Jake woke up with a pounding headache. Alex is fast asleep next to him. Jake goes to the bathroom is get some Tylenol for his headache.

Jake hasn't been feeling himself the last few weeks. He bought a pregnancy test just to see if he was pregnant out of curiosity but doesn't think he is.

He hasn't had any symptoms besides having headaches and feeling bloated. Jake takes the pregnancy test and goes on his phone to check Twitter and Instagram.

Jake and Alex have thought about having one more child but they are undecided. Jake's iPhone timer goes off three minutes later and he flips the pregnancy text over. Jake is pregnant!

He begins to cry of excitement but quiets down because he doesn't want Alex to wake up. It is three am after all. Jake googles a cute way to tell Alex the special news. Jake makes a picture on the computer that says:

"Hi, Papa!
I can't wait to meet you!
👶🏻💖💙👶🏼
Expected to arrive in November!
Love ~ Baby Kirk #3"

Jake puts the picture as pregnancy test on his and Alex's dresser to tell Alex the special news tomorrow! Jake goes back to bed and cuddles with Alex.

The next day, Alex is getting ready for work in the bathroom. Jake wakes up and sees that Alex hasn't seen the surprise yet. Alex walks in the bedroom and smiles at Jake.

"Good morning, angel." Alex says as he kisses Jake. "Good morning!" Jake says as he walks into the master bathroom to use the bathroom and brush his teeth.

Alex notices a pregnancy test sitting on his and Jake's dresser. He picks it up and sees two dark lines and the note.

"Jakey? Come here." Alex says and Jake walks out from the bathroom after he finishes brushing his teeth.

"Yeah, babe?" Jake says as he wipes tooth paste from his mouth. "Is this real?" Alex asks and Jake nods with a smile. Alex smiles as he hugs Jake tightly.

"When did you take the test, babe?" Alex asks as he kisses Jake twice.

"I woke up with a pounding headache last night and decided to just to take one. And it's positive!" Jake says as Alex picks him up.

Jake giggles as Alex kisses him again. "How have you been feeling?" Alex asks Jake as he rubs Jake's cheek.

"I feel pretty good! But I'm sure in a few days the symptoms will come and I'll be sick." Jake says with a chuckle.

"When is our new addition coming?" Alex asks as he wraps his hands around Jake's waist.

"According to my baby app the baby is due around Thanksgiving. I'll probably deliver before Thanksgiving, though." Jake says and Alex hugs him again.

"Are you excited?" Jake asks and Alex kisses Jake's stomach.

"I am very very excited. If you need something, any time babe, whatever time it is, whether I'm at work or out with friends just let me know, babe. I'll come home to help. Being sick with two little ones is going to be hard on you." Alex says as he kisses Jake's hand.

"Thank you, Allie. I don't want you missing work if I'm sick. I can do it. I'll be alright." Jake says and Alex nods.

"I know. But if you are exhausted I just hate for you to be home alone with two little ones." Alex says and Jake nods.

"I know, we will figure it out." Jake says as he kisses Alex. "Let's go downstairs and eat before the kids wake up." Jake says and Alex nods.

- A few weeks later -
Jake and Alex are heading to Jake's doctor appointment! This appointment the doctor is going to do an ultrasound to check the baby and possibly find out the gender! Scarlett and Aurora are at Mitch and Scott's house.

"Are you okay, Jakey?" Alex asks Jake as he holds Jake's hand.

"I'm fine, just a little anxious." Jake says and Alex kisses his hand. "Don't worry about anything." Alex says as he rubs Jake's thigh.

Jake gets called back by one of the assistants. Jake gets his blood pressure and weight checked.

"I can't believe I gained four pounds!" Jake says as he sits on the table, waiting for the doctor.

"Jake, it's alright. You haven't gained anything so far besides four pounds. You are doing fine." Alex says, making Jake blush.

"You are so cute." Jake says, pinching Alex's cheek. Dr. Lee walks in and smiles at Alex and Jake. Dr. Lee talks about how Jake was feeling.

"Okay Mr. Updegraff, let's begin the ultrasound. The gel is probably going to feel cold." Dr Lee says as she puts the clear gel on Jake's small baby bump.

"That is so cold!" Jake chuckles as he holds Alex's hand for support.

Dr. Lee begins the ultrasound. "Nice strong heartbeat! One hundred and forty beats. There's the baby's face and the baby is awake! You can see the baby kicking it's right leg there." Dr. Lee says.

"That's so cool!" Alex whispers and Jake smiles proudly at Alex.

Dr. Lee continues the ultrasound. Checking every part of the baby, making sure there aren't any abnormalities. The baby looks absolutely perfect!

"Everything looks wonderful! You have a healthy, happy baby in there! Do you guys want to know the gender? I have verified it three times so far this ultrasound!" Dr. Lee says with a chuckle.

Jake and Alex look at each other and both nod. "We would love to know." Jake says with a grin and Alex nods in excitement.

"You're little girls are going to have a baby brother! Congratulations Mr. Updegraff and Mr. Kirk!" Dr. Lee says happily with an enormous smile.

Jake and Alex smile at each other brightly. "Thank you so much! Wow, I wasn't expecting that!" Jake says as he giggles.

"Me either! I thought we were going to have another girl! This is so cool!" Alex says happily.

Dr. Lee shows Alex and Jake the baby. "He is showing off that he is a boy! And he's smiling too, so sweet." Dr. Lee says.

"Wow! He has his legs open! Acting like a boy already!" Jake says as he smiles seeing his son move around.

"He is eleven inches long and almost a pound! Perfect for twenty weeks!" Dr. Lee says.

"He is a big boy already!" Alex says as he kisses Jake's hand, proudly looking at their first son.

"I'll see you in four weeks for your next appointment, Mr. Updegraff. Just call if you have any concerns or questions!" Dr. Lee says as she shakes Jake's hand.

"Thank you so much! See you then!" Jake says as Alex shakes Dr. Lee's hand and they leave.

Jake and Alex decide to  to the baby store to buy a onesie for their new baby boy! Jake sends the pictures of the baby to all his friends and family members and announcing the gender because they couldn't wait!

"I am still shocked it's a boy! I thought for sure it was gonna be another girl!" Alex says and Jake smiles.

"I am just so grateful that baby boy is happy and healthy in there. He is already huge! Watch him be like nine pounds when he is born." Jake says and Alex laughs loudly.

"You make small babies, he will probably be a little bigger then his big sisters." Alex says with a big smile.

Alex and Jake arrive at Babies R Us to look around. "I just wanna buy all the boy clothes, they are so stinking cute!" Jake says as he looks around at all the boy clothes.

"We should buy the girls a blue bear, to tell them the news." Alex says as he kisses Jake's cheek.

"Oh my gosh, yes! And a little brother onesie!" Jake says as he looks at the onesies that are for baby siblings. Jake picks out a newborn sized dark blue onesie that says "Little Brother."

Once home, Alex and Jake have a tea party with the girls. Scarlett and Aurora are sitting on the floor with Alex and Jake as they finish up the tea party.

"Papa and I saw the baby today! We have pictures!" Jake says as Alex hands him the ultrasound pictures. "Baby!" Aurora says with a toothy grin.

"I wanna see the baby!" Scarlett says to Jake. "Papa is getting the pictures!" Jake says as Alex walks back into the playroom.

Jake shows Aurora and Scarlett the pictures of their baby brother. "The baby is small!" Scarlett says as she looks at the ultrasound pictures.

"The baby is small, but the baby has grown a lot in Daddy's tummy!" Alex says as he pats Jake's small, but noticeable baby bump.

"Baby hand!" Aurora says loudly. "That is the baby's hand! Good girl!" Jake says as he kisses Aurora's cheek.

"Daddy and I bought you girls these cute blue teddy bears!" Alex says as he hands Scarlett and Aurora each their own blue bear. It says "Little Brother" on it.

"A blue teddy bear!" Scarlett says as she hugs the teddy bear. Aurora also hugs her. "Bear!" Aurora says and Jake smiles.

Jake and Alex realize that Scarlett and Aurora do not understand the message the bear is suppose to send, since they are only three and almost two years old. They both mentally face palm.

"Papa and I also bought the new baby something today! Papa has it in the yellow bag, see?" Jake says as Alex brings over the small yellow baby bag.

"Aurora, Scarlett, open it up and see what it is!" Alex says as the girls throw out the tissue paper.

"The onesie says Little Brother on it!" Alex she to the girls. The girls look at him and Jake confusingly. "A baby brover?" Scarlett asks Jake and Alex softly.

"Yes, there is a baby brother in my belly! The baby is a boy!" Jake says and Scarlett gets happy.

Scarlett smiles and claps her hands. "Aw, are you excited to have a brother?" Alex asks and Scarlett nods. "Paint his room green and blue!" Scarlett says.

"Maybe! Daddy and I haven't decided on that, just yet! But, you and Aurora can definitely help us paint when we decide on what colors we are going to do for his bedroom!" Alex says as he fixes Scarlett's hair bow.

"Aurora, you are going to have a baby brother! What do you think?" Jake asks and Aurora kisses Jake's baby bump.

"Good girl! Being such an amazing big sister already!" Alex says as he puts Aurora in his lap.

"His name is going to be Levi." Jake says and Alex nods in agreement. "Levi!" Scarlett says as she kisses Jake's bag bump.

"Let's take pictures and tell everybody about Levi!" Alex says and the girls giggle in excitement.

Alex posts a picture of Aurora and Scarlett holding an ultrasound picture of Levi. Alex writes the caption as: "Aurora and Scarlett would like to announce that Levi Roman Kirk is arriving in November! #ItsABoy 💙"

Jake posts a picture of Aurora and Scarlett holding the "Little Brother" onesie! Jake writes the caption as: "Aurora and Scarlett would like to announce that they are going to have a baby brother! His name is going to be Levi Roman Kirk. Our ultrasound today showed that our little man is doing perfect! He is almost a pound and is eleven inches long! I am so grateful he is doing so well and that he is healthy! Alex and I are super excited to welcome our little man in November!"
