"What the hell!?" Killua opened his eyes with a grumble, sitting up. "What?" he said, opening his eyes and turning a scowl on whoever had woken him up. Magna was standing there, staring around the room in confusion. "Just yesterday this room was completely filthy- where the hell did you get all this new furniture from anyways? And is that imported flooring?" Killua had done some customization to his room the night before, with the money he'd gotten from gambling.
Killua had added a decent sized bed, a couch, a nice desk, a bookshelf that had been fully stocked with useful information, a hammock in the corner of the room, and a soft padded bamboo flooring he'd actually had to make himself. The walls were also decorated. Killua despised having to look at the boring dull stone so he covered it with plaster and wallpaper, then painted over that. The whole process had taken hours and he'd only fallen asleep about thirty minutes ago so he was very unhappy that he was already being woken up.
"Is there a problem?" He asked, an edge of irritation coloring his tone. "How the hell did you manage to do this in one night!?" Magna exclaimed. Killua remembered something Leorio used to tell him, quite frequently in fact. "You really need to learn how to take a break Killua, there's no need to be such a workaholic" Killua had a bad habit of working too much, pushing himself to his limit in ways that weren't exactly healthy. "More importantly, how did nobody hear it? Did you really carry these all by yourself?" Magna asked, looking completely befuddled.
"It's really none of your business, now get out." He said dryly, laying back down. I might be able to run off the 30 minutes of sleep I got while functioning normally, but I'd still feel like shit and it'd be annoying me all day. Might as well get more sleep while I can. "Nah, we're doing a tour of the hideout today-" Magna hesitated as he turned a cold glare in his direction. "Did I stutter?" Magna gulped and shut the door, deciding the best course of action would be to leave him alone. Killua rolled over and went back to sleep, tugging the blankets over himself and closing his eyes.

Killua only slept in for two more hours before he decided to go get some food. Killua wasn't sure if there was food provided but he'd rather hunt for his own then have to socialize right now. Killua made his way outside, then towards the trees. It wasn't long until he heard....thudding? Over and over again, whatever was making those noises seemed powerful. Killua activated his Zetsu and snuck through the trees, trying to get a good look at whatever was making the noise. Is that...Noelle?
Caters filled the ground around her, and she sent attack after attack towards a tree. But none of her attacks seemed to be hitting. Killua tilted his head slightly, observing the royal's attempts. That book said Noelle was royalty, those attacks are strong. But it seems like she doesn't have any control... Killua shrugged and just walked around the commotion, Noelle's struggle wasn't any of his business. He stalked through the trees, keeping his eyes open for any prey. He stuck to the trees, fishing the hunting knife he'd bought last night out of his pocket.
Due to the obnoxious amount of noise Noelle was making, Killua had to stray further from the bulls hideout than he would've liked. There wasn't any game worth catching for a few miles, so Killua just kept walking. If I come across a store where I can buy food I'm going there, I swear to god where are all the animals? Just as Killua thought that, he suddenly got charged by a massive boar. Killua quickly slashed it's face, not stopping for a moment to think. The creature let out a bellow, then swiped it's tusks at him. Killua grabbed the tusk, then stabbed a hand through it's eye and into it's brain.
The squelch was sickening, and the boar fell limp with barely a squeal. Blood dripped down his hand and he huffed as it stained his clothes. Thankfully he wasn't wearing his nicest set, but he'd still need to buy a new one. Killua slid his hand out of the beast's face, then hoisted it up over his shoulder. There was a town nearby, perhaps he could sell the boar to get some proper food and new clothing. However, before he could even take a step, a whole herd of the magic boars surrounded him. Killua dropped the dead body of the other, then flexed his fingers, stretching them into long sharp claws. "I don't mind bringing back some extra meat." He said, with a grin.
Those boars were tougher to take down than normal ones, although they weren't anything special really. He ended up killing twenty, and sold the meat and hide of all but two of the critters. He managed to find a decent outfit for the cash, and enough left over to have some emergency funds. Might as well improve relations by bringing back some food for the others as well. So Killua made the trek back home, lugging the hogs in a sack over his shoulder. Ordinarily he'd just carry them, but due to how badly he'd thrashed them he didn't want to risk getting blood on his new clothes.
Killua tried to enter the nondescript way, to not attract attention. As he rounded the corner, The captain and Magna seemed to be speaking to the two other new recruits, a very serious look on their faces. Asta appeared to be nervously excited. Killua wondered if this was something he was supposed to be a part of, so he strolled over. "Am I late for something?" He said, coming up alongside Noelle and Asta. Yami sighed. "You're late, we're discussing your first mission." He said, in what was supposed to be a threatening tone. Killua just stared deadpan back at him. "I was busy a few miles away, sorry."
