|Third Person POV|

Sonic was just laying in the hospital bed, it was still unclear if he could leave or not, after that attempt the doctor has been in his room more times than normal just make sure he hadn't done to himself while he was the hospital and with a lot of the hospital equipment, the equipment that was more afraid of than anything, he was just antsy and wanted to leave the hospital it just brought back base memories, the hedgehog just scratches at his stomach feeling that it hurt somewhat now just by thinking about it. His ear twitches when he heard the nurse talking to Shadow about some stuff found about him, that they felt the other hedgehog had to know, Sonic just had his ears pinned to his head.

"I'm shocked your alive?"

Sonic's eyes looked up at the person or rather hedgehog that was talking to him, he just saw a familiar face the personality that was trying to kill him, the one that put him in this place, the blue hedgehog just narrowed his eyes in disgusted with the dark hedgehog.

"Know I'm only doing this to teach you a lesson"

The azure hedgehog was silent that he could speak anyways, it hurts to even swallow, all he can taste is copper from his only blood if he even tried.

"It's sad that he thinks he can help us"

Sonic's green eyes only darted to look at the door he can still hear them talking about getting the azure hedgehog the help that he really needed, he's never really had help, because he feared himself just straight up losing it and lashing out someone who was supposed to help him. It happened to many times that The Commander just gave up on it after seeing so many people die to the blue hedgehog's hands, so then what's stopping him from just attacking the nurses and doctors here.

"Look at me"

The azure hedgehog felt a hand roughly grab a hold of his muzzle, the hedgehog looked at the other's pure white hallow eyes.

"You are nothing without us"

The azure hedgehog only blinks he didn't think that was true but at the same time he really wasn't sure, after all he never really had help controlling his personalities he just kind of accepted them. It's more like they need him, they liked to see him suffer, like to cause him pain, like to spread lies to him. "That's n-not true!" The blue hedgehog said flinching he throat hurts from him just trying to talk he wasn't healed and can feel the strong taste of copper in the bottom of his throat, he can only hear his dark personality laugh at him.

"I wouldn't do that if I was you, after all dont give up that chance of never speaking again"

Sonic's ear twitches when the door opened and his dark personality only floated off to the side to let the Doctor in and Shadow, the hedgehog only blinks when he saw another doctor walked into the room behind Shadow, it was mobian, they were wearing a normal black suit and tie, hand holding a clipboard. The azure hedgehog didn't recognize them but he guessed this was to help him get over the habit of harming himself.

"Glad to see your awake, and I'd liked for you to meet Doctor Derick Wolf" The Doctor said pointing of the welly dressed wolf. The azure hedgehog's eyes only looked at the gray wolf.

"Looks like you got yourself a Therapist...Tsk, let's see how long this really lasts"

Sonic heard his dark personality said, he did numbers of therapist all of them never have been able to help him, or they are ended up dead. The hedgehog only tilts his head but nodded in agreement he was willing to talk to the wolf but he doesn't know if this one could really help him but he won't really know for sure unless he tries.

|Shadow's POV|

I hope I'm doing the right thing for him, it had said in his notes that Sonic didn't have multiple Therapists, even Hypnotists, but all of them had either quite or were found dead, with the blue hedgehog huddled in the corner of the room blood on his hands but now that he's in a hospital I really didn't have a choice I was either get him the help he needed or he was gonna have to be looked up in an asylum. To be honest with G.U.N keeping him in a isolation I really don't think an asylum is the best bet or way to go, but if anything this could help me at least get a better understanding on what Sonic is thinking inside of his wound head, he just always looked like he was talking to someone but just couldn't talk back to them cause of the way he was treated, but he does look willing to give Doctor Derick a chance, I just hope we don't get filed a lawsuit if Sonic did end up hurting him.

Only Time will tell right?

I felt the Doctor motion me to leave the room so he could start the first session with Sonic, I hope he knows sign language...Shut up Shadow of course he does he probably talks to mute people a lot and/or deaf people.

|Third Person POV|

The Doctor closed the door behind Shadow and just took a pen out of his suit pocket, if he was gonna help the blue hedgehog he was gonna need to started at the beginning or at least where the problem started, pulling up a chair and taking a seat down in front of the blue hedgehog.

"Okay let's start off with your Name first?" He said putting the clipboard on his lap and watch the hedgehog struggle a little bit before starting.

Sonic Maurice Hedgehog

"What an interesting middle name Sonic, and according to this black and red hedgehog you are suffering from multiple personalities telling you to do things that you don't want to do, and going as far as forcing you to do things?"

The blue hedgehog only nod, this was going good at first it always goes good at first until they asked to met one of them and then it all going down hill from there, a painful breath escapes the blue hedgehog lips he was gonna have to control them, he didn't need them.

Right?

|Sonic's POV|

I told him everything, I left out a lot of the stuff about G.U.N and what they did to me, nobody would believe me anyway if I said anything about them, but I was waiting for him to ask me about my personalities and wanting to meet them so he could at least get a better understanding on them, I never really do that I just talk about them, all of them are dangerous, not just Exetior.

"Alright" I heard him said before he pulls something out of his suit pocket, Is that a pocket watch? What is he planning on doing with it?

"Just watch the watch okay?"

I only nodded confused as I just kept my eyes on the watch.

|Shadow's POV|

I don't really know what's going on in the room, cause Doctor was just telling other things that was going on with Sonic, that I honestly didn't really care for, but I did have the right to know, all that matter to me was getting Sonic to the right mind set.

My ear twitches when the door opened to the room, and walking out was the Therapist, he looked fine so did it work?

"He should be fine, if you need anything else just give me a call" he said to me, I doubt it but I'll keep that in mind I was a bit skeptical of the guy to don't get me wrong. I took a deep breath and walked into room to see how Sonic.

|Third Person POV|

Sonic just turned his head in the direction of the door, he felt empty, he was alone in his mind and he didn't know how to feel about it, the blue hedgehog only blinked when he saw Shadow looking back at him, his eyes looked so alive compared to the blue hedgehog's dull and lifeless eyes, it was as if the hedgehog wasn't even there.

Shadow knew he couldn't trust the therapist but at the same time he didn't know how, he could help Sonic either he was a danger to himself, the ebony hedgehog just reached his hand out to at least touch the hedgehog to see if the azure hedgehog would flinch back or show any signs of life, but he didn't get anything from the other hedgehog empty expression and him just staring at Shadow blinking a few times but nothing, the black and rd hedgehog only put his hand down from Sonic's hedgehog letting out a sigh, maybe do this was a bad idea but it was kind of to late to go back now.

Sonic just saw how disappointed Shadow looked at him, but did he fell something no, he just felt empty, the blue hedgehog just feels his arms and neck to get an understanding what was going on at least he knows he was in the hospital recovering from something that he did to himself. He felt someone patted him on the back and he looked over to see Shadow had gone to sit down on the chair that was in room leaving the room in silence, the azure hedgehog couldn't say that he missed having. His personalities talk to him, even if it wasn't nice things it helped him keep a single mind set but now. He just felt nothing. The nurse walking into the room with some medical supplies another IV bag, and some empty syringes.

To Shadow's surprise Sonic didn't scream only sighing he just the needle and having his iV changed. When the Nurse left Shadow just goes over to Sonic.

"Uh how do you feel?"

Empty

Sonic signed, Shadow only narrow his eyes, sure he was sick of having to patch up Sonic cause of him constantly hurting himself, but he did kind of missing it, in away it kind of made the ebony hedgehog feel like that he was doing the right thing for someone he made a promise to, and now he's just stuck with a mistake that he made and doesn't know how to break him back to be normal I'm his own way. He can tell this was gonna be a long night.
