Zelda's pov...

The two days that dad had requested have passed and I'm standing in my room, packing a bag while Chara plays with some toys on my bed. "Do I have to pack too? I don't want to leave" They said as they placed the toys down and looked at me, I smiled as I sat down next to her and put my hand on their head. "You don't have to leave my child, dad would be overjoyed to have you here with him" I said, they nodded their head as a knock sounded from my door. Chara ran to the door and opened it, jumping into dad's arms as soon as they could. "Toriel is here for you Zelda" He said, holding onto Chara and trying not to look sad. "Thank you dad, shall we go?" I asked with a faked smile. I'm happy to finally go out again but it's just now coming to me that I'll be without my dad instantly there for me. Once we got to the door, dad and Chara pulled me into a tight hug that literally took my breath away. "I'll miss you guys" I mumbled into my dad's chest. "You may visit at any time my dear" I nodded my head and let go as mom coughed from behind me. I waved goodbye until they closed the door and I could no longer see them. "Are you excited my child?" Mom asked, placing a hand on my shoulder. I nodded my head and looked around, everything looked kinda scary compared to the Ruins. "Anything you wish to see while we're out?" Mom asked, she removed her hand and looked around. I thought for a moment. "Can I see Papyrus and Sans?? I never got to see Sans when he was born" I mumbled, playing with the sleeve of my dress (It's exactly like the one Undertale Tori wears). She smiles at me and continues to walk, I just follow. Not really knowing if that was a yes or a no. Eventually we make it to a cute little house that's slightly decorated with lights, while I'm starring at the lights mom knocks on the door. "Oh, hello majesty. To what do we owe this honor?" A rough sounding voice asks, I smell smoke and turn to look at who opened the door. "Hello Sans, you're part of the Royal Guard so I thought showing you the princess you'll be protecting would be a great idea" I tried leaning to the left to see past mom to look at Sans but it got me nowhere. I sighed, mom turned to look at me. Sans bowed once he saw me. "Hello Princess" He said before standing up to look at me. I bowed quickly while saying hello too, he seemed nice. "Where's your brother?" Mom asked, Sans rolled his eyes. "He's supposed to be on patrol but who knows where he's really at. Did you look at Grillby's?" Sans asked as he crossed his arms over his chest and leaning on the door frame, mom shook her head and sighed. "I don't really care for that place, could you just have him come by once he returns?" Sans nodded then looked at me. "Oh! My name is Zelda!" I yelled, forgetting that I hadn't introduced myself earlier. He laughed at me before telling me his name. We said our goodbye's and started to walk away, I grabbed some of the snow as we did. "It's so cold" I mumbled to myself, I heard a deep laugh behind me so I turned around to find no one behind me. I shrugged it off and ran to catch up with mom who didn't realize I had stopped. I told her about the snow being cold and she laughed at me. Not to long later we came to an area that was all black except for teal/blue flowers and little spots. It was really beautiful. Mom told me that the flowers were called 'Echo Flowers' and repeated the last thing they heard, I sat down next to one to listen to what it'd say. "Beware the man who speaks in hands" It said, a shiver went up my spine for some reason. I wanted to ask mom about it but I couldn't find her. "Mom!?" I yelled jumping up to look for her, someone grabbed my shoulder and turned me around. Because of instinct I punched whoever it was because the hand didn't feel familiar. "Wow, do you always punch people who are trying to help you my lady?" Asked a voice I swear I've heard before. My lady? Papy says that all the time..He was holding his face where I had punched him, he was smiling though so I didn't hurt him to badly. "Papy?" I asked, he nodded his head and I jumped into his arms. He laughed and hugged me back. "Talk about long time no see, huh my lady?" He joked, I laughed and let go of him. I took a step back and looked him up and down. He looked so different from when we were six. Times really do change people. "Zelda!?" My mom's worried voice yelled from somewhere, I turned around and yelled for her. Papy's hand intertwined with mine, causing me to blush. Before I could really react he started pulling me in a direction I assumed moms voice came from. "There you are! Oh, hello Papyrus" Mom said once we had found her, Papy let go of my hand and turned away from us. "I'll see you two later, Sans will kill me if I'm late again...bye my lady" He gave me a small wave before disappearing, I smiled and looked up at mom. She smiled back at me and grabbed my hand as we continued to walk. We walked past a place called "Hotlands" and a place called "Waterfall" before getting to mom's house. It was like a castle and it was cool. She showed me my room and told me when dinner would be done. I sighed and threw myself on my bed. Hopefully this'll be a nice change.
