Dear reader,

If you are reading this, then I am dead. How, I am unsure.

My name is Taliyah Somerset. I am a Hope's Peak Academy alumni, and held the title of Ultimate Photographer, later additionally earning the title of Ultimate Paranormal Investigator.  And so naturally I've been drawn to the tragic closing of my high school.

They say sixteen kids died in there.  An entire class.  Nobody knows how it happened.  Nobody's seen the bodies.  But they've seen other things.  Things that can't be explained.  Things that I saw with my own eyes.

Enclosed with this note is my final project.  All of the photos I took while exploring the abandoned Hope's Peak Academy.  All of the ghost stories that go with them.  I've seen things I cannot describe, things that I can't even believe I took images of.  Please understand that once you see these images, there is no going back.  There is no unseeing the horrors I witnessed firsthand.

Those poor kids.  I hope that one day they may find peace.  And with some luck, I shall too.  This will be it for me.
