The second December first hit, Scott and Mitch were putting up Christmas decorations in their house.

If it were up to Scott though, they would have started in on them nearly a month earlier.

In a perfect world, they would have started to decorate the house the moment Halloween passed. However, Mitch was quick to shoot down that idea, just like he did every year.

Once Thanksgiving came, Scott tried to see how far he could push it. He began putting up small decorations all over the house. He radiated happiness as each decoration made the house look more and more festive, all while ignoring Mitch's eye rolls.

But now that December was here, Scott unashamedly went all out on decorations. Realistically, the duo wouldn't even be home half of the month, but none of that mattered in the moment. And when the two were done, Scott beamed with pride as he took in the masterpiece that was their house.

Even Mitch felt a bit of pride regarding their scenario. The house may not have been his project, but he couldn't help the excitement that he felt, nor could he help the feeling of pride either, especially when he turned to stare at his blonde.
