May's POV

"Alright, I'll explain what we're doing today! Yeah!" Kukui yelled over the breakfast table. "You'll be free till twelve, after that we'll be playing hide-and-seek! And yes, it sounds boring! But! You're allowed to hide over the whole island, together with your partner of course. Cilan and I will be the searchers, and if we can't find you and your partner within an hour, you'll win a prize! After that, we're all going to the beach, where we're also barbecuing, and have a bonfire. Any questions?" Kukui explained. Everyone shook their heads. "Alright then! Meet us here at twelve! Yeah!" Kukui yelled.

"I'm looking forward to that barbecue!" Ash yelled with his mouth stuffed. "And the bonfire, with marshmallows!" I completed. I heard a loud sigh coming from the rest of the group, but ignored it and stuffed the rest of my mouth with the sandwich I was eating. "So, Drew, you ready?" Misty asked Drew whose head jerked up at the sound of his name. "Fwor what?" he asked with his mouth full. Instead of answering, Misty just ruffled through his hare and his face became pale. "Do I have to?" he whined. "Yep! And I've decided we're going now!" Misty said standing up. "But I'm not done yet!" Drew protested. "Don't care. Oh, by the way, it's a bit weird if we all be there, so... Who's coming with us?" Misty asked. I looked at my food, and back at Drew. I mean, I wasn't finished, but I also wanted to go. But before I made up my mind, Gary already decided that he was going, and thus Misty, Gary and Drew left. "What?" Paul asked confused. "A dare," I answered. He just shrugged.

"So, what are we gonna do the rest of this morning?" Leaf asked the remaining. "We could go to Konikoni city. I hear they have an amazing restaurant there!" Ash said. "Buy you just ate?" Dawn asked. "This is Ash we're talking about," Paul responded. "We could visit the ruins?" Leaf suggested. I groaned loudly, showing that I wasn't very fond of the idea. "I think it's a good idea," Paul said. "I mean, if we have to," Ash responded. Dawn and I looked at each other since we were in minority. "I think the other's also have to vote," Dawn said and I nodded. "Hey," Brendan suddenly said sitting next to me. "I didn't mean to eavesdrop, but I heard you guys talking about going to the ruins. The five of us are also going, maybe we could go together," he suggested. "Five?" Leaf asked. "Oh, Iris, Barry, Meadow, Calum and I. Calum is coming with us because Mallow isn't here at the moment," he explained. "Sure," I responded, before realizing that I didn't want to go. "Awesome, I'll tell the rest!" he said standing up and he walked back to his group. "I thought you didn't want to go?" Ash asked me. "Yeah, I know. But I forgot about that for a second," I answered scratching my neck. "You forgot, or were you distracted?" Dawn asked me with a smug look on her face. "Distracted by what?" I asked confused. I saw Dawn, Leaf and Paul facepalming at the same time, and looked at Ash, who looked just as confused as I did.

"Hey Paul!" Barry said enthusiastic as he sat down at our table. Paul sighed deep and Meadow whispered something in Dawn's ear, which made her laugh. "Oh what is it about?" Ash asked them. "Meadow said that I shouldn't be afraid of other girls, but that Barry is the real threat," she said giggling. "In his dreams," Paul mumbled. "Don't worry Dawn, Paul and I are just very good friends!" Barry said. "No we're not," Paul replied. "Please?" Barry asked him. Paul sighed. "Fine," he said. Barry's face lit up. "But as my friend, you have to leave me alone when I ask you to," Paul continued. "Alright!" Barry said happily. "Anyways, we still need to wait for Misty, Drew and Gary to come back," Leaf said to the rest. "Oh yeah, the dare!" Iris replied. We only had to wait for a couple minutes before they arrived.

"Where's he?" I immediately asked, curious for the new colour. Misty looked behind her. "Oh come on, don't be such a coward!" she yelled at the door, where apparently Drew was behind. "I don't want to," replied Drew's muffled voice. "It's gonna stay for a whole day anyway, so just deal with it!" Misty yelled back. "It looks hilarious," Gary said to us, holding back a laughter. After a while, the door finally opened.

"It looks better on me," Paul said, being the first one to answer. Ash was already laughing out loud and I had trouble holding my laughter back. "I still think pink would've looked better," Gary shrugged. "Are we done?" Drew asked, blushing madly. "Wait a sec," I said, grabbing my phone. "No, NO! We are not taking pictures!" Drew protested. I ignored him, but before I could take the picture, Drew walked up to me and snatched it from my hands. "Hey! Give that back!" I yelled as I tried to grab the phone, but Drew was taller and held it above his head. I jumped as an attempt to grab it but Drew was quicker and moved it again. "No fair!" I pouted. "You can have it back if you promise you won't take a picture," Drew said. "Fine," I mumbled. My phone was handed back, while Leaf announced that we were going to the ruins. I poked Brendan. "Please take a picture," I whispered. "Already got one," he said back with an evil grin on his face. "You sneaky bastard," I said as I playfully hit his shoulder. "I know," he replied with a smile.

I know, I know, a short chapter, really short! Sorry! But hey, I updated. Soooo, I hope that next chapter I can put the rest of the Alola day in there, because I have some ideas for when they're back at school. Yeah
