Today is the BIG day! Today, Mark and Mason's twins will be born! Mark and Mason are very excited to meet their twins today and to have their family complete.

Mark and Mason are currently at the hospital and are getting ready for Mark's scheduled c-section.

Mason's sister Lo is at the house watching Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley while Mason and Mark are at the hospital. Mason and Mark will probably be in the hospital for about three to four days depending on how Mark and the twins do.

Mark and Mason are just hanging out in Mark's hospital room while they wait for Mark's c-section time.

"You ready for this, Marky?" Mason asks Mark as he holds Mark's hand.

"I'm so freaking ready. I'm tired of being pregnant." Mark says, making Mason chuckle loudly.

"I know you are, love. You freaking killed being pregnant with twins. I'm so excited for them to finally be here." Mason says to Mark.

"Me too. They are going to be so cute." Mark says as he smirks at Mason.

"Definitely." Mason says kissing Mark.

"Look how cute Mase looks in his blue scrubs." Mark says as he films a Instagram story clip of Mason.

Mason happily waves at Mark and poses, making Mark giggle loudly.

"You are so cute, Masey." Mark says to Mason.

Mason walks over to Mark and smiles at him.

"So are you, Marky." Mason says fixing Mark's hair cover.

Mark and Mason tenderly kiss three times and smile at each other.

"Are you ready for this?" Mason asks Mark softly.

"Yeah. I'm starting get nervous now, but I'm ready to get this done and see our babies." Mark says as he nervously smiles at Mason.

"You will be fine, babe. I promise you." Mason says, kissing Mark's forehead.

Mark and Mason are now in the operating room! The c-section has begun.

"You will feel a lot of tugging, Mr. Manio." The doctor says to Mark.

"Okay!" Mark says as he looks over at Mason.

Mason is rubbing Mark's head softly, trying to keep Mark as calm as he can. Mark smiles at Mason and Mark squeezes Mason's other hand.

"I'm right here, Marky. I'm right here. I love you so much." Mason whispers to Mark.

"I love you too." Mark says to Mason.

"The first baby will be here very very soon!" Nurse Mariah says happily to Mark and Mason as she watches the c-section.

"Are you excited?" Mark asks Mason and Mason smiles.

"I'm very excited! Are you?" Mason says to Mark.

"So excited." Mark says with a smile.

"Here comes the first baby, guys!" Nurse Mariah says with a cheeky smile to Mark and Mason.

The doctor pulls out the first baby and begins to clean the baby off.

"It's a boy! Born at 8:08am!" The doctor says as she holds up the boy baby for Mark and Mason to see for the very first time.

The baby boy begins to cry loudly, making Mason and Mark cry.

"There's Ollie, Marky!" Mason says as Mark cries.

"Oh my gosh! He is so cute!" Mark says as Mason smiles.

"Hi, dads!" Nurse London says as she holds up Oliver for Mark and Mason to see better.

"Hi, baby boy!" Mark says to Oliver as he smiles and cries.

"Hi, bud! Wow, he is big!" Mason says with a cheeky smile.

"He is! I'm going to take him to the warmer! I will bring him right back when I am done." Nurse London says to Mark and Mason.

"What's the baby boy's name?" Nurse Mariah asks Mason and Mark.

"His name is Oliver!" Mason says proudly.

"Aww, cute!" Nurse Mariah says to Mark and Mason.

Oliver begins to cry loudly from the warmer as the nurses clean him up.

"Is he okay?" Mark asks Mason and Nurse Mariah.

"He is okay, sweety! They are just cleaning him off and checking on him. His lungs sound great." Nurse Mariah says to Mark and Mason.

"He is wiggling around over there!" Nurse London says to Mark and Mason.

Mason kisses Mark and rubs his forehead.  

"He is so cute." Mason says to Mark.

"You will feel a lot of tugging again, Mr. Manio." The doctor says to Mark.

"Okay!" Mark says as he looks at Mason again.

"The second baby will be here very soon!" Nurse Mariah says happily to Mark and Mason.

Mark holds Mason's hand tightly and Mason kisses Mark's hand.

"Here comes the second baby!" Nurse Mariah says to Mark and Mason with a grin.

The doctor pulls out the second baby and begins to clean the baby off.

"It's a girl! Born at 8:10am!" The doctor says as she holds up the girl baby for Mark and Mason to see for the very first time.

The baby girl begins to cry loudly, making Mason and Mark cry again.

"Oaklyn is here!" Mason says and Mark smiles and cries.

"Hi, dads!" Nurse London says as she holds up Oaklyn for Mark and Mason to see better.

"Hi, princess!" Mark says to Oaklyn as he smiles and cries.

"Hi, baby girl! Aw, she is so pretty!" Mason says with a cheeky smile.

"She is a pretty girl! I'm going to take her to the warmer next to her brother, Oliver!" Nurse London says to Mark and Mason.

Mason kisses Mark twice and rubs his forehead.

"I'm so proud of you, Marky." Mason says to Mark.

"Thank you, baby." Mark whispers to Mason.

"Those babies are a perfect size for twins! Awesome job!" Nurse Mariah says to Mark.

"Thank you." Mark says happily to Nurse Mariah.

"Are you going to be okay if I see the babies?" Mason asks Mark.

"Yes! Please take pictures of them, okay?" Mark says to Mason.

Mason walks over to the two warmers and sees Oaklyn and Oliver. Mason smiles at Oliver and Oaklyn as he take pictures of them.

"What are their names?" Nurse Mariah asks Mark.

"Their names are Oliver Mark and Oaklyn Jane." Mark says to Nurse Mariah.

"Aww, beautiful names! Congratulations!" Nurse Mariah says to Mark.

"Thank you." Mark says with a grin.

"Congratulations!" The nurses all say to Mason, making Mason smile.

"Thank you so much!" Mason says proudly.

The nurses weigh and measure Oliver and then Oaklyn.

Oliver weighs six pounds, six ounces and nineteen and a half inches long!

Oaklyn weights six pounds, three ounces and nineteen inches long!

"They have a lot of hair! Did your husband have a lot of heart burn?" Nurse London asks Mason.

"He did, actually! They have their Ina's thick black hair!" Mason says proudly.

The nurses wrap Oliver and Oaklyn up in white blankets. Oaklyn has a bow hat on while Oliver has a regular hat on.

"We are going to take them to the nursery, but we let you guys see them for a few minutes." Nurse Beth says to Mason.

"Okay!" Mason says as he back walks over Mark.

"You did so well, baby! They are so cute." Mason says to Mark. 

Nurse London and Nurse Beth walk over with Oaklyn and Oliver in their arms.

"Oaklyn and Oliver are going to head to the nursery to get a bath and their shots but we wanted you two to hold the twins for a while." Nurse London says to Mark and Mason.

Mark and Mason hold Oaklyn and Oliver for a few minutes and then the nurses take them to the nursery.

"Go with the babies, please." Mark says to Mason.

"I will. See you in a little bit, baby." Mason says as he kisses Mark a few times before leaving with the babies.

- Thirty Minutes Later -
Mark is in now his recovery room. He feels a tad loopy from all of the medicine he got during his c-section, but he is very alert and wants to see his babies.

Mason tenderly kisses Mark's forehead and rubs his hair out of his face.

"You did amazing, Marky. So amazing. They are so beautiful! And big!" Mason says as he softly kisses Mark.

"Are they okay?" Mark asks Mason in a groggy whisper tone.

"They are both really good, baby. They are absolutely perfect. They are just getting their shots and they are getting their blood sugar checked since they were born earlier." Mason says to Mark as he rubs Mark's head.

"I'm so cold." Mark says to Mason as he begins to shiver.

"It is just from all of the medicine, sweety! Let me get you a nice warm blanket." The nurse says as she brings a warm blanket over and covers Mark up.

"Thank you so much." Mark says as he shivers a little.

"You're welcome! And you did amazing! Both babies are over six pounds, and that is excellent for twins! What are their names?" The nurse asks Mark and Mason.

"Their names are Oliver and Oaklyn." Mark says as he smiles at Mason.

"Oliver Mark and Oaklyn Jane." Mason says proudly.

"Aw! Those names are so cute! I love them a lot!" The nurse says happily to Mark and Mason.

Another nurse walks in pushing Oliver and Oaklyn's bassinets into the room.

"We have two very healthy and happy babies!" The other nurse says, bringing the twins over to Mark and Mason.

"Aww, they look so cozy and warm in their bassinets." Mason says as he looks at Oliver and Oaklyn sleeping in their bassinets.

"They sure are! They loved their sponge bath and they didn't really cry when they got their shots." The other nurse says to Mark and Mason.

"Aww, that's good." Mark says with a grin.

"Would you guys like to hold the babies?" The nurse asks Mark and Mason.

"Mark can hold them first. He has been wanting to do skin to skin with them. Can he do that?" Mason asks the nurses.

"Of course he can! Skin to skin is wonderful for babies!" The nurse says to Mark and Mason.

Mason helps Mark unbutton his hospital gown so he can do skin to skin.

The two nurses pick up Oliver and Oaklyn our of their bassinets and put them on Mark's bare chest.

"There's your Ina, babies. There's Ina!" Mason says softly to Oliver and Oaklyn.

Mark looks at his twins and softly kisses their foreheads. Mark then smiles at Mason, who is taking pictures of this very special moment. Mason tries not to cry.

"Oliver is on the right and Oaklyn is on the left, Marky." Mason says softly to Mark.

"They are so cute and they have so much hair." Mark says to Mason.

"Yeah, they do! Thick hair too! They have your hair, Marky." Mason says to Mark.

"I'm sorry they don't have their Daddy's hair. Literally all of our kids have my hair color. Mark says giggling and Mason smiles.

"I don't care that they don't have my brown hair. They have your thick and beautiful black hair. I'm actually jealous." Mason says making Mark chuckle.

"I love you, Masey." Mark says to Mason.

"I love you too! You did it baby. You did it. Our babies are here and are perfect." Mason says, kissing Mark's cheek softly.

- A Few Hours Later -
Mark and Mason have since taken a very well deserved nap, and the babies have also taken a nice long nap. Mark and Mason just ate some Subway for lunch and they just fed the babies a bottle. Oaklyn and Oliver are doing extremely well with their eating, most twins have struggles with eating.

Oliver and Oaklyn are currently sleeping in their bassinet together, since the doctor encourage the babies staying together the first few days.

Mason is going through his hospital bag he packed and finds Mark's push present he got for him.

"Masey, what are you doing?" Mark asks Mason in confusion.

"I wanted to give you your present I got you before the kids come!" Mason says happily to Mark.

"A present? Mase! Why did you do that?" Mark asks Mason.

"Because you freaking deserved it. You have been through a lot this pregnancy and I wanna spoil you. I hope you like it." Mason says, handing Mark his push present.

Mark blushes at Mason before he begins to open up the push present Mason bought for him.

Mark gasps as he sees the bracelet that Mason got for him. The bracelet has all of the kids birth stones on it and the kids are in birth order.

"Masey! Oh my gosh. This is so so pretty! Thank you so much!" Mark says as he hugs Mason tightly and tries not to cry.

"I'm glad you like it. I was gonna get you a necklace but I couldn't find one I liked. Do you really like this bracelet?" Mason asks Mark.

"I love it, baby! It's perfect." Mark says as he kisses Mason.

Mark and Mason enjoy some lunch while the twins take their nap.

"Are you ready for the kids to meet Oliver and Oaklyn?" Mark asks Mason softly.

Mason happily nods as he looks down at Oaklyn, who is safely swaddled in his arms in a pink blanket with her name monogrammed on it.

"I absolutely am. They are going to love them. They were absolutely obsessed when you were pregnant." Mason says with a cheeky grin.

Mark tenderly kisses Oliver's cheek and rubs his back softly. Oliver is also swaddled in a blanket that has his name monogrammed on it.

"Oaklyn looks just like you, Farryn and Lo, babe." Mark says to Mason.

Mason smiles and nods at Mark, admiring their new babies. Mason and Mark still can't believe that the twins are actually here, are very happy and are very perfectly healthy.

"Oliver looks just like you and Milo, Marky! The twins are just so beautiful." Mason says softly to Mark.

"They sure are. I'm so tired, even though we just woke up from a nap." Mark says giggling and then he feels a sharp pain from his c-section incision.

"Don't hurt yourself, babe. Go easy." Mason says to Mark as he rubs Oaklyn's back.

"I know, it's just so hard to get comfortable in this bed." Mark says as he sighs.

"If you need any pain medicine just let me know, okay?" Mason says to Mark and Mark nods.

"Let's get the twins dressed in their cute outfits before the kids come and visit." Mark says as he lays Oliver on the bed.

Mason nods and stands up, and walks over to Mark's bed. Mason lays Oaklyn next to Oliver before grabbing their outfits from their hospital bag. Mason hands Mark Oliver's outfit and he begins to change Oaklyn into her outfit.

"Ollie, you need a diaper change first! That's a big poop buddy, my goodness." Mark says as he tries not to gag.

Mason giggles at Mark as Mark changes the poopy diaper before getting Oliver dressed into his outfit.

Mason then changes Oaklyn into her outfit and smiles at her.  

"You look so cute, baby girl." Mason says to Oaklyn.

"There you go, Ollie. You look so handsome! Let me take a cute picture of Ollie and Oaklyn before the kids come." Mark says as he lays Oliver and Oaklyn next to each other for the picture.

Mason smiles at Mark as he watches Mark take the perfect picture.

"You got it, baby?" Mason asks Mark.

"I got it. Aww, look at this picture, Oaklyn is winking." Mark says with a chuckle.

"Aww, she's sassy like her sisters already." Mason says as he chuckles.

Lo, Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley are at the hospital! They all got their wristbands and meet up with Mason in the lobby.

"Look, guys! There's Daddy!" Lo says to Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley.

"Daddy!" Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley say as they run over to Mason happily.

"Hey guys! Come here!" Mason says as he bends down to the kids level.

Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley all hug Mason tightly.

"Are you four being good? You all aren't being bad to Auntie Lo right?" Mason asks the kids.

"Yes!" Farryn says with a cheeky grin.

"I've been good, Daddy!" Brinley says proudly to Mason.

"Me too!" Milo says to Mason.

"Ya ya!" Westley says as he jumps around.

"They have been good, Mase! These kids love to clean! You and Mark are raising them right!" Lo says making Mason grin.

Mason chuckles at his sister and smiles at her.

"They have been helping out more since Mark couldn't clean for the last two months of his pregnancy." Mason explains to Lo.

"Aww, cute!" Lo says happily.

"Well, let's go and see Ina and the babies! They are all waiting for you!" Mason says to the kids.

"Yay!" Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley say in unison.

Lo opens the hospital room door and the kids walk in Mark's hospital room slowly.

"Ina!" Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley say in unison, happy to see Mark.

"Hey! I missed you all!" Mark says with a cheeky grin as he hugs Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley.

"You look so good, Mark!" Lo says, hugging Mark tightly.

"Aw, thank you! I feel pretty good right now! Probably because I'm still a little numb." Mark says chuckling.

Mason brings the babies over for Lo and the kids to see. Oliver and Oaklyn are fast asleep in their bassinets.

"Aww!" Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley say as they look at the babies sleeping.

Lo gasps and jumps up and down in excitement.

"A boy and a girl! Yay!" Brinley says with utter excitement.

"That's right! A brother and a sister!" Mason says to Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley.

"I'm so excited to have a brother and sister!" Milo says happily.

"Me too! Me too!" Farryn says with a grin.

"Ba bas?" Westley asks Mason in confusion.

"Babies, that's right! You are a big brother now, Westley! Yay!" Mason says as he picks up Westley and hugs him.

"What are their names? I've been dying to know!" Lo asks Mason and Mark.

"Oliver Mark!" Mason says pointing to Oliver.

"And Oaklyn Jane." Mark says with a cheeky grin.

"SO CUTE!" Lo says with excitement.

"Do you guy wanna hold the babies?" Mason asks the kids.

"Yes!" Brinley, Milo and Farryn say with excitement and big smiles.

Westley tries to climb up on the bed and sit with Mark.

"Westley just wants to see Ina, aww." Lo says sitting Westley bed to Mark.

"You wanna see the babies, Wes?" Mark asks Westley softly.

"Uh huh." Westley says as Mark and Mason smile.

One by one, the kids have a chance to hold the twins! And then after the kids have a turn, Lo gets a turn to hold her brand new niece and nephew!

Lo, Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley stayed and visited for almost two hours before going back home!

- Three Days Later -
After a three day hospital stay, Mark and Mason can bring Oliver and Oaklyn home! Oliver and Oaklyn are both doing very well!

Mark has been packing up all of his and Mason's belongings, while Mason is getting the twins dressed and ready to go!

Mason is currently changing Oliver and Oaklyn's into their going home outfits!

"There you go, Oliver. All ready to go! Now let's get your sister ready." Mason says to Oliver.

Mason picks up Oaklyn and begins to change he outfit.

"Mase?" Mark says for Mason.

"Yes, babe?" Mason says to Mark.

"Do you know where my bracelet is? The one you got for me?" Mark asks Mason.

"It's right over here! You left it on your end table!" Mason says placing the bracelet on the bed.

Mark walks over to where Mason and the twins are.

"Here is your bracelet, love." Mason says happily to Mark.

"Thank you. I thought I lost it!" Mark says, putting his bracelet on his right wrist.

"No, I made sure to keep it hidden I didn't want people seeing it." Mason says, fixing Oaklyn's hat.

Mark looks at Oliver and Oaklyn with utter amazement. He can't believe these babies are here and are his and Mason's.

"They look so so so cute in their matching outfits!" Mark says as he looks at Oliver and Oaklyn laying on the bed together.

*Oliver and Oaklyn's going home outfits. Imagine their hats say Oliver and Oaklyn*

"Yeah, they do! These outfits fit them good! Can we put them in their car seats yet?" Mason asks Mark.

"I think we can! Don't they have to do a test to make sure they are okay in their car seats?" Mason asks Mark.

"I think they do. Let me bring their car seats over then!" Mason says as he grabs Oaklyn and Oliver's car seats from he back of the hospital room.

"I love you babies. Ina loves you two so much. It feels so weird not feeling you two kick each other in my tummy." Mark says to Oliver and Oaklyn and then kisses them.

Mason sets Oaklyn and Oliver's car seats on the bed. Mark made sure to give them very cute car seats. Mason then puts Oaklyn and Oliver in their car seats.

"They look so tiny in their car seats, oh my gosh." Mark says happily as he admires Oaklyn and Oliver.

"They totally do. Do you think we need to cover them up with a blanket?" Mason asks Mark.

"Maybe a thin one, I don't want them to get too warm." Mark says to Mason.

The doctor discharges Mark, Oaklyn and Oliver from the hospital.

Mason carries Oaklyn and Oliver's car seats while a nurse pushes Mark in a wheel chair.

Mason then buckles Oaklyn and Oliver's car seats into the bases and helps Mark in the back with them.

Mason, Mark, Oaklyn and Oliver are on their way home!

After a twenty five minute drive, Mason, Mark and the twins are now home!

Mason gets out of the driver's seat and opens up the back seat. Oliver and Oaklyn are both fast asleep in their car seats.

Mason helps Mark out of the back seat first.

"Go slow, Marky. Go slow." Mason says as he helps Mark out of the back seat.

Mason then picks up Oliver and Oaklyn's car seats from the back seat.

"You are a pro of holding two car seats, Mase! All that lifting was worth it!" Mark says as Mason smiles ear to ear.

"That's why I sas in the gym all of the time while you were pregnant!" Mason says with a chuckle.

"Welcome home!" Lo says as she opens up the front door and smiles at Mark and Mason.

"Hey, sis! And thank you!" Mason says to his sister with a big smile.

"Hey, sis-in-law! Thank you for holding the fort down for us!" Mark says as he slowly walks up the steps.

"You're welcome! And be careful, Mark." Lo says, helping Mark into the house.

Mason follows closely behind with Oaklyn and Oliver in his arms.

"INA! DADDY!" Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley say in unison as they run over to Mark and Mason.

"Hi! I missed you all so so much!" Mark says as he hugs and kisses Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley one by one.

"Hey guys! Be gentle with Ina's belly. Remember he has a boo boo." Mason says as he sits Oaklyn and Oliver's car seats on the couch.

Mason then hugs and kisses Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley one by one.

Mason helps Mark over to the couch and helps him sit down. Mason kisses Mark and Mark smiles at him.

"How are you feeling Mark?" Lo asks Mark softly.

"Pretty good! I'm just sore right now from moving around a lot. But I feel pretty good."!

"Aww the babies are sleeping!" Brinley says as she watches Oliver and Oaklyn sleep.

"They are sleeping! They love to sleep." Mason says to Brinley.

"BABIES!" Westley says with excitement as he jumps up and down.

"Shhhh. Inside voice, Wes. Shhh." Mark says to Westley.

"Ollie and Oak so cute!" Farryn says happily.

"They are cute!" Mason says with a grin.

"I'm so happy you are home, Ina and Daddy!" Milo says as he hugs Mason and Mark.

"Me too!" Brinley says with a smile.

"Daddy and I are so happy to finally be home. Auntie Lo will be staying with us for a few weeks to help us out." Mark says making Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley cheer in excitement.

"They are so cute! Aww!" Lo says as she takes pictures of Oliver and Oaklyn sleeping in their car seats.

A few hours later, Mark and Mason are relaxing with the twins in the living room. Lo is outside with Brinley, Milo, Farryn and Westley and they are playing on their little playground.

Oliver and Oaklyn are currently sleeping in their swings while Mark is sitting in the recliner.

"How are you feeling?" Mason asks Mark softly as he tenderly kisses his cheek.

"I'm just sore and tired. But I feel better then I thought I would be three days postpartum." Mark says to Mason.

"Get some rest, Marky. I got this. The babies are sleeping right now and Lo has the older four kiddos occupied. You need to rest, love. You have been through a major surgery. Do you need any medicine?" Mason asks Mark softly.

"Not right now. I'm fine." Mark says to Mason.

"You should take some now, Marky. You need to be ahead of the pain. That's what the doctor said. She doesn't want you waiting until you are in so much pain and the medicine doesn't work." Mason says to Mark.

"Ugh, fine." Mark says to Mason.

"I just don't want you in pain, babe." Mason says giving Mark a dose of pain medicine.

"I know. I just don't wanna be drugged up." Mark says taking a sip of water with the medicine.

"I know, but your incision is a little bigger since it was twins so you will be in more pain." Mason says to Mark.

"I hope my stomach doesn't look gross." Mark says to Mason. 

"Your stomach looks really good, babe. Minus the staples, but once they are gone it will heal just like you did with Westley. Why don't you take a nap." Mason says softly to Mark.

"I'm about to, I'm so tired." Mark says as he yawns.

"Get some rest, Marky. I love you." Mason says, kissing Mark's forehead.

"I love you too." Mark says in a whisper.

For the rest of the night, Mason and Mark spent time with all six kids and Lo!

Mark and Mason are very happy to be home and for their family to be complete. :)
