"Prying much?" Beverly commented from where she was leaning against the door frame, watching Hayley read through Elijah's diaries, "What happened to privacy?"
"I am just trying to know him or them," Hayley huffed out, closing off the book, "Don't you have anywhere to be?"
Beverly shook her head, "Nope, days like this I would be out with my friends who I just realized how fake they were," She stated, looking at her manicured fingers before shrugging, "I guess always knew they were fake, just seeing it clearer now."
The pregnant werewolf nodded standing up, "I don't do teenage drama but if you wanna talk...I have got nothing better to do."
"When my therapist stops answering her phone, I will be sure to hit you up," She nodded, walking out of the room with Hayley a few steps after her.
"So, why don't we ask them about the plan?" The brunette suggested, leading the way into the foyer, "The werewolf and the witch would like to know what the plan is," She stated, not waiting for a reply from the said blonde witch.
"Well, that depends what plan you mean, loves," Klaus smiled, continuing, "My plan for global domination, or Rebekah's plan to find love in a cruel, cruel world?" As he finished, Rebekah took a pencil from the desk beside her and threw in it his direction but luckily and effortlessly he caught it before it could embed itself in his face.
"The plan to rescue Elijah. You know, the good brother?" Beverly rolled her eyes, reminding them, "The one who remembers my hemophobia and leaves his vampire's barbaric ways out the door?"
"The one who is now in the possession of your mortal enemy after you stabbed him in the back?" Hayley added, eyeing the hybrid judgementally.
Klaus smirked, correcting her, "In the front, if we're being specific."
"We weren't," Beverly deadpanned.
Hayley sighed, crossing her arms over her chest, "You two said that you would get him back. So is there a plan, or what?"
"Okay. Well, firstly, Marcel is not my mortal enemy, he's my friend. Albeit one who is unaware that I'm trying to sabotage his hold over the supernatural community of the French Quarter, but a friend nonetheless. And secondly, I daggered Elijah in order to gain Marcel's trust. If I had known he would place my brother in the hands of a particularly nasty teenage witch, I certainly would have weighed my options a bit differently. And thirdly," He gestured for Rebekah to continue, "Sister, please."
Rebekah piped up, "And thirdly, the plan, as you have demanded, is for Niklaus to simply ask Marcel for Elijah back."
"Okay...," Beverly nodded, chuckling, "You are joking, right?"
The youngest Mikaelson scoffed, shaking her head, "Please! Klaus may be a miserable excuse for a sibling, but there is none more diabolical."
"And that's only Plan A, loves! There's always a Plan B."
"I don't suppose we are going to like this."
Hayley asked hesitantly, "And what's Plan B?"
"War."
"Called it."

Beverly was standing in the kitchen, baking for the first time in forever. Klaus and Rebekah were long gone and with Hayley roaming around only eating cornflakes with milk. The blonde thought she could pull out an old recipe of her mother's.
"That is tasty," Hayley commented, licking some of the frostings off her finger before Beverly swatted her hand away, "Hey!"
"If you eat the frosting then what am I supposed to decorate the cupcakes with?"
The werewolf huffed swinging her legs back and forth from where she sat on the counter, "I didn't know you were cooking material."
"It's not like I am inventing," Beverly scoffed, using the mixing spoon to quickly mix all of the ingredients in the purple bowl she had in hand, "It's an old recipe of my mom's."
"What was your life like before all of this supernatural drama, Queen Bee?" Hayley asked, stealing one of the cherries that Beverly had washed out and put in another dish.
The blonde chuckled at the nickname, shrugging, "Normal. I was in college, partying by weekends, dealing with girl dramas the rest of the week."
"And that turned upside down, how?"
Beverly sighed, pouring the mixture into small cups that were made especially for cupcakes, "My dad died and his will insisted that I live in the custody of Elijah's or else my college funds will not be paid and everything I worked for would just vanish into thin air."
"He sucks," Hayley shook her head, chewing on another cherry.
"Yeah! So do you! Leave my cherries alone!" Beverly's eyes widened at how casual Hayley was eating them one by one before the blonde took the plate, placing it on another isle.
"Jesus, sorry."
"Anyways, here I was. With vampires and a food thief pregnant werewolf," She finished, putting the tray of cupcakes in the oven, "What about you?"
"A bottle of scotch and some bad decisions got me to a one night stand and now I am carrying a miracle baby," Hayley summed it up, nodding to herself, "Living with vampires and a bossy witch."
Beverly nodded, chuckling before she bit the inside of her mouth, blurting out the question, "So, have you ever met this Marcel guy?"
"No, not really," She shook her head, "Why do you ask?"
"Some very nice guy got me this key chain," The blonde pulled her car keys out of her pocket, showing Hayley the souvenir, "His name is Marcel then Klaus mentioned his mortal enemy slash friend and I thought..what are the odds?"
"That's a cute one," Hayley commented, smiling.
"I know, won't be as cute if he turns out to have anything to do with Klaus because I am all for no troubles right now," Beverly sighed, sliding the car keys back in her pocket.
"I don't know...you have the trouble maker vibe."
"Well, no more troubles than I am already in, Hales."

Beverly had her arms crossed with a frown on her face as Rebekah and Klaus were trying to take their leave, "This party is important from my application to organize pageants here."
"This party is for vampires," Klaus responded.
She rolled her eyes, "Humans attend, too. It's important to me. You two get to go, why can't I go?"
"Because I would hate to explain to Elijah how his supposed responsibility got killed by a vampire for being too bossy," The hybrid shrugged as Rebekah chuckled, shaking her head at him.
"Why don't you keep Hayley company?" Rebekah suggested as the blonde witch scoffed.
"But that's what I have been doing! All day!"
"Keep doing it," Klaus shrugged, opening the door as Rebekah sent the girl a sorry glance before leaving as well and slamming the door shut after her.
"I have movies prepared? We could make popcorn or-"
"Or I could just sit right there and continue my sad life story?" Beverly interjected, raising an eyebrow before she huffed out, jumping back on the couch as she held the pillow against her chest, resting her chin on top.
Hayley shrugged, sitting down on the couch and pulling the laptop on her lap, "Mean Girls or Wild Child?" She asked.
"Haha, very funny," Beverly rolled her eyes, shaking her head, "Those girls represent nothing to me."
"Hm...very shocking."
"No, really, I am not joking," Beverly sat up, "Movies make it seem that the mean popular girl with so many friends and a picture-perfect home is like that because she wants to be but it's not true or at least that's not who I am."
"My dad was far from perfect, he was really fucked up," She started, taking a deep breath, "Maybe it was my mom's death that screwed him over or he was always like that, I don't know but I just didn't have the picture-perfect home and the women he kept marrying a year after another didn't help."
The blonde ran a hand through her hair, shrugging, "They mostly stole his money and he covered it up by saying that he was being generous. He could care less about how they treated me and how they always told me that my mother was a horrible person and that she deserved what she got, which was her daughter... eleven-year-old me walking on her, drowning in a pool of her blood."
Hayley let out a long breath after Beverly stopped talking, "And I thought my parents screwed me over by giving me up."
The Hills girl sighed, "You are lucky, sometimes I wish I was adopted, I wouldn't be that rich but at least when I am sad and miserable with my life, I would tell myself that my parents were giving me my best chance but that was my real dad and he ruined everything for me."
"I turned to my mother's coven to help me move on, the Gemini coven and they did try to help and in doing so, they discovered that I was a different kind of witch, one who can't make their own magic, just suck the magic out of others, and over it all...Kicked me out," Beverly finished, crossing her arms but she shook her head when Hayley raised a hand to pat her shoulder.
"No, don't," She shook her head, "I am not done. I worked hard, getting into the best and farthest college from my town, never had a drop of alcohol in my life even when partying, I am always sober. I wanted to be the best at everything and if that made me a bitch then so be it."

Beverly smiled lightly, putting the last of sprinkles on one of her cupcakes as she made her way to the backyard, hearing some dark-skinned witch tell Hayley, "Sophie just asked me to come keep you company while everyone's out."
"Yeah, Merci. I am here for that," She narrowed her eyes at the witch warily, handing Hayley her cupcake as her eyes fell on the actual wolf, looking up at Hayley, "That's not creepy or anything."
"It's drawn to you," Sabine stated, addressing Hayley, "The child you're carrying is part vampire, part werewolf. You and Klaus made something special."
"You sound like Elijah. He thinks this baby is going to make us one big, happy family, but now he's gone and I don't even know what... it is," Hayley sighed, looking down at her stomach.
Sabine smiled, offering, "You know, I can do something about that, if you want. I mean, find out if it's a boy or girl."
"I thought witches were banned from using magic in New Orleans?" Beverly said, confused.
"Oh, It's not magic, just an old trick my grandmother taught me," Sabine assured the blonde, shaking her head before turning to Hayley, "Come on. You have to be a little curious."
"I don't trust her," Beverly whispered, standing next to Hayley with crossed arms.
"And I don't, too but you will be there and I trust you...so?"

Beverly was ticking her fingers on the kitchen table where Hayley was laying on the kitchen counter, the blonde siphoning witch made sure to stand next to Sabine as if anything had happened, she would siphon her off and it wouldn't be a lovely sight.
Sabine held a crystal hanging on a chain over Hayley's pregnant belly, "I think it's a girl," She smiled before the crystal started swinging in the other direction and she frowned, "No... wait."
"Wait what? Please tell me I'm not having a mini-Klaus," Hayley shook her head, chuckling as Beverly smiled, too, before the crystal suddenly glowed with a bright light, which caused Sabine to drop it.
All of a sudden, her eyes rolled back in her head, and she began to chant in a low voice, "Hoc est infantima malom. Nos omnia perditu el eam."
Beverly tried to shake her but it seemed as though she was having a vision or something so the blonde went with the easier option, pulling Hayley off the counter before Sabine got back to her senses. She picked up her crystal, "I am sorry, I have to go."
They watched the witch's retreating figure with confused raised eyebrows before Beverly spoke up, hopefully, "At least she left? She had a really bad vibe about her."
