So um........this is a little longer than I expected.........

"So where exactly are we going?" I asked we've been walking for three days now and our food supply was running low.

"To Jamanakai Village, it's not too far from here." He led on.

In about 30 minutes we got there. We headed into the village.

"I'm going to make sure people know I'm evil." Lloyd proclaimed.

"How are you going to do that?"

"You'll see, it'll be great!" He got out a can and put it in his hoodie. He walked out behind a house, laughing evily.

Then he jumped on top of the fountain in the middle of the village and yelled out.

"I am Lloyd Garmadon! Evil son of Lord Garmadon and future ruler of Ninjago!" everyone turned thier attention to Lloyd. I stayed in the crowd near him.

"I demand that you give me candy or I will unleash the serpentine on you!" He opened the can and little plastic snakes flew out of it.

The villagers, who were now angry, threw vegetables at him.

Then these 4 boys around 16-20 years old came out from behind the crowd.

"It's ok people, nothing to see here." they took Lloyd and pinned him onto a took on a sign. And ate candy in front of him.

I ran up to them.

"Let go of him!" I yanked on the red one's sleeve.

(Kai's POV)

"Let go of him!" I heard a little girl's voice and a tug on my sleeve. I looked down and saw a girl about 9 years old. She had hair over one of her eyes and glasses. Why wear glasses if one of your eyes can't see anything?

"Why is that?" I heard Zane say behind me.

"I don't think it's very nice to do this to him. At least give him another chance." She tried to reason with us. I grunted.

"He threatened the village to unleash something that doesn't even exist!" Cole proclaimed.

"The serpentine are real! We had a war with them!" She shouted. "And if you don't believe me, you can go read about it in the library. The stuff they have there is very resourceful." she crossed her arms.

"Woah, did a little girl just outsmart us?" Jay asked me.

"No, not quite," I winked back.

"I feel like there's another reason you want us to release him." I smirked at her. Her eyes-well eye grew wide.

"I-I.......I need to be at his side! I made a promise to myself not to leave him behind, we're traveling together. And I have to defend him, Lloyd's my only friend. After all, isn't that what friends do?" her cheeks flushed pink.

I'm surprised that she was brave enough to say that. Cole stared at her just as surprised, Jay bawled his eyes out emotionally, and Zane.......well, let's just say he was Zane.
I sighed.

"Fine. But try not to get into trouble, Lloyd can be a real troublemaker." I got Lloyd and dropped him on the floor. He stumbled up and ran to hug the girl.

I smiled a bit.

"Thanks." I heard him whisper to her. She smiled.

I saw Zane buy something but I wasn't sure what. He gave it to her and she put it in her bag.

Then they both ran off out of the village towards the mountains.

"Zane what did you give her?" Cole asked.

"Food. They needed it."

I rolled my eyes. Of course they did Zane.
