Project O is another under the Dragon-Line projects, although with certain unique changes and adaptations compared to the rest. Project has gained the similar horns, scales, tail, growths and so on. However, unlike the others, its eyes changed entirely and drastically compared to others. Unlike the other projects, project O's eyes changed entirely from the pupil to the sclera. With this change, its sight seems to have drastically evolved to pick up more than just visibility of its target, but everything down to the very pulse of those around it. It's speed and strength have increased as expected; however, it has gained an ability to generate and manipulate electricity in the form of lightning. This was discovered in security breach attempt #17, in which it attempted to shut of the lock to the cells using said ability, and when that seemingly had failed it electrocuted the door itself to the point of melting. Tests at cognitive function have shown increased senses in hearing although a general decrease in sense of touch. Research as to why has begun. Project O has been secured under the eye of Dr. Alice 'Mistake' with the rest of the dragon-line projects. Expectations for this one are high.

Project O has been by far the most difficult to study, let alone find. It moves lightning fast out of containment and far more often than not, has found me far earlier than I have found it. Attempts at life were made. Seeing as I'm currently writing this out, it is obvious they failed. Project O's manipulation with Lightning has improved drastically since the breach. Only proper sightings without confrontation have been outside an apartment complex window, it was seemingly spying on someone. Research as to who was occupying the flat was made. The particular room belonged to a certain "Quinn Lee Hallowell." Speculations on possible relationship between project and civilian have been made, nothing entirely clear yet though the possibility of a familial relation is the best guess at the moment. Will continue to monitor.
