Narrator's pov

A mother and father walk up a mountain with a child they planned to kill once they reached the top. They were both disgusted with the thing  they had created. It had wolf ears and a tail, it was a monster and they didn't want to have it in their lives any longer than it already was. Once they reached the hole in the top of the mountain, they threw it in and didn't look back as they turned and walked away. They felt no guilt, to them they had not committed a crime. But to the monster down below who caught the small child, they had. Asgore had killed many humans who found their way into the Underground but this was a baby, it had done nothing wrong to anyone or anything. Asgore decided to keep the child as his own, he would tell only his friend from the other side of the door. The only one he trusted to keep this secret, Gaster. Asgore walked to the door with the crying child, not sure how to make it stop. It has been awhile since he was a father after all. "Hello friend, sounds like you have a little trouble on your end" Said the familiar voice that Asgore had started to know so well. Asgore sighed and rocked the child. "It is why I've come to speak to you, I have no clue what it is I should do" Asgore pointed a finger at the child, the child held onto it. No longer crying. "Funny, I just became a father today. His name is Papyrus" (In this Papy is the older one, sorry) Asgore laughed. "I'm sorry friend but I must go now" Asgore said standing up. "Wait friend, we should come back tomorrow and introduce each others kids to another" Gaster said. Asgore said he'd like that as he walked away to feed the child, he still wasn't sure what it was he should feed it. He ended up texting the one monster he did not wish to speak to. Queen Toriel.

A- I need your help with something

T- What is it? Make it quick

A- I found a baby and I shall keep it as my own but I can't figure out what to feed it

T- DON'T DO ANYTHING!! I'LL BE THERE SHORTLY!!

This is not what Asgore wanted but it would work he supposed. After awhile Toriel showed up with food for the baby, Toriel was surprised by the childs ears and tail but was in love as soon as she held it. The baby was scared by the new monster holding her, she started to cry. Toriel started humming to her, which calmed her quickly. "I'm still not coming back" Asgore said as he handed her a slice of pie. "Fine by me" Was all Toriel said as she continued to love on the child. "I still haven't named her, what do you think?" Asgore said as he sat down in his chair by the fire, Toriel hummed for awhile as she looked at the child. She had blondeish/orangeish hair and green eyes, she reminded Toriel of an anime thing Gaster had showed her not to long ago. "The child should be named Zelda" Asgore nodded and mumbled it to himself softy. After awhile Toriel left and the child went to sleep.

Time skip (there is gonna be a few of these, sorry -_-)

Asgore dressed the child in some old clothes Toriel had brought over for the child and awaited in the basement for Gaster. Once he showed up, Asgore told him what had happened yesterday. "Zelda huh?" Gaster  held Papyrus in his arms as an idea came to him. "We should arrange for our children to marry when they're older" Asgore thought about it, he didn't really care for it but agreed anyways. "Alright friend, we shall let them meet in person when they are older" Asgore said as he smiled at his daughter, Gaster did the same to his son. "Agreed my friend" And that was the last of that conversation. Over the years they would still come to the door and chat with their children and once the kids were old enough to talk, they talked to each other and avoided the adults conversation. "Knock knock" Zelda said on a late afternoon, it was getting close to the day they'd be able to see each other, without the door. 

"Who's there?" Papyrus asks, his hand pressed against the door. 

"Olive"

"Olive who?"

"Olive you" They both laughed at the terrible joke. Though they have yet to see each other in person, they were falling in love. "I wish you'd hurry and turn 6 m'lady" Papyrus says, his hand still placed on the door. "I as well Pap" Zelda said, her hand also placed on the door. The pair say goodbye and go their different ways. As the weeks pass they both prepare, one prepares to leave and the other prepares to meet the monster he loves.
