i like any other child was in my room my little brother playing on my floor with his train going "choo choo" he was only 3 but, he under stood our hose hold perfectly. i was studying with flash cards most other teens my age wouldn't ever think of studying.lets say i was one in a few.i was reading when i herd the door shut from down stairs  followed by my drunk mother.....(if i could call her that)yelling at my poor father. it was normal till i herd father yell in agony with glass shattering i hid my brother with a toy in a small compartment hidden in my closet that i discovered under the old rug gave him a flashlight with a snack and water. he new what i was doing and complied. i shut the compartment and quietly walk toward  saw something that would haunt me for the rest of my life...
