Gage and Beau haven't talked to each other since they met at the library. They both have been busy with their boys and with work. Gage really misses the green eyed brown haired boy he met at the library a week ago. He wants to know if Beau is interested in going on a date since his mom is watching Owen for him this week.

Gage calls Beau and after a few rings, Beau answers the phone!

"Hello?" Beau says, wondering who the person with this random phone number is.

"Hey, this is Gage from the library!" Gage says to Beau with a grin.

"Oh, hey! How are you and your son Owen doing?" Beau asks Gage.

"Good! We are doing really good. How are you and Benson doing?" Gage asks Beau.

"We are pretty good! Benson had a horrible allergic reaction to strawberries a few days ago and it was so scary! But he is fine now."  Beau says rubbing Benson's head.

"Aww, poor little guy. I couldn't imagine having to worry about my little guy like that all the time. You are an awesome father, Beau." Gage says to Beau.

"Aw, thank you! That's a sweet compliment, Gage!" Beau says with a grin.

"You're welcome! I called because I was thinking and I wanted to know if you would like to go on a date with me sometime?" Gage asks Beau.

"I would love too! Are you busy tonight? I have a friend that is going to watch Benson for me tonight." Beau says kissing Benson's cheek.

"Today is perfect! My mom agreed to take care of Owen for me this week since I've been busy with work. I'm good for tonight." Gage says with a cheeky smile.

"Awesome! What time do you wanna go out?" Beau asks Gage as Benson giggles in the background.

"Maybe eightish at this really cool restaurant I really love." Gage says happily to Beau.

"Sounds perfect! I'll see you then, cutie!" Beau says with a grin.

"I'll pick you up, just text me your address! See you soon, cutie!" Gage says, making Beau blush.

"Okay! I'll see you soon!" Beau says as he hangs up the phone.

Beau then texts Gage his address before he walks into Benson's bedroom.

"Benny, Auntie Molly is going to watch you tonight! Are you excited to see her?" Beau says to Benson.

"YA! Wuv Auntie Molly!" Benson says with a cheeky grin.

"Are you gonna be a good boy for her?" Beau asks Benson.

"Yes!" Benson says with a cheeky grin.

"Good!" Beau says as he tickles Benson, making him giggle loudly.

- A Few Hours Later -
Gage knocks on the door and patiently waits for Beau to answer it. Gage hears Benson running around and Beau talking to him.

Benson runs up to the door and then Beau opens the door, seeing Gage with a bouquet of flowers in his hands.

"HIII!" Benson says with a cheeky grin.

"Hi, Benson!" Gage says as he waves at Benson with a big smile. 

"Hi, Gage! It is so nice to see you again!" Beau says with a big cheeky smile.

"These flowers are for you!" Gage says, handing Beau the bouquet of yellow flowers.

Beau's best friend Molly is sitting on the couch and peeks to look at Gage at the front door and she happily waves at him.

"Beau has a boo! Beau has a boo!" Molly says, playfully to Beau making Beau's cheeks blush a bright red.

"Oh my god, Molly! shut it!" Beau says, making Molly giggle loudly.

"Beau, have fun with your boo! Benny, we are going to finger paint and then take a nice bubble bath!" Molly says to Benson.

"Yay!" Benson says jumping up and down.

"That's my best friend Molly. Just ignore her comments, she wants me to find a boyfriend so bad." Beau says as Gage laughs.

"And thank you for the flowers, Gage. They are very very pretty." Beau says as he smells the flowers.

"Of course. I'm glad you like them. Shall we get going?" Gage asks Beau with a smile.

Gage puts out his hand and Beau holds it.

"Benny, I'll see you later bud! Have fun with Auntie Molly!" Beau says to Benson.

"Bye, Dada!" Benson says as he hugs Beau and Beau kisses him.

"See you later, Molly!" Beau says waving goodbye to Molly.

Beau hands Molly his bouquet of flowers so she can put them in a vase for him.

"Have fun you two!" Molly says as she smiles ear to ear.

Beau holds Gage's hand and Gage brings him out to the car. Gage opens the passenger side door for Beau and Beau gets in the car.

"You are such a gentleman." Beau says with a big smile to Gage.

"Thank you, handsome." Gage says to Beau.

Gage shuts the passenger seat door and then gets in the driver's seat. Gage then begins to drive to the restaurant.

"You look very gorgeous tonight." Gage says to Beau.

"Thank you. So do you!" Beau says with a smirk.

Gage blushes at Beau's comment and holds his hand.

After a ten minute drive, Gage and Beau have made it to the restaurant!

"Okay, we are here." Gage says to Beau softly.

"This is a fancy restaurant! Wow! I'm a lucky boy tonight!" Beau says with a smile.

"I know! It is my favorite place out here, I hope you will like it as well." Gage says.

"I'm sure I will! I love to eat all kinds of food." Beau says with a chuckle.

Gage and Beau walk into the restaurant together, hand by hand.

"Table for two, please." Gage says to the waitress.

"Such a beautiful restaurant! I love it." Beau whispers with a grin.

The waitress walks Beau and Gage to their table and Beau and Gage sit down.

"So what would you like to eat, Beau?" Gage asks Beau as he smiles and puts down the menu.

"I'm not sure yet! Maybe some lasagna or a crab cake." Beau says with a giggle.

"Ooo, both of those are so good. You can get both as my treat. You can give some to Benson as a sorry since he couldn't come." Gage says as he laughs.

"I don't need both! That is very kind of you to say that. And I'll get some lasagna. And Benson didn't need to come. I wanna protect him from dates." Beau says to Gage.

"I completely understand that." Gage says and Beau nods.

"Yeah, Benson asks me a lot about boyfriends which is crazy to me, because he is only two years old. I just don't want him to get his hopes up every time I bring a boy that's a friend home. I'm sorry that this got so deep." Beau says to Gage.

"No no! It is fine, I totally get it. I'm the same way with Owen." Gage says holding Beau's hand.

"Yeah, Benson loves me to pieces and he wants two Dads. A lot of my friends are gay, so Benson sees kids with two dads all of the time." Beau says to Gage.

"Yeah, funny story! I was with one of my friends and we were calling each other babe and boo like most people call their friends. So, Owen heard us and he told my friend's boyfriend what I was saying and my friend's boyfriend got so mad." Gage says making Beau laugh loudly.

"Yeah, Benson doesn't understand how dating works obviously, but he is very cute when I talk about boys. However, he is very clingy to me due to his situation. When I began to foster him, he was under weight and not well. My mom and I helped him and now he is the healthy and happy Benson you know today." Beau says.

"Benson seems like an amazing little boy. I was raising my son with my girlfriend but her parents disapproved of us having a baby before getting married. We were poor because I lost my job due to layoffs. She decided to work the street corner even though I told her not too. Well, one day she didn't come home. The police found her dead. They don't know if she fell or if she was pushed down the steps." Gage says with a sigh.

"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry to hear that. You are a very strong guy, Gage. Owen is a lucky boy to have you as a dad. This sounds random, but am I the first guy you have dated?" Beau ask Gage curiously.

"Yes, you are." Gage says as he blushes.

"Aww, really? I haven't been on a date since I was a freshman in high school honestly. The guy lied to me and said he was gay but he wasn't. He was an asshole." Beau says to Gage.

"Why did he lie? That's really weird." Gage asks Beau.

"Maybe for a quickie I'm guessing. Who knows." Beau says to Gage.

Beau's iPhone then dings. Beau opens his iPhone and sees a picture from Molly. It's a picture of Benson all over him.

"This boy is a mess I swear!" Beau says as he giggles at the picture.

Gage also giggles at the picture of Benson.

"So, tell me about yourself handsome." Gage asks Beau.

"Well, my name is Michael but nobody calls me that. Everybody called me Beau. I am twenty three and I just graduated from college. I am an only child and grew up in Virginia. I am Benson's dad too." Beau says happily.

"What about yourself?" Beau asks Gage.

"I am also an only child! I am twenty five years old, I graduated from college as well and I am a senior software engineer. I grew up in Massachusetts but moved to California after college." Gage says to Beau.

"Wow! A Massachusetts boy! That's cool that we were both from the east coast!" Beau says as he smiles.

"Yeah, we are! I was a football player and did the crazy chants all the time." Gage says as he giggles.

Beau also giggles at Gage and smiles.

"Ooo! My date was a football player? I need to see pics of this. I was just the popular gay kid in school and I didn't do sports. I did when I was little. I might sign up Benson for a sport or something to help him with his speech skills, he is a little behind." Beau says with a grin.

"That's awesome." Gage says to Beau.

"Yeah. I think he is on the autism spectrum but my mom said to wait a little longer to get him tested. He could just be a little delayed and have these behaviors due to his upbringing before I fostered and adopted him. I just want whats best for him." Beau says to Gage.

"My friend has a son who has autism and he is two just like Benson. He is a real sweetie! But I would suggest waiting to get Benson tested too. He is young and he did have some traumatic experiences before, so that could be it." Gage says to Beau.

"Yeah, my mom is a teacher so she knows the signs of autism very well. So, she knows her stuff. She's a great Mom Mom to Benson." Beau says with a grin.

"Well, I hope everything goes well!" Gage says to Beau.

"Thank you. I just wanna say you are a sweetheart and I'm really enjoying myself tonight." Beau says with a grin.

"I am glad you are! And I am too." Gage says to Beau.

Beau smiles and blushes at Gage.

The food then comes, making Gage and Beau very happy because they were very hungry.

"How is your lasagna?" Gage asks Beau.

"My lasagna is really really good! How is your shrimp and broccoli alfredo? Beau asks Gage.

"It is freaking amazing! So good!" Gage says giving Beau a thumbs up.

Gage and Beau continue to talk and eat for another two hours before Gage brings Beau back home.

"Thank you for a great night, Gage. I had so much fun and dinner was absolutely delicious. Make sure you text me when you get home. I worry about all my friends when they leave." Beau says with a giggle.

"Aw, that's very sweet! And I will text you. I'll see you soon." Gage says as he hugs Beau before leaving.

Beau walks into the house quietly and he sees Benson sleeping on Molly on the sofa.

"How did the date go! How did it go! I need all the juicy details, please!" Molly whispers so Benson doesn't wake up.

"It went really great! He was really sweet and so nice. He's really hot too." Beau says as he blushes.

"I have really good vibes about him, Beau! I hope he's the one for you! Benson said you were happy when Gage called you earlier, it was so cute." Molly says to Beau.

Beau smiles as he watches Benson sleep.

"Well, I'm glad I went on the date. He wants to go on another one soon and I'm so excited! I'm dead tired though, Daddy needs to go to bed." Beau says as he yawns.

"Me too! I don't know how you do this 24/7! Benson is a lot of fun but a lot of work! Phew! He was waiting for you to come home but he fell asleep." Molly says as he hands Benson to Beau.

Beau kisses Benson's cheek tenderly and rubs his back, happy to see his son again.

"Thank you Molly so much for watching Benson tonight. I appreciate it so so much." Beau says as he hands Molly a twenty dollar bill and hugs her tightly.

"Boo, you don't have to pay me! I'm Benson's godmom, it is my job to watch him. Get some rest! Hey, do you mind if I spend the night? I am tired and don't wanna drive." Molly says to Beau.

"Just keep it, Mol. It's fine. And of course! You can sleep in the guest bedroom. Get some sleep, girl. Goodnight." Beau says as he smiles and gives Molly another hug.

"You too, babe! Sleep tight!" Molly says with a smile.

Beau, Benson and Molly head upstairs to bed for the night. Before laying down, Beau checks his iPhone and sees a text from Gage.

Gage: "I just want you to know that I am home safe and sound! I had a lot of fun with you tonight, the most fun I've had in a long time. I hope to see you soon and maybe have fun play dates with our boys!"

Beau's heart melt and smiles ear to ear.

Beau: "I had a lot of fun too! You are a sweetheart! And I would love to have our boys have a play date! Just let me know your schedule and we can schedule it! Sleep well!"

Beau's iPhone dings again.

Gage: "Sweet Dreams, beautiful."

Beau tries not to squeal but he does a little bit. Beau is falling in love with the guy he met at the library. :)
