Kevin and Tara are officially Mallory's parents! The adoption has been finalized and set in stone! Kevin and Tara are grateful and blessed that the adoption went through smoothly and quickly!

Mallory is also ready to come home from the hospital! She has graduated from the NICU and can now come home. She is two and half months old and is almost seven pounds! Mallory is a healthy girl just on the small size due to being premature.

Kevin and Tara have been very busy this past month! Kevin is working on Christmas tour things with Pentatonix and Tara has been getting things ready for baby Mallory.

When Kevin wasn't busy with Pentatonix, he painted Mallory's nursery and got the furniture together. Tara bought the rest of the things Mallory would need. Mallory is all set!

The day they have been waiting for has finally come! Mallory can come home! Jane has Hayden, Henry and Laila at her house while Kevin and Tara finish up what they need to do before getting Mallory.

*Mallory's nursery*

Kevin walks into Mallory's nursery and sees Tara getting the changer set up. Tara is setting it up with the diapers, powder and other things she will need for baby Mallory.

Kevin wraps his arms around Tara's waist and kisses Tara's cheek softly.

"It doesn't feel real that she is coming home, Kev. It doesn't feel real!" Tara says as she hugs Kevin.

"I know. I got her car seat in the car and ready to go. Are the kids excited?" Kevin asks Tara as he admires the artwork behind Mallory's crib.

"Jane said Hayden and Laila are so excited. Henry doesn't understand it right now but I think he will when Mallory comes home." Tara says.

"I can't wait to have her home and settled. We need to get her a Christmas outfit." Kevin says and Tara smiles.

"I picked one out but we need to see what size to get. Probably newborn or preemie." Tara says as she kisses Kevin. 

Kevin and Tara grab everything they need and head to the hospital.

"She is finally coming home!" Kevin says as Tara begins to a cry a little.

"I can't believe it's time. I am so happy I can't explain it in words." Tara says as she holds Kevin's hand tight.

After a ten minute drive, Kevin and Tara are at the hospital!

Kevin and Tara sign in and walk into the NICU. They are greeted by all the nurses.

"Mallory is leaving us! I'm going to miss her, she is such a good baby." Corrine the nurse says to Kevin and Tara.

"She sure was! She did very well here! She will definitely catch up on her growth when she gets home." Naomi the nurse says.

"Mallory is a fighter and now she is healthy! So happy she has a forever family!" Aimee the nurse says.

"We will definitely visit when we can! You are all family to us and helped Mallory during her time of need." Tara says.

Kevin and Tara walk into Mallory's NICU room and they see Maggie burping her.

"Hey guys! The doctor will be here in a few minutes to check her. She just ate! Look who's here, Mal! There's Mommy and Daddy!" Maggie says as Mallory coos.

"Hi, baby girl. Hi, baby." Tara says as Maggie the nurse hands Mallory to her.

"Hi, princess!" Kevin says with a smile.

Tara sets Mallory begins to change Mallory's outfit into a warm onesie.

"There you go, princess. All ready to go home!" Kevin says as Tara bounces Mallory in her arms. 

*Mallory's going home outfit*

Maggie the nurse smiles as Mallory looks around the room.

"I am so glad Mallory is doing so well." Maggie the nurse says

"Me too! I am so happy she is coming home for Christmas." Tara says as Mallory yawns.

"What a wonderful Christmas present! I'm going to miss her. Please make sure to send me updates when you can!" Maggie the nurse says.

"We definitely will! I'll be posting pictures on Facebook and Instagram once it's Christmas. None of our friends know about Mallory." Tara says as Mallory yawns.

The doctor checks Mallory and officially discharges her from the hospital!

Kevin places Mallory in her car seat and buckles her up. Mallory happily sucks on her pacifier and Tara covers her up with a small blanket.

*Mallory's car seat!*

Kevin carries Mallory's car seat and Tara holds balloons that the nurses gave her. Tara and Kevin walk outside, feeling the warm sun.

"We are going home, baby girl! Do you feel the warm sun?" Tara says as Mallory yawns.

"She seems so excited." Kevin says as he places Mallory's car seat into the base and Tara chuckles.

Tara chuckles and sit in the back with Mallory. Kevin gets in the driver's seat and begins to drive home.

"Her hair is so soft. They must have gave her a bath, she smells so good." Tara says making Kevin giggle.

"What are you doing sniffing our baby?" Kevin asks Tara.

"Of course! Babies always smell good except if they poop." Tara says and Kevin chuckles.

Kevin drives very slowly home, he doesn't want Mallory to fuss.

After twenty five minutes home, Tara, Mallory and Kevin are home!

Hayden, Laila, and Henry are patiently waiting at the window and they jump up and down in excitement.

Kevin picks up Mallory's car seat while Tara walks up to the door with the balloons.

"Mommy!" Hayden and Laila say in unison.

"Hey guys! Daddy has Mallory!" Tara says hugging Hayden, Laila and Henry.

"Baby Mallory! She's finally home!" Hayden says as he jumps up and down. 

"Baby sissy! I excited!" Laila says as she smiles.

Kevin walks into the house slowly with Mallory, trying not to wake her up but she is already awake.

Kevin places her car seat on the couch and takes the cover off of her.

"Baby Mallory is small!" Hayden says he admires his new baby sister.

"She is going to be small for a while but she is growing! She was smaller then this!" Tara says as Mallory yawns.

"Hi, sissy! Wuv you!" Laila yells, startling Mallory.

"Inside voice, Laila. Remember we have to use our inside voice and be gentle with baby Mallory." Tara says as Laila giggles.

"Ba Ba Da Da Ma!" Henry says as he wobbles over to Tara.

"Hi, baby boy! You are a big brother now! This is your baby sister! Baby Mallory!" Tara says as Henry looks at Mallory with confusion.

"Henry the big brother! Yay!" Jane says as Henry babbles.

"Where's Elijah and Troy?" Kevin asks Jane.

"Elijah and Troy are laying down at home sick. I didn't want them here to get Mallory sick. She can't get sick." Jane says as Henry giggles.

"She is so beautiful!" Jane says as she admires her new niece.

Tara picks up Mallory and rubs her back softly.

"She is beautiful. Her hair is so soft." Tara says as her sister Jane.

"Her hair is soft! I love it! I wish my hair was this soft." Jane says at Tara giggles.

Hayden, Laila and Henry admire their baby sister as Tara rocks Mallory.

Kevin iPhone begins to ring as Mallory cries a little.

"It's Scott!" Kevin whispers as Tara quickly walks out of the living room.

Kevin: "Hey, Scott! What's up?"

Scott: "Hey! Are you busy, man? We wanna do a conference call on Skype later if you can! Kirstie might not be able to because she's sick."

Kevin: "Uh - Uh - I'm busy right now actually! Henry isn't feeling well and Tara is busy with the older two."

Scott: "Aw! Poor little guy! Well we can do it tomorrow, don't worry about it!"

Kevin: "Talk to you later, man!"

Scott: "Talk to you later!"

"Phew! That was close!" Kevin says as Tara giggles.

"Only a few more days until we tell everybody about you, beautiful baby girl." Tara says as she kisses Mallory's cheek.

The Olusolas are happy their baby sister and daughter are home! :)
