Blaine Rogers is a busy dad of one precious little girl, Madison Raine. He has been single ever since his divorce with Madison's mother, Nikki.

Blaine takes his five and half year old daughter Madison to the park, after having a nice daddy daughter brunch with her. He is really excited to have custody of Madison for the whole week, while Madison's mom is on a work trip. Blaine has been divorced from Madison's mom for three years now. Blaine and his ex-wife are finally friendly with each other and are committed to raise Madison without any arguing or nasty fights.

*Meanwhile at the Maldonado home*

After a busy morning, Kirstie decides to take all five of her kids to the park to get some of their energy out. She manages to wrangle all five kids to get dressed, get in the car and get buckled in their seatbelts or car seats.

This is the part of being a single mom Kirstie absolutely hates. She hates that she is all alone trying to get five kids ready to go places like the doctors or the park. However, she knows being a single mom was the best decision for herself and the kids. She and Jeremy are happier apart then together. 

Kirstie also wishes she could find someone. Jeremy has a girlfriend named Ashlea. Kirstie is happy for Jeremy, but she wishes she can find someone for herself. Someone who won't judge her music career and understand her busy hectic schedule, and somebody who will love her five children.

Once at the park, Kirstie relaxes on the park bench. Jett and Jude are climbing on the jungle gym while Reed and Harper are near the slide. Piper is playing with her toys in her stroller.

Meanwhile on the other side of the park, Blaine watches Madison play fondly, smiling as she slides down the slide.

Reed runs around the slide and slams into Madison, their heads hitting each other hard.

Madison starts to cry, holding the sore spot of her head.

"Ow!" Madison says as she sniffles.

Reed also begins to cry and says "Ow!"

Kirstie and Piper run over to see what happened. A crying child is never a good sign.

"What happened, Reedy?" Kirstie asks Reed as she rubs his head.

Blaine runs over to be on Madison's side, heading his baby girl in pain.

"What happened, Madi? What happened, baby?" Blaine asks Madison softly.

"We hit our heads together, Daddy!" Madison says to Blaine.

"We ran into each other, Mommy!" Reed explains, still very upset.

"Aw, it's okay! I'm sure it was just an accident! Accidents happen! What's your name sweety? Reed is very sorry for hitting you!" Kirstie says to Madison.

"My name is Madison!" Madison says and Blaine rubs her back.

"Nice to meet you, Madison! This is Reed!" Kirstie says as Reed waves at Madison.

Kirstie looks up and looks into Blaine's bright green eyes. Blaine smiles at Kirstie.

"You must be Madison's dad. Nice to meet you! I'm Kirstie, Reed's mom." Kirstie says, shaking Blaine's hand.

"Nice to meet you! I'm Blaine! Would you like to sit together and talk?" Blaine asks and Kristie happily agrees.

Blaine, Kirstie and Piper sit together as they watch Harper, Madison, Reed, Jett and Jude all playing together.

"Five little ones! You must be busy! I only have Madison." Blaine says with a smile.

"Yes, I am! I am a busy mom! The twins, Jett and Jude are seven, Reed is three and a half, Harper is almost two and Piper is going to turn one in June!" Kirstie says as Piper smiles at Blaine.

"Madison is going to turn six in July. I can't believe it." Blaine says as Piper grabs at Blaine's arm, grabbing at his watch.

"Piper, don't play with Mr. Blaine's watch. Sorry about that, she loves to play with jewelry." Kirstie says to Blaine.

"It's okay! She's really cute. Hi, Piper." Blaine says as Piper babbles.

Kirstie kisses Piper's cheek and fixes her hair bow.

"So are you single or in a relationship?" Kirstie asks Blaine. She then regrets it, knowing she just met Blaine twenty minutes ago.

"I shouldn't have asked that! That is so nosy." Kirstie says as she nervously giggles and Blaine also giggles.

"No, it's fine! Don't worry about it. Madison's mother Nikki and I have been divorced for three years now. We just got married and pregnant really fast. We rushed things and it didn't work out. We fought a lot during the marriage and after, especially towards the custody aspect, but now we are finally grown up and want what's best for Madison. Our custody relationship has been great this past year." Blaine says as Piper plays with his watch again.

"That's great to hear that you guys get along now. My ex-husband Jeremy and I just got a divorce a few months back. We didn't rush into things, but our lives were just so busy and we drifted apart. It's what was best. We are pretty civil with custody and everything." Kirstie says.

"That's good. All that matters is the kids are happy and healthy. You are very beautiful by the way." Blaine says making Kirstie blush.

"And you are handsome!" Kirstie says as Blaine smiles.

Kirstie and Blaine talk about the kids mostly as they watch their kids playing and getting along very well.

"So, what do you do for work Blaine?" Kirstie asks Blaine.

"I work for Google and I do broadway on occasion. What about you?" 

"I do a lot of things! Mostly singing though. I am in a acapella group! Pentatonix." Kirstie says as Blaine's face lights up.

"My daughter loves Pentatonix! She is so obsessed with the group's family vlogs! I'm surprised she didn't recognized you! She has a little crush on Kevin too." Blaine says as Kirstie giggles.

"Well, she was crying, so maybe she didn't realize it was me. And I'll have to get Kevin to make a little video or something for her! He definitely will!" Kirstie says happily.

"That would be great. She would enjoy a video message from Kevin. Madison would enjoy that a lot." Blaine says as Madison and Reed run over.

"Reed told me you are in Pentatonix! Is that true?" Madison asks Kirstie softly.

"I sure am! Your dad told me you love Pentatonix!" Kirstie says as Madison jumps up and down.

"Yeah! I love them! Kevin is really cute!" Madison says making Kirstie giggle.

"Would you like to take a picture with Kirstie, Madi and send to Mommy?" Blaine asks Madison.

"YES!" Madison says as she jumps up and down in excitement.

"Okay! Let Kirstie give me baby Piper to hold and then you can take a picture." Blaine says.

Kirstie hands Blaine, Piper as Madison sits on Kirstie's lap. Blaine sits Piper in his lap while he takes a few pictures of Madison and Kirstie.

"Thank you!" Madison says hugging Kirstie tight.

"You're welcome, sweety!" Kirstie says as Blaine smiles.

After almost two hours of playing, it's time to head home for nap time.

"I gotta get ready to go, Blaine. It's Reed, Harper ad Piper's nap time." Kirstie says as Piper yawns.

"I want a nap myself! I gotta get ready and head to my mom's for a family lunch thing." Blaine says as he chuckles.

Kirstie chuckles as all the kids run over.

"I would love to talk again sometime Kirstie and maybe go on a little date soon?" Blaine says with a smirk making Kirstie blush.

"I would love too! Just text me later and I'll tell you when I'm not busy! I would love to see you again." Kirstie says as Blaine smiles.

"Tell Kirstie, Piper, Harper, Reed, Jude, and Jett bye for now!" Blaine says as he picks up Madison.

"Bye!" Madison says as she waves at Harper, Reed, Jett and Jude.

"Bye!" Jett, Jude, Reed and Harper say in unison.

Blaine and Kirstie began dating a few weeks later :)
