Chapter One - Promises Broken

Five years ago
I sat at my computer Angela and James is gonna want me to tuck them in.. but Sam he just draw me near him more.. he's 18 and I'm 13 I then Messaged him "Hey Sammy Promise me something," He instantly replied "Hmm?" I quickly type out a response "When I turn 18 we will to be wed?"  He replies with "Sure whatever makes you happy, g'dnight Rosa,"

I quickly rushed towards my brothers room with the cheesiest grin on my face, his lights were dim the aura around him was calm and There he was.. Asleep I quickly tucked him and whispered "Night Bro," I planted a kiss on his head and then bolted upstairs, and screamed "NIGHT ANGIE BEAR!" She quickly responded with "I NEED A NEW PHONE ZEN WAS BEING A DICK TO JUMIN!" I chuckle and jump onto my bed shutting my eyes and I slowly drift into the abyss of sleep

Present day

I wake up to be ambushed by Angela and James "HAPPY BIRTHDAY CATHY!" They squeal in excitement I bolted down to my laptop "What ya doin'?" Angela asked, "My friend promised me something why don't you two go make breakfast?" I asked the both nodded 

I quickly typed out a message "Sam you're Single right!?"  He didn't respond within a few minutes "CATHERINE!" Angela screamed I quickly ran to the kitchen "I burnt my cereal!" I stood there in shock "Uhm how? You know what never mind," I said on that on the brink of laughter

I heard a DING and saw that Sam responded "Sorry I took too long to respond, I was helping with the wedding," Huh? "Wedding? Who's!?" I asked almost instantly he replied with "mine," what!? "YOU ARE GETTING MARRIED!? WHY DIDN'T YA TELL ME!" I will be honest I am a bit hurt "Suprise I'm getting married tomorrow!" Wait... tomorrow? But he said he'd wait " I'm eighteen today..." I typed out "happy B-day Cath wanna go into town today?" How he's in the USA? "I'm in England silly," I said on the brim of tears Angela ran into the room "Sis there is a stranger at the door?" She said sitting down next to me I quickly got up and walked to the door,

"Hey Rosa," Said the man.. Let me explain My online name was Rose, Only Sam can call me Rosa, It's his lil' Nickname for me  "SAM!?" I screamed Angela just got off the phone, "Who Nah (Now)?" She said in a weird accent "Uhm This is Sam ya know the one that I was speaking about a few days ago?" That's when a smirk landed on her face yet my face was fully flustered "Surprise Cathy," she says my head tilted in confusion "what?" I asked He grabs my arm as Angela throws my bag towards me I catch it and the wind as if planned shuts the door so it's me and Sam outside "Uhm Hi" I say awkwardly "So she planned it?" I asked referring to Angela he nodded "how old is she now?" He asks "She's sixteen and James is nearly fifteen," Sam lightly chuckles "who's the lucky girl?" I ask "Uhm Her name is Charlotte Rose," Charlotte Rose? My old high school buddy? "Hey Uhm the whole chatroom will be there, by the way, She's amazing if you wanna meet her,"I stood there in shock tears close to fallin off the brim of my eyes."uhm No thanks last time I saw her it didn't end good,"I sigh looking towards the floor reminiscing the day,

"What do you mean you're dating a twenty one year old!?" I shreik at her "don't yell out loud my parents will hear," I walk over to her bed "You're not even sixteen!" I say quietly "but he's so dreamy and honestly I think he's the one," I stared at her in disgust "I doubt you understand you are not even of age to date him he could be thrown in jail," I say with a calm voice "you're right but stil-" I grab my stuff and start walking out "you're insane. Please unless you break up with this man don't try to contact me," I walk out and close the door behind me

"Cathy you okay?" He asks bending down to my height I feel my face to notice my tears had fallen down, "yeah sorry just rembering a sad meme I saw yester day," I say chuckling while brushing off the memory of that day "So can my siblings tag along?" I ask him "Yeah sure, I was gonna invite the lil scoundrels aswell," he says his face settles into a calm smile "Heh I never would've thought that we'd meet on your birthday." His calm aura is so soothing,The egdes of my mouth slowly move upward almost as if it's trying to smile "Congrats on proposing Lottie, she deserves an amazing man like you," his cheeks suddenly turn a bright shade of pink "Hey!" I saw poking his cheek feeling a bit of he recently shaved beard "You're blushing Sammy," I say with a smirk relaxed on my face. He laughs at me, "well you complimemted me Shortie, i'm allowed to blush." I quickly shove him playfully "Shut up he-douche." He raises his one of his eyebrows "He-Douche? Where did you get that from Lil' one?" I elbow him in the stomach but it accidentally goes to low and I accidentally elbow him in the private area, he falls to the floor holding his crotch 'SAM OH MY WORD I'M SO SORRY I DIDN'T MEAN TO!" I say with little giggles between the words, while jumping to his side.he sits up "I tink I'm ok, just work on your aim." He complains "Shush you, don't make fun of me being Short!" I hastily reply back feeling triumphant "Ok, Ok fine I'll stop!" He says putting his hands up in defeat "Hey Chars just messaged me, she wants to meet at a cafe C'mon Cathy!" He says jumping to his feet and pulling me along.
