There was a girl that lived in the middle of the woods. One day the a princess rode on horseback through the woods and stumbled upon the girl picking berries. They eventually became friends and the princess came over almost every day. The girl quickly fell for the princess. The king caught wind the his daughters outings and forbid her from going to see the girl. Both of them were devastated. The girl lost her first love, and the princess lost her first friend. One night the princess left the castle without anyone knowing and ran into the woods. There she found the girl again. The royal guard found out that the princess had escaped and set out to find her. When the girls reunited the sound of hoofs echoed throughout the forest. The ran and found cover and waited for morning. Once it was morning the girl confessed her feeling for the princess and told her that it was best if she left so her feelings for her didn't grow. The princess was shocked and told her a secret that she had kept near to her heart. The feeling were returned. They traveled across kingdoms and finally settled down to find a place to call their own
