Akito's POV:

One day I decided to go down to Kamiyama Street to meet up with my boyfriend Toya, as we usually do. Most of the time he arrives there first but he wasn't there straight away so I waited until he would show up.

But when he did arrive, he didn't look right. Usually he doesn't really show his emotions but as he was walking to me I could tell that he was very upset and he had been crying.

"Toya, are you okay?" I asked.

"I'm fine, let's just get started..." He muttered.

"Are you sure?" I questioned.

My boyfriend then fell to his knees with his hands covering his face. He started sbbing and I knelt down beside him.

"I'm here if you need to talk, I can wait here as long as you need," I reassured him.

He turned to look at me and smiled before he then continued to cry. I sat down properly and put an arm around him and his head came to rest on my shoulder.

After a few minutes, Toya then sat upright and finished wiping his tears.

"I'm so sorry about all of that..." He sniffled an apology.

"It's fine, don't worry," I replied, "So, are you ready?"

"Yes, I think I am," My boyfriend responded.

He took a deep breath and then turned to me.

"My f-father... d-disowned me..." Toya announced.

"WHAT?!" I exclaimed, "HOW COULD HE POSSIBLY DO THAT?!"

"It's all because he just can't accept my music, he can't accept me fo who I am..." He explained.

"Don't worry, Toya, you can come and live with me!" I reassured him, "Sure my dad isn't much better but I'll protect you, and Ena might too..."

"Are you sure?" He questioned.

"Of course," I responded and gave him a warm smile.

He nodded and smiled back.

"So, where would you like to go now?" I asked.

"What do you mean?" Toya asked.

"I want to cheer you up so name a place for us to go!" I responded.

He hummed in thought and then said, "A café? I don't mind, as long as you can get pancakes there..."

"I know the perfect place," I responded.

I took his hand and then led him to the café I had in mind. I ordered pancakes and he ordered a coffee and cookie and then we sat down and waited.

Once our food and drinks arrived we started eating and drinking. I demolished my stack of pancakes very quickly because I was really hungry and my boyfriend chuckled while he drank his coffee.

We then chatted a little. I did most of the talking which was fine because he smiled as he listened and I was glad to be cheering him up.

After we were finished, I payed and then we got up and left. I walked him to my house and just as I was about to open the door with my key, he took my hand and made me turn to face him.

"Thank you so much for all of this, Akito," He said.

He then leaned in to kiss me. The kiss we shared during that moment was probably the best I had ever had with him up until that point. And then once we finished, we leant back and my face turns red.

"It's okay, I'm just glad that you're happy," I replied, "And also we're partners, of course I'll always be by your side!"...
