Sprocket POV

I looked at the four figures- Rocky, Jet, Ricky, and Max.

"Where am I?"

Rocky smiled. "We're in New Zealand, remember? Ryder and Jake took us on a trip! the other adults and I showed up as a surprise, but you weren't doing so good. You fell into the water after the minor earthquake and banged your head."

I realized none of the pups had the animal symbols or names on their cheeks.

Was I really dreaming? It looked and felt so real!

"Yea, you must've been," Max said.

I was thinking aloud.

"It was bad," I said. "Ryder was evil and he captured you and, and, and.... and...."

"And what," Jet interjected.

I hung my head, blushing. "I confessed to Lizzy..."

Max smirked. "Can't hurt to try. That's what I was thinking when I confessed to Ricky."

I nodded. "Thanks Max. Where is she?"

I walked onto the beach, legs shaking. 

What if she says no?

I simply gave it a shot.

"Lizzy..."

"Sprocket! You're up! How's your head?"

"It's ok. Look Lizzy, I have to tell you something."

Lizzy nodded.

"You're the sweetest, smartest, most beautiful dog I know. Every time you do something dangerous, I worry. You mean everything to me. I love you."

Lizzy smiled. "I love you too."

I smiled as she nuzzled me. "So... are we a thing now...?"

"Yes, silly," Lizzy smiled, "we're a thing."

I embraced her hug. we sat there, together, just the two of us.

It's all I ever wanted.

THE END!

The last two are Sprocket and Lizzy. Sprocket is a kangaroo and can box like one (XD). Lizzy is a seahorse (her mark is on the other cheek) and can become any size (pygmy, normal, etc).

The book after this is called Rocky's Sunshine. It takes place around a month after this story (This story took place in late April, the next one in late May to mid June). The one after that takes place around three months after the previous one (so around early September till mid October). That's all I'm spoiling! I'll have the next book out soon!
