I met Janelle at the restaurant she'd been talking about.

What was its name? I forgot.

Anyway, I met up with her, Jai, Jed, Corrine and Raven.

Jai glared at me.

"Darling, why'd you invite the buzzkill here?" he hissed. Janelle rolled her eyes at me as if to say, Don't mind him.

"Look who you talking to, Jai. He's a celeb." Jed cautioned.

"So? He's not some kind of big scary evil one, who'd tell everyone that a commoner invited him for dinner?"

Janelle glared hard at him.

"You call me a commoner? Get out, Jai. I'm not gonna use my hundred bucks voucher on you. You can't shut it, can you?"

Jai was a little taken aback, but he still left.

"He only listens to you, Jann!" Corr squealed.

Janelle shrugged.

"I don't care. Let's order. Ben, what do you want?" she asked.

And my night went perfectly fine without Jai.

What a sweet ending.
