After almost three days in the hospital, Esther and the twins are being discharged! Esther just got dressed. She is wearing a Pentatonix t-shirt and black leggings.

Esther is now getting the twins dressed, while Darien is taking their bags to the car. Noah begins to cry as Esther changes him.

"It's okay Noah, it's okay baby. I'm almost done." Esther says softly. Gabriel is already dressed and is fast asleep.

*Gabriel's outfit is the blue one and Noah's outfit is the gray one *

"All done, baby boy! Here is your pacifier, Noah." Esther says softly as she kisses Noah's cheek. Gabriel spits his pacifier out and begins to fuss. "Here you go, Gabriel." Esther says as she kisses Gabriel's cheek.

Gabriel and Noah hold hands and Esther grabs her phone to take a few pictures of the twins. "You guys are so cute! Evalina can't wait to see you guys!" Esther says softly to the boys.

Darien walks back into the room and smiles. Darien hands Esther an iced tea. "Thank you, baby." Esther says as she kisses Darien.

"You're welcome! The boys are so stinking cute! Are you boys ready to go home and see your sissy?" Darien says in a babyish voice to the boys.

"How's Evie doing?" Esther asks as she sets her tea down on the table next to her.

"She's doing great! She is super excited for her brothers and us to come home, Kate told me this morning. Evalina loves having Israel and Ezra at the house." Darien says as he kisses Esther again.

A few hours later, it's time to get ready and go home! Darien puts Gabriel into his car seat and Esther puts Noah in his car seat.

"All ready to go home, boys! Now we need to wait for the doctor to make sure we are all ready!" Darien says as he kisses Gabriel and Noah's cheeks. "They look so thrilled." Esther says with a giggle.

Dr, Jackson checks Esther and the boys to make sure they are all well to go home.

"You guys may be discharged! Congratulations, and I'll see you guys in a few days for these little ones appointment." Dr. Jackson says as she shakes Esther and Darien's hands.

"Thank you very much!" Esther says. Darien carries the boys in their car seats as a nurse pushes Esther out of the hospital in a wheelchair.

Darien puts in Gabriel's car seat first and then he puts in Noah's car seat. "Congratulations to you both!" The nurse says with a big smile to Esther and Darien.

"Thank you!" Esther says as Darien helps her into the car. Darien gets into the driver's seat. He turns around and looks at Esther.

"Are they asleep?" Darien asks and Esther nods. "Good, let's go home." Darien says as he begins to twenty five minute drive home.

Back at the house, Avi is putting Israel down to take his afternoon nap, while Kate is with Ezra and Evalina are in the kitchen. "Thank you for the sandwich, Auntie Kate." Evalina says as she throws her trash away.

"You're welcome sweety! Evie, Mama, Daddy, Gabriel and Noah are coming home very soon!" Kate says as she and Evalina walk into the playroom.

Ezra begins to cry and fuss. "Aw, are you hungry, baby boy? It's okay, I'll feed you, give me one second, Ez." Kate says as she begins to breastfeed Ezra.

Avi walks in and kisses Kate's cheek. "Uncle Oovi! Can we play a board game?" Evalina asks Avi.

"Of course! What game do you want to play?" Avi says as he sits on the floor with Evalina.

"Um, Candyland!" Evalina says as she grabs Candyland off the shelf. "Auntie Kate, you wanna play?" Evalina asks Kate.

"In a little bit, sweety. I'm feeding Ezra right now, I'll watch you and Uncle Avi play." Kate says with a smile. Avi and Evalina begin to play Candyland together.

Twenty minutes later, Evalina, Avi and Kate hear the front door open. Evalina runs to see who it is. "Mama! Daddy!" Evalina says as she runs out of the playroom.

"Hey! I missed you, baby!" Esther says as she sits down on the couch. Evalina hugs Esther and Esther kisses Evalina's cheek.

Avi, Kate and baby Ezra come in the living room, to greet Esther and Darien.

"She couldn't sleep at all last night! She was so excited!" Kate says as she burps Ezra. "Aw! Daddy and I we're excited to come home as well!" Esther says, playing with Evalina's long hair.

Darien comes into the house with the twins in each hand, who are both fast asleep in their car seats. "Aw, look at their outfits! So sweet and cute." Avi says with a smile.

"Thank you Avi, my mom bought these outfits for them. I'm glad they fit the boys well."  Darien says as he sits the car seats down.

"Aw! They are so tiny!" Kate says as she smiles at the twins. "Daddy!" Evalina says as she jumps on Darien.

"Hey princess! Did you have fun with Uncle Avi, Auntie Kate, Izzy and Ez?" Darien asks Evalina as he kisses her cheek.

"Yeah! Izzy is taking a nap! Uncle Oovi and I played Candyland! And Auntie Kate and I made brownies yesterday!" Evalina says with a bright smile as she hugs Darien.

"That sounds like so much fun! Look who's home, Evie!" Darien says as he points to Gabriel and Noah. Evalina walks over to Gabriel and Noah's car seats.

"Be soft Evie. Be very soft. Good girl. Are you happy that your brothers are home?" Esther asks and Evalina nods. "Baby Gabriel and Noah!" Evalina says with a smile.

Kate takes a picture of Ezra with Gabriel and Noah. "They are going to be best buds!" Avi says with a smile.

Israel walks down the steps and walks over to Kate. "Good afternoon, Izzy. How was your nap?" Kate asks as she picks up Israel. "Good." Israel says quietly.

Kate, Avi, Esther and Darien talk for a few hours. Then Kate, Avi, Israel and Ezra go home.

"Baby Gabriel and Noah are awake, Mama!" Evalina says as she rubs Noah's cheek.

"Aw, good girl. I think they are hungry. Daddy is making them both a bottle right now. Do you want to be a big helper, and feed one of the twins a bottle?" Esther asks Evalina. Evalina nods as she kisses Noah and Gabriel.

Darien walks in from the kitchen with two warm bottles of breastmilk.

"Evalina, would like to feed one of the babies." Esther says with a smile. Darien smiles at Evalina and hands Esther, Gabriel to feed.

"Here you go sweetheart, I know you are hungry." Esther says softly, feeding Gabriel the warm milk.

Darien holds Noah and Evalina begins to feed Noah his bottle. "Great job, Evie! Hold it just like that." Darien says to Evalina. "Noah was hungry!" Evalina says to Esther and Darien.

"He sure was! You are doing an awesome job feeding him! Thank you very much for helping Daddy and I." Esther says proudly to Evalina. Darien and Esther burp the twins and put them in their swings to nap.

Darien and Esther spent the rest of the day with the kids and spent one on one time with Evalina :)
