Alex is off work today so Jake can get much and very needed rest and also so Alex can take care of the kids, pets and the house!

A few days ago, Alex and Jake went on a much needed date night at a fancy Thai restaurant. After coming home, Jake became violently ill, with lots of throwing up and diarrhea.

After a few hours, Alex took Jake to the hospital because Jake is pregnant with their fifth child and because Jake could not keep anything down.

Jake was admitted into the hospital for a few days to get plenty of fluids and medicine to make Jake feel back to his norma self after the food poisoning.

Yesterday, Jake finally came home from the hospital and he has been upstairs resting in bed ever sense.

Currently, Alex is downstairs with Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery. Alex just fed all of the kids pancakes for breakfast and now Alex is cleaning up the kitchen!

Scarlett and Aurora are playing with their Shopkins while Levi is playing with his cars! Avery is busy watching Gaga and Swifty use their litter box.

*Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery's outfits*

"Let's put the Shopkins in our school house, Rora! That will be so so so fun!" Scarlett says to Aurora happily.

"Yes! They can go to school and learn just like us, Scarlett!" Aurora says to Scarlett with a big smile.

"Uh huh! Just like us! And Barbie can be the Shopkins' teacher!" Scarlett says and Aurora cheers in excitement.

"Oh my gosh! Yeah! Mrs. Barbie!" Aurora says in excitement to Scarlett.

"Sissys! Sissys!" Levi says as he runs over to Scarlett and Aurora.

"Hi, Levi!" Scarlett and Aurora say in unison to their little brother.

"Hiiiiiii!" Levi says to Scarlett and Aurora with a cheeky smile.

Levi then grabs some of Scarlett and Aurora's Shopkins and runs away from a Scarlett and Aurora as he giggles loudly.

"Levi! That's our toys!" Scarlett says, very agitated with her little brother.

"PAPA! PAPA!" Aurora says as she runs over to Alex, wanting to tattle tale on her little brother.

"Yes, Aurora? What's up, princess?" Alex says to Aurora with a big cheeky grin.

"Papa! Levi took Scarlett and I's Shopkins and won't give them back to us!" Aurora says to Alex.

"Levi Roman! Give Aurora and Scarlett their Shopkins back please!" Alex says to Levi sternly.

"NO!" Levi yells to Alex with lots of attitude.

"Do you wanna go on time out, Levi?" Alex asks Levi in a stern voice.

"No, Papa!" Levi says, shaking his head no.

"Then give Aurora the Shopkins back, please!" Alex says to Levi.

Levi reluctantly gives all of the Shopkins back to Aurora.

"Thank you, Levi!" Aurora says to Levi as she runs back over to Scarlett and continues to play with her.

"Good boy, Levi. We don't steal toys! That's not nice! We ask before we take! We ask sissys first. We say "Hey sissys, can I play with those?" And when they say yes you can take them. If they say no you can't. You do not take toys away from your sissys and Avery. Okay?" Alex says to Levi.

"Otay, Papa." Levi says softly to Alex.

"Okay. Go ahead and play, bud." Alex says, kissing Levi's cheek and then Levi happily runs off and play.

"Papa! Papa! Sand! Sand!" Avery says to Alex with cat litter all over his hands and he giggles loudly.

"Avery Alexander! No! No! No! Ew! Ew! Don't touch the cat litter, bud! That is so yucky, bud! Let me wash your hands." Alex says as he picks up Avery and he begins to scrub Avery's hand with soap and water.

"I pwaying! I pway, Papa!" Avery says to Alex with a big smile.

"You don't play in the cat litter box, Av! You play with the sand table, not the cat litter box. Okay? That is very yucky!" Alex says to Avery as he continues to wash Avery's hand.

"Oh!" Avery says as he giggles and smiles at Alex making Alex laugh too.

Alex dries off Avery's hands with a towel and Avery runs over to Levi and begins to play with him.

Alex then finishes up cleaning up the kitchen and cleans out Gaga and Swifty's dirty litter box.

After being on house and kid duty alone for a few days, Alex can really appreciate what Jake does every single day and he can see how Jake can feel overwhelmed and feel not enough.

Alex decides to take Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery out for a few hours. Alex thinks taking the kids out will help eliminate the fighting and boredom at home.

"Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery! Come here, guys!" Alex says as Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery all happily run over to Alex.

"Hi, Papa!" Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery say in unison to Alex.

"Who wants to go out and play mini golf at the mini golf place we see all of the time?" Alex asks Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery with a big cheeky smile.

"MEEEEEEE!" Scarlett, Aurora and Levi all say in unison to Alex happily.

"Me Me Me Me!" Avery says as he jumps up and down in excitement.

"Okay! Let me check on Daddy really quick and then we can all go! Get your shoes on you four!" Alex says to Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery.

"YAY!" Scarlett and Aurora say in unison as they run over to the mudroom and put their shoes on.

"I wanna see Daddy, Papa!" Levi says to Alex.

"Me too, Papa!" Avery says to Alex.

"Shhh. Shhh. Daddy is upstairs sleeping right now. I don't want him to wake up. He needs to rest. He still doesn't feel good. We can go up and see him when we all come back home, okay?" Alex says to Levi and Avery.

"Okay, Papa!" Levi and Avery say in unison to Alex.

"Okay! Follow sissys and get your shoes on." Alex says to Levi and Avery.

"Okay, Papa!" Levi and Avery say in unison as they run into the mudroom to get their shoes.

Alex quietly walks upstairs to check on Jake. Jake is fast asleep and is slightly snoring. Alex smiles as he tenderly kisses Jake's cheek and covers him up before leaving the bedroom. 

Alex, Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery all leave the house and head to Kiliki Golf to have some fun!

"Who is excited to play mini golf?" Alex asks Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery.

"MEEEEEE!" Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery say in unison.

"Me too! Okay! We need to pick out a golf ball and then we can play!" Alex says to Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery.

"Are we doing points or no points, Papa?" Scarlett asks Alex.

"No points! Just a fun game!" Alex says, making Scarlett smile ear to ear.

"Yay!" Aurora, Levi and Avery say in unison as they all hold hands, making Alex smile.

Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery all hold each other's hands and Alex takes a very cute picture of the special moment.

Alex picks a yellow golf ball, Avery picks a red ball, Avery picks a green golf ball, Scarlett picks a purple golf ball and Aurora picks a pink golf ball.

Alex, Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery begin to play a very fun game of minigolf!

Meanwhile at home...

Jake is still laying down in bed and he just woke up from another nap. He is now watching YouTube videos and is checking all of his social media pages.

Jake then watches all of Alex's Instagram stories of Alex, Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery all playing mini golf together!

Jake loves seeing Alex spending one on one with the kids and it makes his heart melt.

Jake decides to get up out of bed and take a very much needed shower!

After two very fun mini golf games, Alex, ‪Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery are now at McDonald's eating lunch!

Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery are all happily eating while Alex is checking emails on his iPhone.

"Papa! Are you hungry?" Aurora asks Alex.

"Yeah, Papa! Are you going to eat?" Scarlett asks Alex.

"I am eating, girls! Don't worry! I am eating and checking emails!" Alex says giving Scarlett and Aurora a thumbs up. 

"You are talented that you can do two things at once!" Scarlett says making Alex chuckle and smile.

"Is it good guys?" Alex asks Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery. 

"Yes!" Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery say in unison.

"Good! I'm glad! Do you all want an ice cream?" Alex asks Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery.

"YES!" Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery say in unison with big smiles.

"Okay! Make sure you eat most of your food and I'll get you an ice cream!" Alex says to Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery.

Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery all eat their lunch so they can get an ice cream!

After they all finish eating their lunch, Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery all enjoy an ice cream!

"Is your ice cream good, guys?" Alex asks Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery as he happily eats his ice cream.

"Yes!" Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery all say in unison to Alex as they all enjoy their ice cream!

"Good! This ice cream is really good! After we finish our ice creams we need to go home! We gotta give Daddy his soup and iced tea." Alex says to Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery.

"Daddy is awake now?" Scarlett asks Alex.

"He is! He really misses all of us!" Alex says to Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery.

"YAY!" Aurora, Levi and Avery say in unison happily.

Alex, Scarlett, Aurora, Levi and Avery finish their ice creams and then they al head home to spend the rest of the day with Jake!

After a few days, Jake finally felt back to his normal self! :)
