Sasuke POV

Huh the chunin exams are today... Hope I fight that sand guy or Atami...Ugh where is Sakura? She's late, talking about Kakashi being late. Somebody nudges me so look to my left to see Atami. *sigh*

"Hey Sasuke. Are you okay?" she asks and I smirk.

"Hn"

"That's not an answer. Anyway I'm hoping I get to fight you" she says smirking.

"Yeah me too"

"Hey Sakura your late" Naruto says. Finally..

"Uh..right. Sorry guys" Sakura says and then walks over to me.

"Uh..good morning Sasuke" she says to me. What's up with her? I guess I should say hi..

"Yeah" I say nodding at her.

"Wow Sasuke. You actually responded to her? The world must be ending soon" Atami says grinning. Ugh she's annoying. I roll my eyes at her.

Atami POV

We entered the Academy and walked upstairs. There was a huge crowd in front of the 2nd floors door. But why does the sign say 301? Genjutsu..Has to be.

Then two older guys guarding the door pushed some guy in green pajamas causing him to fall. I stifled a laugh.

"Please let us through" a brown haired girl pleaded. Must be on the same team as pajama boy. She walks up to the door only to get punched by one of the guards. I clench my fist getting angry. How dare they

"So cruel" someone in the crowd said.

"Were just doing you a favor and being kind. The chunin exams are way harsher so you may as well go back home" a guard states.

"That sounds great, but no thanks" Sasuke says stepping up.

"Yeah and do us another favor and let us pass" I say with a hand on my hip.

"Oh and drop the genjutsu" Me and Sasuke say.

"What are they talking about" someone murmured.

"I don't know"

"So you noticed?" one of the guards ask us.

"Nah. I just said that because I have nothing better to say" I tell them sarcastically and they glare at me and I smirk.

"Sakura how about you?" Sasuke asks.

"I'm sure you noticed first" What!! I nudge and glare at him. He rolls his at me.

"I know" he whispers to me and I roll my eyes.

"Its actually obvious were on the second floor" Sakura says. Sure Sakura, you totally saw it..I roll my eyes at her, then they reversed the genjutsu. Now the sign reads 201 instead of 301.

"You guys are pretty good, but detecting a genjutsu isn't enough to pass" one of the guards say.

"Yeah-yeah thanks for the advise" I say waving him off. He glares and raises his leg to kick me. I smirk and prepare to kick him back. But before our kicks collided, pajama boy stopped us, holding both our legs up.

Everyone's eyes widened. Wow he's fast! He has black bowl cut hair, and the Bushiest eyebrows I've ever seen

He let go of our legs and I move back and bump into Sasuke's chest. I start glaring at the guard.

"Hey what happened to the plan?" Another hottie with brown hair and lavender pupil less eyes says walking up to pajama boy.

"I thought you were the one that said to keep on the down low" he growls. Harsh much.

"I know but..." pajama boy starts then turned towards Sakura with a blush. Aww how cute. He then gets up and walks toward her.

"Hi my name is Rock Lee. Your Sakura right?" He asked and she nodded freaked out. This should be good. I smirked.

"I thought you had pink hair? None the less, please be my girlfriend. I vow to protect you with my life" Lee confesses with a smile.

"Definitely not" Sakura says with a disgusted face. I laugh and Lee's face falls. Sasuke then hit me.

"Oww..Why'd you hit me?" I whine *BONK*

"Ow!" He hit me again. I glare at him and he smirks.

"Why!" Lee whines.

"Because your a weirdo" Sakura says and I chuckle. Sasuke glares at me so I stop. Lee lowered his head in shame.

"Hey, you two" the pupil less hottie says to me and Sasuke. We turn to him emotionless, but I had a small blush on my face.

"What's your name?" He askes us. I look at Naruto and saw...flames? In his eyes.

"It's common respect for you to identify yourself before you ask" Sasuke tells him and I smirk.

"You're rookies, how old are you?"

"We don't have to answer that" I say

"What was that?" the hottie asks.

"He he cute" the girl behind him says.

"Eww" I mumble and turn around and start walking. But before I could get far, Lee jumps in front of me and asks me to be his girlfriend. I stand there for a second and before I could answer I got cut off.

"No/No. Now get lost" Sasuke and Naruto growl at Lee. 'Thank you' I mouth to them.

Neji POV

I yell at Lee because he totally went against the plan he made. I was getting annoyed. Then Lee starts flirting with a girl, but she declines. I wasn't really paying attention to them. I was more interested in the boy and girl with black hair. I wonder who they are.

"Hey who are you guys" I ask them walking up to them. They looked annoyed while the girl has a blank face, I can't really tell.

"Its common respect to identify yourself before you ask" the boy says and they smirk. There pissing me off.

"Your rookies, how old are you?" I ask them getting irritated.

"We don't have to answer that" the girl says and I growl.

"What was that?" I ask them getting angry. I hear Ten-Ten say the guy was cute and the girl looks disgusted. She turns around and starts walking but Lee had to jump in front of her and ask her out.

She just stood there, and she was about to respond before her that guy got in front of her and her other teammate growled at Lee.

"No/ No. Now get lost" they growl and I roll my eyes.

Atami POV

"Oh I see she's your girlfriend" Lee says looking at Sasuke. Me and Sasuke look at each other...then me, Naruto, and Sakura start laughing our asses off. Sasuke was...Sasuke but looked disgusted.

"W-what's so funny?" Lee asks dumb founded with an eyebrow raised. After I settle down I look at him.

"In all do time buddy, in all do time"

"Hey Atami, Naruto, Sasuke... come on let's go" Sakura says taking Naruto and Sasuke's hands and starts walking. I grab Sasuke's other hand and smirk at him. Chunin exams here we come.

Neji POV

After Lee asks if the black haired boy was her boyfriend, it was silent for a minute... then her and her other team mates (except Sasuke) start laughing like no tomorrow. What the hell?... I look between the two...Oh I get it. No wonder they look alike.

Lee asks why there laughing and she just says in all do time. Then they left with the orange haired girl. She's interesting.

Atami POV

"Hey you with the attitude" Someone shouts from behind us. Me and Sasuke turn around annoyed. Great its Lee...again.

"What do you want?" Sasuke asks him harshly.

"You don't have to be rude" I tell him and he glares at me.

"I want to fight you. Right here and right now" Lee says pointing at Sasuke.

"You wanna fight me here and now?" Sasuke asks

"No. Tomorrow" I say irritated. He of course ignored me and Lee jumped down from his place on a ledge.

"My name is Rock Lee. You said it was common respect to give your name first, right?" He states.

"He's got you there Sasuke" I say grinning.

"Sasuke Uchiha" Lee said.

"So you know me?" Sasuke asks. Can they just hurry up. Geesh

"I hear the Uchiha clan is one of the strongest clans in the world. I want to test this theory." Lee says

"Well Lee, you came to the right place" I tell him smirking.

"Oh really, what's your name?" Lee asked winking at me. Eww. I hear Sasuke growling.

"Uhh..my name. Are you sure you want to know?" I ask him.

"Yeah" I smirk with a hand on my hip.

"My name is Atami Uchiha" Lee's eyes widen.

"How come no one wants to know my name?" Naruto asks clearly angry. Lee then turns to Sakura blushing.

"Oh Sakura..I love you!" Lee shouts and she twitches. He opens his hand and blew heart kisses towards her. This guy must really like her. Sakura was dodging like crazy. -.-'

"Stop it! I was dodging for my life!" she yells at Lee and his face dropped. I can feel an angry aura coming from Naruto.

"Its all about Sasuke again. Damn it!" Naruto growls. Poor Naruto.

"So your challenging me knowing I'm an Uchiha?" Sasuke asks Lee and he nods. They both got into fighting stances.

"Wait! I wanna fight the fuzzy eyebrows" Naruto shouts

"Go for it" Sasuke says stepping back. Wow Sasuke backing down from a fight. Yep the world must be ending.

"Naruto I wouldnt" I say remembering earlier. Of course he didn't listen. *sigh*

"Don't worry it will only take five minutes" he states over confident.

"I do not wish to fight you. I wish to fight him" Lee says pointing at Sasuke.

"Oh boy" I mumble.

"Sasuke this, Sasuke that!" Naruto complains running towards Lee.

"Naruto!!" I shout worried for him. Lee stood completely still. What is he doing move! Naruto aims a punch at Lee but he simply pressed his hand down causing Naruto to miss.

Naruto put his hand on the floor and spun around trying to kick him. Lee dodges it like it was easy.

"Leaf whirlwind" Lee shouts kicking Naruto causing him to fall and spin hitting the wall going unconscious.

"Naruto!" I shout and run to see if he was okay.

"Idiot" I say.

Sasuke POV

"You can not defeat me" Lee starts.

"Because I am the strongest genin in Konoha right now" Is that so? He did stop Atami's kick and that doesn't happen often...No one can stop her kicks...even Kakashi had been surprised. Hn

"Hn. This will be fun. Let's do it." I say

"That's not a good idea Sasuke" I hear Atami tell me. Whatever.

"Yeah there's no time left. We have to register by three o'clock, that's less than half an hour" Sakura says.

"Calm down this will all be done and over with in five seconds" I say smirking. Here I go.

Sakura POV

Sasuke charges at Lee and Lee doesn't even move. Sasuke goes to punch him but Lee disappears and goes to kick Sasuke again. Sasuke puts his arms up to block it, but it didnt work. Lee kicked Sasuke in the face.

"Sasuke!" Me and Atami shout

Atami POV

"Sasuke!" Damn it! I told him this wouldn't be a good idea.

"Come on Sasuke! Is that it!" I shout.

"Your suppose to be a role model!" What happened though? He had his guard up..

"Sasuke" I whisper. He gets up and smirks while wiping some blood off with the back of his hand.

"I've been meaning to try this out" Sasuke says. Is he talking about that? Oh boy.

"Sharingan" I whisper and smirk. Sasuke ran towards Lee again more determined.

What! He..he got kicked.. again. Sasuke what's wrong. I know your better than that. What kind of jutsu is this guy using? He didnt use hand signs, so it can't be ninjutsu..Hn? I don't think its genjutsu. Wait..taijutsu!! That has to be it.

"You see my tenchnique isn't genjutsu or ninjutsu" Lee says running toward Sasuke. Ha! I was right.

"Ah! Sasuke!"

"Huh" I turn around and see Naruto's awake. I turn back to the fight just as Lee thew kicks and punches at Sasuke while Sasuke himself barely dodged them. Lee then elbowed Sasuke's stomach causing him to double over in pain. Man! Come on Sasuke!

"Do you get it now?" Lee starts

"I am using taijutsu, that means no catch or tricks... Sasuke" That means the sharingan won't work on him! Let's hope he knows that's.

"This is only martial arts, nothing more nothing less" Lee told Sasuke.

"Why you-" Sasuke starts throwing kicks at Lee, which of course he dodges.

"I know your technique. It will not work"

"Sasuke! He's right! The sharingan doesn't work" I shout. Lee then explains what the sharingan does, and how taijutsu is different and doesn't use chakra, just pure will power. I smirk.

"I gotta hand it to ya Lee.. your not bad" I say.

"Atami!" Sakura shouts at me.

"Hn.. Just stating my opinion." Lee then kicks Sasuke in his jaw sending him flying in the air. He's getting frustrated.. or is that anger? Maybe both.. Before Sasuke could hit the ground, Lee kickes him again in the air higher than before and got under him.

He mumbles something to Sasuke but I couldn't quite understand. Lee's bandages start unwrapping. What is going on? Out of nowhere a pinwheel comes and pins Lee and his bandages to a wall.

"What the!!" I shout frustrated. Oh Sasuke!

"Sasuke!!" I shout running to catch him but Sakura gets him before I do. Yeah Sakura! Oh no..what am I saying!?!? I walk over to them.

"Sasuke are you alright?!" I say panicing a little. And he gives me a nod.

"Lee!" I look behide me to see...a turtle?

"Lee..you know that move is forbidden" the turtle says. Wow.

"You were watching the whole time, weren't you?" Lee asks the turtle bowing. What is going on? He's is talking to a turtle?

"Of course"

Naruto POV

Okay..so he's talking to a turtle?? And the turtle's talking back? Now he's apologizing to the turtle? What did I miss? I got up and walk over to Sakura, Atami and teme.

"Okay do you see that turtle?" I ask them and they nod.

"Can turtles become sensei's?" I ask

"How are we suppose to know?...I guess" Atami says. Then a guy with even bushier eyebrows than bushy brow appeared on the turtle.

Atami POV

Okay I am officially creeped out..

"Gai sensei!!" Lee shouts surprised.

" W-what?!!"

"He has the biggest eyebrows yet. They look alive!" Naruto shouts and I snicker.

"Hi Lee" Gai says.

"How weird" Sakura mumbles and I nod agreeing. Naruto was saying something about creep #1 (Gai), that made creep #2 (Lee) shout in anger about Gai, that turned into an argument about his greatness.

"Give it up Lee" Gai says.

"Now for your punishment"... * Punch* -_- Gai..punched Lee.

"He... he punched him" I say. I mean he actually punched Lee. What has our shinobi world come to??

"I'm sorry Lee.. it was for your own good" Gai apologizes with sadness in his voice.

" Sen-sensei" Lee stutters. Oh. My. Goodness! They're crying!

"L-Lee"

"Sensei!"

"Lee!" Then they start hugging and crying..

"Do you guys see a sunset or is that just me?" I ask rubbing my eyes. My team nods.

"Its okay...its over don't say anymore." Gai tells Lee still hugging. How did Sasuke lose to this freak?!

"Its kinda sweet. How they're huggy and stuff" Naruto says.

"They're totally crazy" Me and Sakura say disgusted. I grab Sasuke's arm warmer and grip it.

"Sasuke..uh..how could you lose to that?" I ask

"Hn" Why are they still crying? Gai told Lee to run laps around the academy as another punishment.

"Hold on were not finished here!" Naruto shouts.

"Naruto" I growl

"Don't bring them over here"

"Lee since you disrupted the chunin exams you deserve a more sever punishment" Gai shouts.

"What about 500 laps!"

"Yeah!" -.- I grip Sasuke's arm warmer tighter.

"What's the deal with that turtle anyway?" Naruto asks out of the blue.

"Forget about the turtle!" Sakura yells.

"Oh no. Guys there looking over here." I whisper

"Please don't come over here" I whisper to myself, while closing my eyes.

"Tell me..How is Kakashi?" Gai asks us. Dang it.

"Do you know him?" Sasuke asks

"Do I know him? Ha! Were eternal rivals."

"There is just no way!" Naruto and Sakura shout. Man o' Man

"If Gai sensei says its true then-"

"Let it go Lee"

"Ninja's actions speak louder than words" Gai says. Exactly. Your little scene back there doesn't make you that awesome... Hey where did he go?

"50 wins and 49 loses" Gai says from behind us.

"Huh. How'd he beat Kakashi?" Naruto asks. I'll admitted he's good..but still a creep.

"The truth is I'm stronger and fast than Kakashi." Nah i still think Kakashi is.

Sasuke POV

Wow he's incredible, definitely faster than Kakashi. Is he even human?

"I'm sorry for the trouble Lee caused you. Please except my apology." Gai apologized. I feel Atami grip my arm warmer again. If she doesn't stop, she's going to suffocate my arm. He claims he's better than Kakashi..But is it true?

"Remember, give it your all Lee." Gai says then disappears like Kakashi..

Atami POV

I let go of Sasuke and sigh. Well that was interesting.

"Hey Sasuke.."

" Hn"

"I haven't been totally honest with you..I lied. I wanted to test my skills..just not on you. Their is another top ninja, someone on my team" Lee confesses.

So the hottie from earlier is the strongest genin in Konoha. Hm? I zone out and back in from Sakura's fan girly-ness.

"How about that. The Uchiha's arent as great as everyone thinks they are." Naruto says and I clench my fist while growling.

"Naruto!!" Sakura yells.

"Just shut up" Sasuke says to Naruto.

Naruto POV

I can sense a very dark, angry aura. But where?..uh oh. Everyone then looks at Atami. Yep im dead.

"Next time I'll drive him to his knees" Teme mumbles.

"Whatever. Coming from someone who just got his butt kicked"

"Cut it out Naruto" Sakura warns

Atami POV

I've had enough of Naruto down grading us. I walk up to him and punch him in the face and he flies into a wall.

"A-Atami!" Sakura says.

"Hn. I'm not going to have him talking about our clan and Sasuke like that." I tell her angry, no pissed off. I start walking away until Sakura decides to step in front of me.

"Move" I growl at her while glaring.

"Look. I know Naruto said those things but - looks at him - you didn't have to punch him that hard." She says and I roll my eyes pushing past her.

"Let's go"

We were approaching room 301 when I spot Kakashi waiting by the door.

"Hey Kakashi. What are you doing here?" I asked

"Sensei..It's Kakashi-sensei...I'm glad you all showed up." I roll my eyes at him

"Naruto, what happened to your eye?" Kakashi asks a black eyed Naruto. He shakes his head nevously, while grinning.

"N-Nothing! Just clumbsy ol' me..." Kakashi seemed to buy his lie.

"I'm glad you all came"

"W-what do you mean sensei?" Sakura asks

"I mean, if one of you didn't show up, I couldnt let you pass" he says nonchalantly.

"But you said that we had a choice!" Naruto shouts. I was still pissed at him but ignored him for now.

"The chunin exams are taken in teams of three. Since there are four of you, I have gotten special permission, but the same rules apply..there are just four of you instead of three." Kakashi explains with a bored expression.

"Okay let me get this straight." Naruto starts and I sigh.

"So we couldnt participate in the chunin exams if one of us didn't show up?" he asks.

"Yes"

"Then why'd you tell us we had a choice?" Sakura asks

"Because if I didn't your team-mates would've pressured you into coming even if you didn't want to" Kakashi explains and I nod understanding.

"Naruto...Sakura...Sasuke... and Atami-"

"I wish you guys the best of luck." Kakashi says and I smile at him. He smiles back..I think. I look at Sasuke and he smirks at me. Kakashi then steps aside from the door.

"Go ahead" Sasuke grabs my hand and we start walking and stop at the door. Here we go. Me and Sasuke look at each other again and nod. We both push on the door and it opens...
