BEOMGYU POV

Neverland Academy. This school was all I've heard about growing up. It is the perfect place to have my magical training without outside distractions. My mother parked as soon as we reached the school. "범규아, 나는 언제든지 당신을 집으로 데려다 줄 수 있어요. 정말 여기에 머무르시겠습니까?" (I can always take you back home, Beomgyu ah. Are you sure you want to stay here ?)

I knew she was worried. My mother has been raising me on her own since my father was of no help. I guess the only good thing about my father is that he gave me a half brother, Choi Yeonjun. I have never met Yeonjun, but I am sure we'd be cordial...

"I am sure, Mom. This place is perfect." My mother sighed once more as she handed me my bags. I was to move into the dorms today. I was well excited, but my mother was incredibly cautious. "I am serious, Beomgyu ah. Once you enter..."

I grinned as my mother teared up a bit. I had no idea why she was so worried. What terrified her about the academy ? "일단 들어가면 못 나갈 거 알아요, 엄마. 그런데 뭐가 무서워요?" (I know I won't be able to leave once I enter, Mom. But what are you scared of ?) My mother tensed, but forced a smile. What wasn't she saying ?

"Promise me you'll be careful." My mother never asked much from me, but she clearly was scared. I wonder what could have happened when she went to school here that caused her to be mortified for me... "I promise."

Soon enough I crossed into Neverland Academy. I was completely excited. Who wouldn't be ? This is the place best place on Earth for people like me. People with magic. I stopped to sign in. Signing in was the best part. This moment was crucial. You'll find out your dorm.

What's great about dorms ? You make new friends... "Choi Beomgyu, yes ?", someone on the staff asked my while overlooking a list of upcoming students. "Yes. Which dorm was I set in ?" The staff looked over their list before giving me the news. "당신은 기숙사 1-A에 있어요. 정말 멋진 공간입니다." (You are in dorm 1-A. It truly is a wonderful space.)

I made my way up to my dorm. It was a great space. It was very spacious & there were four other beds. Are all the dorms set up like this ? I picked a bed & headed down to orientation.
