I saw some kids bullying the lesbians in our school. I can't believe them! I stood up to them and protected the girls. I'll write you what happened.

The girls were at their lockers, minding their business, then these boys came to them and pushed them around. They weren't closeted anymore, but the boys said, and I quote "Being not straight is a curse, and it's disgusting! Get a bible!" I had to resist smacking their faces. I hate it when people act like this. Luckily they walked away, but... It was so angering! I hate it when people say "Being a different preference is awful" or "Not being straight is drifting from a bible". I just couldn't believe someone would be so cruel to people that aren't like them! You know, it's ironic. People say "We're all different! Everyone can be a special snowflake!" But when they meet someone that's actually different than them, they're all: "Ugh, you're (Insert sexuality here)? That's disgusting! Go join the club and stop being a perv!" it's so strange how everyone says that everyone should be themselves, but when they actually come out their disrespected and hated by the rest of society. People say people can be whatever they want, they can all be themselves, but when someone looks different their bullied. And when someone has a different religion their bullied. Everyone that's different, gets treated different... That's how it works in this world i guess.... But I want to change that. I want to make everyone accepted... But that all starts with me.
