I bit my lip, I looked out my car window and it was pouring rain. I had recently checked the weather and it never said anything about this. Frustrated, I opened the car door and ran quickly inside the school building.

I let out a silent shriek as the water started to pour faster than before. The freezing water wasn't helping much either.

Everyone stared at me, they we're all dry, and umbrella's in their hands. While I was soaking wet, as like my clothes my hair was like a wet mop.

Soon everyone forgot why they were looking at me in the first place, and continued their conversations. I held onto my backback strap tightly as I made my way to the girls restroom.

I quickly locked myself in the stall and took out my phone. Trying to text my best friend Issac , the phone slipped from my fingers and my eyes widened in horror, everything was in slow motion like in the movies.

But the plop of my phone in the toilet brought me back from my frozen state. "No no no no" I repeated not knowing if I should reach for it. The phone soon began ringing.

"Why me! Why me?" I shouted as I quickly dried it with some toilet paper. I was fourntunate, my phone still worked. I walked out the stall.

I sighed as I set my phone down on the sink, and looked at myself in the mirror. Pale, bags under my eyes, grandma clothes, flat chest. I was someone everyone laughed at.

I shrugged of my thoughts and made my way to my first period, English. "Hey Aria!". I turned around and saw Issac running towards me, I smiled as I saw my only best friend.

We embraced each other in a hug, I smiled as I burried my face in his chest. He's what helps me get through my day at school.

"Why didn't you answer my call", He asked as we let each other go from our hug. I rolled my eyes,

"Don't get me started".

We began walking as he told me about how his day went yesterday. The bell rang and I faced Issac sadly.

"Well looks like I gotta go" I said sadly giving him my puppy eyes.

"Wanna come after school and watch some classic sci-fi movies with me" He grinned, but I shook my head.

"I do tutoring after school on Wednesday's".

He groaned and smacked his forehead "Come on Aria, leave the books for once".

I smiled apologetically "Sorry Issac not tonight". I turned around and walked inside my first period class, I sat in the front desk and got my books out of my bag.

"Hey Aria. How are you?" A familar high pitched hyena named Clara cocked her head at me. I ignored her and focused on the notes on the board.

Aware that if I payed any attention to her the insults would come rolling in.

"How was your weekend?" She paused for a second, her face contoured into a furious expression before snatching my notes, and tearing them in front of me.

"Are you insane?!" For the first time ever I yelled at Clara, my childhood bully. She stared at me with her mouth agape. She probably was surprised with my new found confidence.

"Watch the way you talk to me loser" She muttered shoving my books off my desk. I got off my chair to pick my books up, but a friendly face got them for me.

That friendly face was the amazingly hot, talented captain of the lacrosse team. Noah. "Thank you" I whispered shyly putting on my glasses.

He gave me a warm smile "No problem" and walked to the back of the classroom.

My classes felt like they got by quickly and soon It was the end of the day. I sat in the library reading a book, while I waited for some one I was supposed to tutor.

The teacher wouldn't tell me who, but that the student would know me. I checked my phone, he's at least an hour late. I shouldn't be putting up with this. I close my text books, before I could get up a voice stopped me.

"I'm here! I'm here!"

My heart began to beat faster as I saw  Noah approach me. He sat down on the chair next to me ,and pulled out a textbook from his backpack.

My palms immediatly got sweaty and my face red. He noticed and stared at me for a moment "Are you okay. You look a little flushed".

"Y-yeah" I sweaked. I took out my hair tie and put my hair up in a bun. I look for the page we're going to work on.

"You should put your hair up more often. You look good"

I bit the inside of my cheek in order to control the color of my cheeks. "Thanks".

I realize what I'm here for, to help him with his work not to flirt.

Not that it mattered I can't flirt if my life depended on it. "So what did you need help with?".

"English." He groans crumbling his paper and throwing it in the trash can next to us in a corner. "What exactly?" I ask intently.

"We're doing a stupid essay on a book we're reading."

"Do you have the book with you?" I say folding my hands together. No I think, Clara would act more flirty. I cross my legs and lean forward to him and blink my eyelashes at him.

Before he can look at me I go back to sitting properly. What am I thinking, I'm nothing like her I'm the opposite. My phone dings and on the screen flashes.

New message from Issac.

Issac: Hey :) How's it going with your tutoring?

I type in my password and reply to his message.

Me: Alright, but you'll never guess what?!!!

Issac: What? Cause apparently that has you more excited than hanging out with me. Your bestfriend..

Me: I'm sorry but my hands are tied :(

Issac: mhm.

Me: So do you wanna know or what?

Issac: Sure. Go ahead. But fast I'm playing World Of WarCraft

Me: Im tutoring Noah!! :-)

Issac: Cooool ! Alright I gotta go bye

"Um Aria can you help me?" Noah asked getting my attention. I smile cheekily and began to explain the topic in detail. It's as if things are slowly changing maybe their can be an us one day.

But like I said maybe one day.
