September 2016. The North Sea.

A storm rages while Eliza Whittle flees the laboratory that became her prison. Her ride? Her pet dog, implanted with seagull wings by Dr Magnus Reynolds against her will. When the sutures rip free, sending them tumbling into the vicious waters below, it's hardly a surprise.

Waking up on a bleak Shetland beach, she meets a shadow from her past, and she has a decision to make. She can take her life back, or she can keep on running into oblivion. Her choice.

The question is: will Reynolds ever let her go?

Welcome to Pursuit! It's another sci-fi novella set in the world of Nowhere is Final. It falls between The Ava Experiment and Damien, and is a direct continuation of the story started in The Ava Experiment. You might like to check that out first (the reading list is in the external link and also available on my profile), but if you'd rather just crack on with this story then welcome aboard!
