanya?"

"Ano ka ba! Baka ma-offend ang bestfriend mo!" She guffawed and I couldn't help but giggle at her pun.

Deborah Roces or Debbie, as to what the popular kids in school fondly say,  is the Mean Girl of Lindon University, Batch 2010. And her return from the US of A became a big deal to anyone whom she had brought a hard time on.

Thankfully, her attention diverted to the offer given to her and immediately transferred to a university abroad. From there, her whole family migrated and haven't heard from her since then.

"Come to think of it, they are talking about a possible Homecoming this year! Ano, attend ba tayo?" Her eyes shone with excitement as she talked.

"Not interested." I said simply and grinned when I received a notification on my cellphone.

My latest vlog just hit half a million likes! And wow! So mega unexpected!

And it looks like mapapauwi ako ng maaga sa hometown ko because of the threads in the comment box.

"Ikaw na peymus!" She teased and winked at me, 'so, what's the plan?"
