Basic Idea: When Logan left to be the Queen's valet, King Richard had just left for the Crusades. Now, the enemy have captured the King and demand 100,000 gold marks. Logan, as the Queen's valet, must return to Nottingham to beg Prince John for his brother's ransom. But the roads to Nottingham are much changed. They're peppered with danger and the town is peppered with whispers. Whispers of a mysterious outlaw (to some heroic, to some tyranical) who calls himself Pat Hood.
