(Time skip, two weeks later)

It was a little over a month since Y/N graduated with honors along with being in a loving relationship with Alexa Bliss. Since then, he's been working hard as an employee of the local business firm. While for Alexa, she has been going after Bayley's SmackDown Women's Championship, meaning the two had to maintain a long distance relationship as the Goddess must travel to different places.

Y/N was at lunch break, which gave him time to facetime Alexa.

Alexa: hi!

Y/N: hey

Alexa: where are you?

Y/N: I'm on lunch break right now; how about you?

Alexa: just finished a live event, I'm so tired

Y/N: that's a thing of being a WWE Superstar

Alexa: and you get to work at your cool office

Y/N: hey, I don't get to travel to nice places like you

Alexa giggled and stuck her tongue out to tease him.

Y/N: so what are you up to now?

Alexa: just resting and watching Disney; I wish you were here with me

Y/N: if only my boss allows me to travel for business trips

Alexa: I'll be coming home in a few days

Y/N: I'll be looking forward to it

Alexa: I'm gonna take a nap

Y/N: okay, you take care and rest

Alexa: I will

She blew a kiss at the screen before the two ended the call. Y/N's lunch break was over, so he went back to work.

(A few hours later)

Y/N was at home resting until he heard a notification on his phone. He unlocked to see it was an Instagram request to follow from Ryan.

Y/N accepted his request and followed him back. Then Y/N went to his home and saw Ryan's latest post.

He liked and nodded at the inspirational quote. Then Y/N scrolled down to see that Alexa has commented on the post.

alexa_bliss_wwe_: That's you ! Most amazing person I've ever met 🤗

Y/N chuckled at the friendly banter between the two close friends, but then he saw 43 replies under Alexa's comments.

Y/N: oh boy, I assume these jerks will be putting hate and disrespectful comments.

As he viewed the replies, his hunch was right, but he noticed that there were some people calling their banter cute, something he did not expect. Then there was one long comment that caught his attention. The comment read:

"I haven't got a problem. If she thinks this racist, woman abuser, who is obviously using her, just like all his previous girlfriends he's used before cheating on them, is "the most amazing person" she's ever met, she clearly is the one that has a problem and needs to seek help. Good luck to her, can't wait for him to write a song about cheating on her too."

Y/N was at awe of the comment.

Y/N: there's no way Ryan is an abuser; as a celebrity he does face a lot of backlash; a nice guy like him abusing or cheating, there's no way

Y/N was now curious of this, so he went online to see the things about Ryan were true. He found old articles about Ryan's past relationship with fellow celebrity Audrina Patridge.

He read that the reason for their break up was Audrina's doubts of Ryan cheating, since as a musician he goes on tours and parties with girls. Y/N was surprised to see that their break up happened a day after Audrina's birthday.

Y/N: ouch, that's gotta hurt for Audrina

Y/N didn't want to jump to conclusion that Ryan was a total jerk given that his relationship with Audrina was years ago, but something tells him that the singer was in relationships and used the girls for fame. He read more on Audrina and Ryan; he saw that they were on a show on MTV called The Hills. Then he found an article that blew his mind.

The article talked about that Ryan and Audrina filmed fake romantic scenes for the show.

Y/N: so he is using her for fame. They filmed fake scenes to get viewers

With the truth now in front of him, Y/N felt foolish of being a friend to a user. Now the challenge for him is how will he tell Alexa about it, given that the two are close friends.

He then went to listen one of Ryan's old songs; he cringed at the tone of his voice.

Y/N: jeeze Ryan, this is 2020 and you're singing like you're still in the 2000s

He put his phone away and played on his PS4 to get his mind off the whole Ryan controversies.

As Y/N played, he heard a knock on his door. He paused his game and opened the door to see Mike and Nessie.

Y/N: hey guys

Mike: Y/N, are you up for a game of Mortal Kombat 11?

Y/N: are you challenging me, what's this about?

Nessie: Mike and I bet that if he doesn't beat you, I get to throw pies at his face

Y/N: what if Mike wins?

Mike: then I get to throw pies at her face

Y/N: come in guys; let me just the quit the game I'm playing

Y/N put in the game disc in and gave the other controller to Mike while Nessie watched. While the game loaded, Y/N opened up a conversation.

Y/N: hey guys, can I ask you something?

Mike: what's on your mind, dude?

Y/N: it's about Ryan

Nessie: what about him?

Y/N: is he really a nice guy?

Mike: he is

Nessie: why you ask, Y/N?

Y/N: I'm starting to have doubts on him

Mike: what's going on?

Y/N: he requested to follow me on Instagram and I accepted. Then I saw his latest post and there was one comment that caught my eye

Nessie: what's the comment?

Y/N: here...

Y/N took out his phone and showed Mike and Nessie the long comment.

Nessie: that is just a person's opinion

Y/N: well I did find an article of his past relationship

He showed them the article about Audrina and the fake romantic scenes for The Hills.

Y/N: he used her for fame

Mike: dude, this is a serious accusation

Nessie: they broke up first, then they got back together; only to break up again

Y/N: he's really a jerk

Mike: have you told Alexa about this?

Y/N: no, she's on tour right now, and I don't know how to break the news to her

Nessie: you got a point, Alexa and Ryan are really close friends

Mike: well she has to listen to you because you're her boyfriend

Y/N: boyfriend for a month versus a close friend for a few months, who do you think she'll trust more?

Mike and Nessie felt Y/N's tight predicament.

Mike: well let it go for now man, and let's play

Y/N nodded.

Y/N: alright, you're still gonna lose, and get ready to eat some pie

Mike: you're on

The two best friends played a best of five series while Nessie was watching in suspense. 

After five games, the winner of the series was Y/N. Mike playfully pouted while Nessie rubbed her win in his face.

Nessie: come on Mikey, time for you to eat some pie

She dragged him by the arm to the door.

Y/N: have fun you two

Nessie: oh I will

Mike: help me

Y/N: you're on your own, man

He waved goodbye and closed the door. Then he turned off his PS4 and changed into his night clothes. He then fell asleep while his mind processed on how he'll break the news to Alexa about Ryan.
