THIS IS IT I SWEAR AND THEN IM DONE!

A laughter filled the little boy's room as he played with his mother, who was now expecting another child. Thranduil had Legolas's eyes and hair, with his mothers personality and smile. He also had a cheeky side that reminded everyone of Thranduil the I when he was a child.

"Mother sing me that song!" He laughed when it was time for bed.

"Which one?" She asked adoringly

"Think of me? The one that's about you and dad?" He asked (kinda but I REALLY WANTED TO USE IT)

Think of me, think of me fondly, when we said goodbye.
Remember me, once and awhile please promise me you'll try.
And you'll find that once again you long to heart back and be free
If you ever find a moment, spare a thought for me.
We never said our love was evergreen or as unchanging as the seas
But if you can still remember stop and think of me.
Flowers fade, the fruits of summer fade they have their seasons so do we,

"Bravo!" He said "your voice is beautiful!"

"Why thank you!" Valdhiel laughed "time for bed Thranduil."

"But mother! How did you and dad keep all your promises?"

"With a little faith, a little love, and a little trust that things will work out."

"Do you still keep hot promises?"

"Well of course!" Legolas smiled as he leaned against the door frame.

Valdhiel slowly began to lull Thranduil to sleep (media: love never dies) and soon he was fast asleep.

The kingdom had no more serious threats involving the royal family. Finally Valdhiel was able to push that memory away for good.

The couple continued to fufill their promises till the end of their days.
