It was so weird how the tension in the air between Jai and Benjamin increased when I was near either one of them.

But, maybe it's just me.

Yeah, that should be it.

I turned to Jai.

"See you tomorrow, at training," I bade.

"Bye, Janelle!" Jai said.

I waved.

Benjamin frowned.

Boys were so confusing.

I would never ever ever understand them.

I walked out of the building when a hand caught my arm.

From the pressure, and the warmth building up, it was safe to say that it was Jai.

I turned.

Benjamin.

Oops.

"Yes, Ben?" I asked.

He took a deep breath.

"Please promise me one thing." he pleaded.

His normally bright eyes were clouded over.

"Yes... okay." I replied.

He released a breath and sighed.

I wanted to comfort him.

"Please don't, uh, freak out, um, tomorrow." he said.

Huh?

"Um, okay?" I said.

He relaxed and he gave me a huge grin.

I would do anything to see him smile like that again.

"See you," he said and ran back in.

What was going to happen tomorrow?
