I was jogging with Ryohei and then I smiled because I finally found a partner who like to take things to the extreme. And then when he stop I stop as will. And told me to face a big rock and tried to hit it.

"This is extreme work out, thank you." "Your welcome Renji now then we should train you." "Right." We both stop and then I faced a big rock. "What do I do with this rock?." "Punch it to the extreme Renji." "Alright then.. Ow that hurt and is my good hand." I looked at him and then he smiled and said. "watch me, maximum canon." "Wow, that's extreme. How u do this." I looked at Renji focusing and then then took a deep breath and when I saw a yellow aura appearing I smiled.

"Good he's letting his energy to run through his body and focusing. Keep it up Renji." "Maximum canon!." When I saw him doing maximum canon I smiled and we jogged again and appear another rock for him to practice more then when the sun was setting we ran and arrive at a rock ten time bigger.
